They were purple but lighter than hers, it was clear that he had been cursed as well and didn't even know it, she shook her head gently and responded to one questions at a time so that she can give the boy the information he wanted to know. The reason you're turning into a black cat is because you have been cursed by Rothbart's spell which means you can't leave Swan Lake or you'll forever be a black cat." Carpathia said with a sort of sad look on her face then responded to his other question. "I-I-I'm sorry, b-but I d-don't know if th-there is a way. But the humans th-that are fo-forced to st-stay here are pr-praying there is." she managed to say before her fear started to take over her body slowly as she stared into the boy's eyes and held her arm.
