Seventeen-year-old Leiko Sohma found an abandoned area of the estate. Being the year of the rat she knew she would have to do the dance at the New Year's Celebration. She hope she wouldn't disappoint. Leiko had practiced diligently for at least half the year. Secretly, she hoped that Keeno would be impressed. The rat did have quite a thing for the dragon... though no one really knew. They hardly spoke since she got so nervous around him. Once she finished her practice she decided to see who else was around.
After walking around for a bit she found the rabbit, Sigoru. Leiko had gotten along well with the rabbit being they were both pretty much raised at the estate. "Hello, Sigoru," she said quietly as she approached her friend. "Waiting for everyone to show up?" Leiko asked him quietly. She would practice her dance again later, and would be totally prepared to dance.
