Triumvirates turn up in all sorts of places :3 There's Danu/Babd/Macha, or Diana Nemorasis, the Three Fates and the Graces, The Matres, the Norns, the Erinye, Morgan le Fay in Sir Gawain and the Green Knight, or Al-lat/Al-luzza/Manat - and those are just the female ones I can think of; there are lots of mixed-gender triads, and some male ones as well. It's a popular concept. *realises she just geeked* >___>;;; Sorry, Classicist. But triads are really interesting :3
Speaking of the fates/furies, I really liked the way they were presented in the Sandman ^^ That made me so happy; they were just how I imagined them in the Orestia trilogy.

Hi there Silverbeam.

This is actually set in Modern Times, and gives the writer the ability to recreate or modify greek myths. Because it is in modern time, the gods and goddesses have been... reincarnated into modern people with the traits of the Ancient Gods and Goddesses without knowing what they truely are... or at least until the Fates 'reawaken' them (It's explained in the first few posts where Background, Story, Guidelines and you could even read some of the Profiles to understand more) with a drug called Ambrosia that has just been released to the public. This drug, kills normal people... but when it combines with a former god or goddess it brings back their 'Special Abilities'.

There is a war that is about to break out, and it is up to the Gods and Goddesses to stop it. I will not reveal anymore of the story that has happened so far.

There is no need for characters at the moment but new members are always welcome. Check the character Profiles to see what Gods and Goddesses are available, and if you do wish to submit a profile... you have a bit of reading to do.

I ask that you read all posts in the roleplay before actually posting an introduction post, because the story has progressed significantly and it helps to know what all has happened.

Edit:I'm thinking of taking on another role...maybe a second nymph? She could be related to Chiara in some way - like a sister or such, but would follow more with the 'shy' nymph nature. I have a few ideas in the back of my head, but what do you think?

Like obviously the drug that is killing everyone and 'Awakening' the gods is Ambrosia, but there were so many other artifacts as well.
