Yep i started us our own private rp that way we don't get to far ahead in the other one and Con's owner can keep up. I have no clue how to start it though so im just posting a start..hmm who to use))

Nick walked through the forest, a backpack on his shoulders, and a staff in one hand. he was aiming to get as far into the woods that if anything came looking. it so could not find him. silver eye's flicked around the forest as he contemplated something one of the villagers in the town nearest it had said. that this wasn't a 'normal' forest. though what they ment by that he had no clue. "Probably just some rabble to keep me from coming in here is all.." he decided. nick stood at five foot four inches. he had blue black hair that, when lose went to his ankles. but tied up in the tight braid he had it in swung around at his hips. the hair was blue black. he was pale skinned, and had a hard time getting a tan. at the moment he was in a pair of ragged jeans, an da t shirt. he had his coat in his back pack. he had a pair of sturdy boots on his feet as well. he also wasn't 'normal' ... at least not normal in the every day sense of the word. and his past.. well he kept that to himself and refused to talk about it. though he had the look and feel of a runner. but what he was running from was also another topic he refused to share. period.

Four sets of eyes watched him carefully as he strode on through the woods. "Ooooh, he's cute, let's spare this one." whispered one with a voice like rushing wind. "Ridiculous," growled another, "We'll chase him out just like the rest." "I agree with Shaa, I like his looks." murmured a third, "Just look at him Kar, lean, muscular, fit, I like it..." The second voice spoke again "Frail and flimsy and not worth your attention or mine. Let's get on with it." "Quiet, all of you." Came a new voice altogether "We will wait, and judge him before we act. Until then, stay out of sight and do not interfere." There were quiet grumbles and sighs, but agreement as the four dispersed throughout the woods to each take up watch individually over the latest visitor to the forest.

Nick continued deeper into the woods and as civilization dissapeared the tension in his shoulders relaxed. he gave a quite sigh and begain looking for dead fall. he never ever cut into living trees. it hurt him AND them. not that he explained it that way to 'normals'. that would of just ended up with him locked in an assylum. after gathering the dead wood he found a clearing, makeing sure there was a large enough rock for a small fire on it in it. even if that ment he had to keep moving a long time and settled down letting his pack slide off his shoulders he made a small fire. it was summer so it was more for lite then anything else. once he had his tent set up he pulled out a small bag of berries he'd picked form a bush, leaving everything else in the bag as he ate a hand full he kept his ears sharp. the fire was small enough there wasn't a lot of smoke and he had a water bottle next to him incase the flames decided to spread he crossed his legs and placed his hands on his knees closing his eyes. "Alright lets try this again.." he'd had a mage TRY to teach him how to control his..unwanted gifts.. it hadn't gone over well but that didn't keep him from TRYING to tame the green energy inside of himself. closing his eyes he mentally begain counting backwards to set himself into a light trance. to anyone able to see magic his suddnely blazed from his core.. but it was snarled around his body and aura like a wild thorn bush.. one in desperate need of tameing which he was trying to do anyways..*

Eyes narrowed at him from the darkness as the forms slowly closed their circuit around him. The first to break cover was almost invisible, beginning as a rush of wind through the man's hair and his fire it made a sound almost like alughter as it circled him and his camp, almost visible as dustmotes swept by the wind into a nebulous figure "What are you doing?" It laughed as it ruffled his hair again. "What are you? Are you one of us? I don't think so, you don't look like it."

Nick's eye's snapped open as the wind flowed into his camp and touched his hair he was on his feet in a moment. magic winking out of sight in a moment. he backed up. "Who's there.." his silver gaze narrowed. 'Elemental..' one part of his mind said but he dismissed it.

A large form well over six feet stomped into the clearing behind him. "Answer the question." It said with a voice as loud and harsh as an avalanch. The figure seemed to be made of solid earth, rocks and dirt both visible making the vague outline of a neuter human, neither male or female at first glance. It was glaring at the smaller man with eyes of pebbles.

Nick stared up at the form and twisted he ran, abandoning his few possesions to dive into the woods and run. okay they where right he REALLY shouldn't of come in there. fear.. good motivator to stay alive and for him that ment avoiding the .. was that a rock person? and being squashed. he ran through the woods as if he'd lived there his entire life. nothing tripped him and his magic flared as fear let it lose so that it dug into the earth. plants flareing into life behind him as he raced down a rocky crevice he tripped and went tumbling. sometimes being clumsy did NOT come in ones favor. but he was up and running again.

The woman of air raced alongside him, laughing merrily "Are you running? Really? You think that will work?" she laughed again and darted ahead as a sudden torrent of water swept down the ravine, forming an entirely new creek. Behind, the sounds of footsteps approaching were quite audible and ahead peculiar shadows moved among the trees.

Nick came to a slideing halt. fear was makeing him just a bit more panicky he backed up. "Stop it stop it STOP IT.." he closed his eyes and coverd his ears as that green brown energy raced along his body and suddenly the ground shook as he instinctively fought back the earth rolled as vines snapped up to wrap around a tree across the' stream' forming a sort of crude woven bridge across the water. nicks skin wen tpale as he did this but he opend his eyes saw the foot bridge and bolted.. of coruse it would be just his luck to get his foot trapped in some of the vines. and it took him a good few moments to convince them to let go. he was across it and standing on the other side stareing at the people from his spot. he kept backing up and missed the whole in the bankes..he triped fell and slamned his head off a tree trunk .. doing a good job on knocking himself out all the magic spilling form him died in moments as blackness took him away from them. hi slast thought was to wonder if he'd live through this?*

nick is HIGHLY clumbsy when scared and only has instinctive control.. if he's terrified the magic choses the form it uses to help him ethir by leading him down paths he can manage..or doing tricks like 'points up' above.. to bad he's also clumbsy as all get out..))

The river stopped rushing and formed up into a woman that flowed out onto the ground next to the unconcious man "Oh dear," she burbled "I think we scared him." The air folded her arms and pouted "It was Kar that did it." The form of earth arrived on the scene, looking quite different then when the man had first seen it. It was now made entirely of a clear crystal and it could now be seen that there was a slight curve around the chest suggesting it was female. "Kar," Came the fourth voice, it's owner not coming out of the woods "Take him back to his campsite. We will try again." Kar nodded quietly and picked up the limp form, throwing him over her shoulder, muttering "I told you he was frail." As she plodded back through the woods to the campsite.

Nick came to slowly. his head pounding. he rolled over slowly and opend his eye's slowly.. to find he was back in his camp. 'A dream?' no he had the goose egg. well obviously they didn't want him dead.. so.. his eye's darted around searching for the threat. his fire had burned itself out safetly on the rock ledge.

Kar, who was sitting nearby, spoke first "He's awake." "Oh good!" Squealed the air as she rushed over him again "I was bored. Are you going to run again? You shouldn't, it won't work well!" "Quiet Shaa." Burbled the woman of water as she entered the campsite. "Are you alright? I apologize for them both, they aren't exactly subtle."

Nick scrambled to his feet and backed away from the elementals. "W..w..why are you doing this I came here to get away from people.." yeah he labled them as people.. they had brains they talked and they obviously thought.. or didn't as some might think.. "Why can't people just leave me aloen I'll leave if your worried about your woods. I wouldn't of harmed them.." okay he was babbling now.. fear definetly did not do good with his control.

"We know!" laughed Shaa "That's why we wanted to say hi!" Kar snorted "Most people who come through here come to hunt or destroy. You did neither." "Yes, that's right." burbled the river woman "Then you started doing things... like us. So we came to investigate, apparently we scared you. Don't worry, we mean no harm, only to help if we can. If you let me, I can fix that bump of yours."

Nick blinked at them frowning. "Doing things.. like you?" right only in his dreams they had control of their..powers apparently .. he didn't. "No that's fine..I've..I've had worse.." and he didn't like being touched. not even by a water women person thing. "I don't hunt because.." well it tended to go down hill for him.. it was one thing to buy the meat from a vendor.. or to have chickens..they where stupied creatures..chickens.. but to hunt a living thing besides chicken? sorry no thanks.. and cut into a plant? all plants wanted to do was grow.. sometimes he was able to control his..curse as he called it enough to help them such as keeping bugs away from tender roots and stuff.. but that was about it.."a mage tried to teach me how to control it It didnt' go well.." the mans house had revurted itno a small forest in the middle of a city..

Shaa got closer and peered into his face "You don't look like us. But what do you do? Are you a foresty? We have a foresty. She's our daughter!" "Quiet Shaa." growled Kar again, she seemed to do little else. "Well if you require our help we shall certainly give it," burbled the woman as she moved around the campsite, cleaning and organizing and tending to the plants that had been crushed by the night's events "But for now you should rest. I'm Belira, a spirit of water, sometimes called an elemental. This is Kar, an earth spirit and my partner, and Shaa, an air spirit and my other partner. Our daughter is shy, you must forgive her, her name is Frond."

Nick decided he liked the water elemental better. she didn't scare him as much. she kinda made him feel safe. he hadn't felt that in a long time. "I can't stay here long not if you live here I.." he snapped his mouth shut. and pulled his knees to his chest stareing at the fire.. or what was left of it. "I just cant stay.. "

Belira looked at him "Why not?" "Yeah!" sung Shaa, dancing around him again, wrapping him in a miniature tornado "Why not why not? You seem fun!" Kar growled lowly but went quiet when another voice came "I also wish to know why." Kar turned and offered a hand to the small figure that stepped out of the woods. The child took it gracefully and stepped farther in where the moonlight illuminated her tiny form. She could not have been more then a foot tall, skin as green as a new budding leaf with hair remenisicent of the forest in autumn. Her eyes were as blue as the river, but her voice was strong and self assured. Were it not for her physical features, she could have been human by the look of her, but she stared at Nick with a calm unyeilding gaze.

Nick glared at her. "Because I'm not talking about it. I'm leaving.. get over it.." he spat and twisted shoving a hand out ward and then flicking the tornado lady would find her self being forced away from him as he started packing his tent up. muttering under his voice about stupied elementals and not knowing a threat when it was in the hen house.. oka yso he mangled a few sayings but it was the same sentament. he got his things packed and headed for the woods. he'd keep walking until he had to sleep.*

Frond's eyes glimmered "We could keep you against your will. If you are a threat, indeed we should do so. But you do not seem to be." Belira swept around in front of him "You do not understand this effort of yours is in vain. We are the forest. Shaa is the air you breathe, I am the water you drink, the rain that falls, Kar is the ground you walk on Frond is the forest around you. We are the forest. We wish merely to know what part you play in it."

Nick glared at them his eye's going hard. "Don't threaten me. and don't try and keep my against my will you'll regreat it. I have done you no harm. and ask only to be left in peace.but if you try and contain me Your the ones who'll pay." he did NOT like bullies. and that's what they where acting like. sure he could of told them why he was running. why it was a very good idea on their part just to forget about him but if they kept it up he wasn't sure how much of his temper he'd be able to control. he didn't liek being caged. he'd just escaped one cage why must they try and shove him into another?

Shaa ruffled his hair "You are a strange one, we aren't threatening you, we're just telling you that as long as you are in the forest, you are with us. That's just how it is." Belira nodded as did Kar and Frond. "If you take shelter in our forest, we want to know who you are, we don't even know your name." Rasped Kar. Frond smiled slightly "We do not wish to contain you, but if you do act as a threat, we may. However I think you will find it quite hard to harm us."

Nick glared as he set to walking agian. fine then he'd go until he was out of the forest. 'there goes having a place to hide..' he htought tiredly. "My names nick there you know who I am now.." he mutterd. reachign up to tug at the collar around his throat. it was laced with magic but diffrent from nicks. silver flared from it and he cursed. he hadn't been trying to remove it.. just to get it away from his skin for a bit of releife letting it go he continued walking. moving carefully so he didn't go for another tumble, at least not with his bag on him there where two breakable items in there.

Kar walked alongside him, carrying Frond, who spoke "That looked painful, will you let us fix that at least and escort you to the edge of our lands?" Belira vanished in the opposite direction as Shaa danced upwards into the sky, giving them relative privacy.

Nick glanced at them. "It'll zap both you and me if you try to remove it its why I keep moving.. there's a tracke ron it i stay in one place to long the tracker locks in..and its SUPPOSED to bind my powers but I dunno they still get out.." probably because they where growing ..
