Hey, how old would a Shadow Element Demon be if they were 14 in human years?

Oh gosh um ... let's see ... he was that old and looked that old ...... er .... around 200 I believe.

I'd be comfortable making another teacher character. Let me know if you'd like one, and let me know what sorts of class you'd want me to teach. Just 'cause perhaps more teachers should be in order.

Yeah, really. It shouldn't be a problem. Other than your teacher, we don't have any others, but it'd probably be better if they were completely different personality wise and such.

Also, any teacher position not taken over will be filled by either Alpha or I.

History: The Tsukino demon family is an ancient demon family from Japan. They have always been mercenaries and will work for anyone, no matter their race or standing. Each generation has been sent to Blue Moon Academy to study for becoming mercenaries.

Once a part of the Akahoshi family (means 'Red Star'), the first Tsukino separated because they wished to follow a different path then that of the Akahoshi's, who slaughtered humans or whatever race they could get their claws on for fun. To ensure that his line would never commit such acts, he tried to teach them to be human.

The Tsukino family has always tried to blend in with humans, to act like them. Every generation, they appear more and more human, since they are raised that way. Chiyako is the thirteenth generation of Tsukino. She doesn't have much interaction with other demons, especially shadow demons. She sometimes has trouble with other people since being raised as a human even though she's a demon has left her with a bit of a split personality. Her grades are average.

Personality: Being a shadow demon raised as a human, she has developed a bit of a split personality. She has tried to separate the demon she is from the human she wishes she was. Most of the time she is quite and thoughtful and doesn't interact much with others. If you can get her to open up however, you will find someone who's there for you whenever you need them. If you can get her in a very good mood she may open up and be a bit more outgoing, though she doesn't often show that side of herself.

On the other hand, when she loses control of herself she becomes very violent. She enjoys causing pain, both emotional and physical. When she loses control she tends to go on a rampage since she hasn't 'let the demon out' in a while. She has very good control that doesn't effect her emotions or personality (mostly) and can go for weeks without snapping.

Magic: He can talk to cats and take on the form of a cat for a short while

History: Rodán is Irish and his name means 'lively', which describes him perfectly. The Eadith family has always lived in Ireland going after whatever profession is available at the time. In the past they have been farmers, merchants, servants of a royal court, they have even served in the military. Rodán used to be an assassin and lived for his profession. He has since left that trade behind (not far behind mind you) and has decided to take up teaching. Even as an assassin he still had a fun loving personality. He is fluent in many languages and can pick them up easily. Has a slight Irish accent and doesn't like his last name too much.

Personality: He's a bit of a drama queen and very flamboyant. How he ever got a teaching position is anyone's guess. He's a tease and loves to play around but is serious with his students and won't tolerate any horseplay (unless he initiates it). He gets his students to call him by his first name. He believes that just because they're studying the art of death doesn't mean they have to be gloomy and unfriendly. He tries to lighten up their lives a bit.

He does have a darker side and can be very cruel when he wants to be (but he typically doesn't). He usually only shows this side of himself when he's fighting or being threatened.

History: Aleana was raised a lady’s maid. Her family worked inside a manner, and at a young age, she helped the young mistress (Keera) and kept her company. In return, Aleana was allowed to sit in on Keera’s lessons, drinking them down like it was her lifeline. The young lady, was very important, and when she got older, would travel to several different countries, and so they were taught everything.

People often said that Aleana was more a lady than Keera was, who would have rather been outside climbing a tree than inside doing her lessons. Despite their vast differences, Keera and Aleana did become friends, and trusted confidants. Aleana was with her until Keera died. The time seemed to flash by for Aleana, as Keera was only a human. It had been odd to watch her best friend grow up and die when she was still no older than 200.

She stayed with the family for sometime after that, teaching the next two generations the manners and grace she’d been taught with Lady Keera. At 400 (14 years ago) she was recruited to work at a school, to teach the only thing she knew how to teach. Etiquette.

With blessings from the family, she worked with, Aleana accepted and moved to Blue Moon Academy.

Personality: Aleana is a lady at heart; graceful, kind, and generous. She is hard to frustrate, and hard to anger, though she is by no means a push over. She expects everyone to work hard, and turn in their assignments on time. If there is a problem, she will listen to them, and then try to work with you so that you will pass her class. She has been known to stay after school with a student or two, helping them with what they don’t understand.

She always appears a little sad, though no one knows why.

Sorry about the long wait people. Both Alpha and I were away from the computer all weekend. And we'll be starting as soon as Alpha creates the first post, which I'll be poking her to do as soon as she gets on today. She also needs to put the teachers into their reserved space. lol

On another note, I've also noticed that we're all on at different times (probably because of time zones and such) well, Alpha and I have discussed this, and we've decided that we'll do this RP as a turn based.

This means that we'll be set up in a long line. We'll post in a certain order ... I think that's clearer. Anyway, this makes it so that no one gets left behind. I've had that happen to me before, and it sucks.

The RP probably wont go very fast, but with everyone on at different times, it's probably for the best. Hope no one minds it too much.
