The Keyblade's Chosen One... Darkness of Heart... Heartless... Nobodies... The Door to Light and Dark... Kingdom Hearts.

It was many many years ago when Ansem the Wise and his team of researchers: Xehanort, Braig, Dilan, Even, Aeleus, and Ienzo; delved into the studies of hearts. A heartless had been born. Foreseeing dangerous outcome, Ansem shut down the research but his six assistants studied further, pushing even themselves into dark depths...

As another wise man once said, heartless are darkness made real. As long as there was darkness in any heart, heartless would come into creation. And their husks would become Nobodys.

A king once spoke reassuring words. He said that a keyblade master would soon and one day open the door to light. With the key the keyblade master would seal the hearts of worlds and save them from disappearing because of the darkness.

Many worlds were destroyed by the Heartless, but were given birth again at the fall of Xehanort, also known as 'Ansem,' when the apprentice stole his teacher's name.

Sora, a keyblade master, had at one point given up his heart while his heart was merged with Kairi's. He then had a heartless and Roxas was born, but Sora's heart was quickly retrieved, so Roxas had no memory of his last life.

The journey continues, from the side of darkness and light.

Rei walked down the empty streets of Twilight Town. She was looking for someone, and she couldn't find him. Rei sighed, and ran a hand through her long raven colored hair. Her violet eyes scanned the area she was hoping to see some clue to who she was looking for.
" Darn it, where is Riku?" She asked out loud.
She had been looking for Riku ever since the heartless had attacked her world. She also hoped to find him in hopes he could explain why she had a keyblade. She let a smile play across her face as she recalled when she first met Riku.

She used to live in a world a very feudal like place, there house where just little huts and everyone seemed to be farmers. Though the lived near the water, but not many boats came to their area. Yes Rei was an orphan and lived alone. Though Rei lived at the top of the village on a hill, and she grew her own crops, though hers were the only ones that grew, and soon the village labeled her as a witch. So the villagers would beat her daily. So she would grow herbs in order to fix her wounds, so once day when she was at the shore getting water she found a injured Riku.

She brought Riku into her house, and took care of his wounds and him. So over the time he was recovering, she grew really close for him, and had grew to have feelings for him. Though soon he was fully head and had to leave. Then the day of the night he planned to leave, he is gone for most of the day, he later returns that day, Rei is happy to see him, thinking he left without saying good bye. He hands her a small sliver key necklace, and tells her to keep it, and to hold on to it for it's the key to his heart. After that, he leaves, and goes on his way, but right before that, he tells her if a she ever mets a spiky brown haired kid, name Sora, she should help him.

Though shortly after that the heartless attacked, and she fought them off, when she found that she could summoned a keyblade, known as the heartblade. It wasn't long after that, when she found she could create light portals. She knew as long as she was their heartless would keep coming, so she decide to leave. She open a portal, stepped through it and ended up in Twilight Town.

She shook her head, and shook the thoughts away. She ten started walking down the street again.
