Skin: Naturally a light tanned color and tans easily thanks to the Brazilian in her on her mother's side.
Siblings: Two brothers (Baron Joe Taylor - 25), one older and one younger (Simon Jay Taylor - 16).
Hobbies: Working on cars, surfing, keeping her brothers out of trouble.
Other: She has a birthmark on her right shoulder blade, it doesn't look like anything in particular but her little brother once said it looked like Darth Vader. She can't really tell, since it's on her back. She doesn't have any tattoos but her tongue is pierced, not something incredibly noticeable. She typically paints her nails a dark color, black is her favorite (so it would seem).
Alexa is a high school drop out. People think it's because everyone in her family is a high school drop out, that she was just following the path set for her. She lets them think so. She really dropped out to follow her older brother, Baron, and try to keep him out of trouble; try to keep him out of the family business. It didn't work. Now they're living in Santa Monica, California and the family business is better than ever. Their little brother, Sy, he came too. But Alex has forced him to stay in school,
and do his homework. She's really taken on the motherly role here, trying to put some sort of normality into their lives. Their mother died when Sy was born. Alex was five, and Baron was nine. Their dad ended up in prison seven years later, and that's where he'll remain.
Baron's pretty big around Santa Monica. He's been doing pretty big jobs lately, him and his crew anyway. Alexa thinks the reason they haven't been caught, is just dumb luck. Though she knows Baron put his team together by hiring the best of the best. She knows they aren't bad people. They do business in a friendly manner, they haven't shot anyone or put anyone in cement shoes at least. If only the police and the people who's cars were stolen felt that way.
The money isn't used for drugs or show-boating or anything like that, no. Baron gives a good majority of it to his team, and also to his grandparents back home in Brazil. They're the only family left now. Whatever is left over is used for traveling so Baron can get his jollies doing crazy stuff; base jumping off of Mt. Everest, breaking the speed of sound skydiving at 23 miles up; surfing the worlds largest wave, that kind of thing. "Life's all about the thrills," he always says.
So here she is. Living her life trying to keep her brother from killing himself or going to prison, trying to keep her little brother from following in Baron's footsteps, and trying to keep her sanity and break the family cycle. Sometimes it's hard being supergirl though and keeping herself out of trouble can be harder than it would seem. Her family is a magnet for danger and even more a magnet for troublesome people, like her brother's friends.
Alex appears to be a serious girl, sometimes a terrifying one, but it's typically a front. She has to appear that way to keep people from thinking she's a pushover or too soft, or that she's just another dumb girl. She smiles, but genuine laughs are rare and hard to earn. She knows cars, she knows how to use a gun and she knows self defense. She also knows surfing and food and though she wouldn't admit it and it doesn't show, she knows shopping and fashion.
