Age: 23

Race: Child of the Forest

Personality: Is very gentle and kind, while on the adventurous side with a strong curiosity. Oblivious to the anger the forest has towards the humans. Has yet to learn of what is occurring outside the comfort of his home the forest. Upon his gentle nature he is patient and slow to anger. If he is angered he can hold a heavy grudge, becoming cold and distant.

Biography: Growing up in the care of the forest he was isolated from the rest of the world becoming an agile and strong hunter. Living out his life by the ways of nature he desires to learn if there is anything else outside the horizon of trees. Being told where not to go made him enter a rebellious stage and now he desires to tread the across the land he was forbidden too.

Race: Leran [jungle people who have their soul as a solid being by their side]

Needed info: She's a leran with the soul of a white tiger [Mylan]

Lore looked at neutral city not too distant from the tree her and Mylan were lounging in. It was one of those cities that she's seen, been in, and than gotten out of as quickly as possible. Even though she was human, her race was far from the normal human, she was a Leran, one of the many races that was entirely dependent on the forest, the forest was her home, a place she lived in, a place where her and Mylan were always able to run through wild and free, just like Lore's spirit, she was just as wild as the tiger she was with; A white tiger, a symbol of wild freedom to her people, but not the symbol of the forest, no.

The symbol of the forest was the dragon, a spirit that no one ever had by their side unless they were chosen by the forest to be able to have the dragon by their side. But so far, no one has ever seen a single Leran with a dragon, the closest there ever was was a fire lizard, but they are a whole different thing entirely. Sure they may be race related to the dragon, but they weren't a dragon them self, and there has only been one fire lizard spirit ever to be seen in the last two hundred years.

Lore sighed, getting tired of looking at the ruined, gray, uneventful city, scooting gently out of the tree and falling soundlessly to the ground than walking towards their village, made of dried brush and already fallen twigs. They never cut on the trees, or the brush on the ground, they waited for the forest to provide them their materials by dried, dead grass, bars, mud, things like that, and they used it to make shelters.

Mylan gave a soft growl at the thought of even trying to mark a tree with their knives. "I know... It would anger the forest and we'd no longer be welcome here...." She said with a sigh. "And honestly, I couldn't think of a life without the green canopy over my head, could you?" She asked Mylan, who gave her a look that told her 'No' than they looked ahead, going to their small hut on the outside of the village and going in, sitting down on a couch they bough from a human couple and they curled up and recounted the day's boring events. After all, they had nothing better to d with their time.

A young man stood on an edge of a cliff that seemed to be the ruins of a building with thick red vines leading to large trees towering behind him and below him. As he stood perched in perfect balance even as a breeze caressed some strands of his luminous silver hair into the deep blue sky that had rich hues of purples. It was a magnificent sight only to be awe-inspiring by the rather long, lean, and ominous dragon. The brilliant creature seemed agitated and in a poor mood circling around the silver haired male like a hawk.

Don't do it Demetrios! The voice echoed in the lades mind allowing his lips to curl into a mischievous grin causing the dragon to let out a menacing rumble trees seemed to quiver in, fear.

"Calm down Santeri. What is the worse that could happen?" Demetrios exclaimed happily knowing very well Santeri wouldn't let a thing harm him. His own personal, yet cranky bodyguard. Always believed he needed to loosen up. Rules were meant to be broken.

With another agitated rumble, the male just stepped of the ledge and plummeted into the forest below. It was all so he could get to the city of rumble. Demetrios was always fascinated by it. There was nothing like it in the forest, such odd things protruded out and he could always see figures moving amongst the rumble. Fascinated him how someone could live outside the lush forest.

Before he hit the ground Demetrios grabbed onto a tree branch, swung his body around and landed on his feet with a joyful laugh. Along with Santeri freaking out, What if you didn't make that fall? You know how much trouble I would of been in! I can't believe you did that.... We are in so much trouble. Even though the dragon was losing control he still followed the male above the treetops. Was unwilling to try and maneuver through the trees.

"I don't see why you have to be so stiff all the time. Live a little. Life is too short to live in such a sheltered way!" he declared boisterously oblivious to the dangers he could get himself into by talking so loud in a foreign area. Either way he practical walked with a skip and a hop to his step. The excitement he had was just bubbling over.

Lore sighed, her boredom taking over until Mylan's ears perked up and he looked at her, her eyes changing until they were exactly like Mylan's and she listened to the new sounds than her feline senses could pick up and she ended up darting through the trees, looking straight ahead she she headed for her target but than paused at least a ten yards away, listening as she heard the excited footsteps of another being in the forest.

she silently crept forward, than climbed into a tree, balancing on a branch as she inched forwards to get a look at the person wondering the forest, frowning slightly at the sight. the person was a normal human, excited about something obviously, what he was excited about she didn't know, but it didn;t concern her. Quite frankly if she spoke to this person they'd be a pain in her neck sooner or later, she she lounged in the tree, watching as he went by with a bored expression.

Looking down at the ground she saw Mylan prancing off towards the person, closing the small distance and she rolled her eyes, an irritated growl escaping her lips. Why did all cats have to be so curious about things? Sure it's what made cats brave, and what made Mylan and lore a great pair, but why must Mylan always get them both into trouble, and what happens if the guy scratches Mylan behind the ear? They both end up purring!

Sulking, Lore followed the over sized cat to where the other human was and than plopped down on the ground not too far away from where Mylan was looking at the boy curiously, tail swaying and ears flat against his head.

Demetrios was making great pace knowing very well he was getting closer to the town as Santeri was protesting all the more. The dragon was so predictable to him, a worrier that was over protective, and thought way too much. While he was the one to do something without a thought until after he did it. Most would call it courageous bravery, but Santeri thought it was shear stupidity.

And that stupidity came in handy quite nicely. When the white tiger stopped in front of him he couldn't help but stumble to a stop and just stare at the creature. It was gorgeous to Demetrios and without a thought he crouched down and extended his hand to the tiger.

Are you crazy? Santeri almost screamed in the boys mind making him cringing only being a sense of satisfaction to the dragon. Thought he had gotten through to the boy but the extended hand never recoiled angry him all the more. What if you get hurt? Do you know how angry they will get... Ugh, I don't want to think about it. He protested knowing nothing would come of it.

So without further delay Santeri shot down to reside under the canopy of trees to wrap his torso around Demetrios and rest his forelegs on the boys head. The dragon glared at the tiger letting out a menacing rumble in warning.

"Really now? This is your solution." Demetrios groaned, it wasn't that he disliked having Santeri wrapped around his body. Was the fake his claws her on his head and he worried about his safety. With a laugh he looked at the tiger and smiled. "Don't worry about this guy he is always grumpy." he explained rolling his eyes as his torso felt like it was being squeezed.

Mylan nuzzled the hand stretched out to him and looked at the dragon with a peaceful gaze, about to say something before Lore darted out in front of them and hissed, her once calm blue eyes now had gold flames around her pupils as she glared at them.

She was protective of her soul, after all, should they harm, or kill Mylan, she could end up a human shell, with no emotion, nothing. Usually the soulless Leran end up dying a few days later, do to not eating, plus they usually ended up killing themselves since they constantly walked in one direction, usually plumeting to their death or drowning.

Lore was determined not to let that happen to her, nor Mylan. He was her only true friend, and if she lost them, it's be the end of both of them.

Keeping up her fiery warning gaze as she slowly got them both backed into the brush between a few trees where they easily blended in, almost becoming invisible.

A joyful laugh left Demetrios as the tiger accepted his outstretched hand. Just as he was going to brush his hand against the soft white fur to pet the animal a girl that seemed furious was standing in front of him. He fell back onto the ground with hos jaw dropped open gaping. It was his first time being so close to another person and she was friends to with the tiger. Demetrios really wanted to get to know the girl now and ask her so many questions. Like why she was in the woods, a tiger was her friend, there were so many he just sat there staring.

Nudges from Santeri got Demetrios to slowly stand up and brush himself off. If he wanted to get close to the girl he would have too gain her trust or at least lose the hostility. So he glared up at Santeri who lowered his head down to the males thigh and soon has his head gently rubbed enjoying it greatly. "I'm sorry if you feel threatened. This guy won't hurt you he acts tough when he is just a softy." Demetrios spoke gently looking into the brush knowing the girl was there.

He smiled warmly chuckling a little as Santeri was yelling at him all over again making threats that were just words. Really he wanted to see the tiger again and feel if the fur was as soft as he imagined. If the girl was a big plus but she didn't seem to like him very much. Maybe if he introduced himself... "I'm Demetrios and this is Santeri, we are from the forest." he explained with a big grin finding nothing wrong in his words.

Lore froze. Last she checked Leran were the only inhabitants of the forest, and they were mostly women, there were barely any men living amongst them.... Yet he claims to be from the forest... But what part? And why was there a dragon there?

Standing slowly she kept her gaze cautious as she took a few steps into the small clearing. He told her his name, so she should trust them enough to give them her name in return, right? "I'm Lore, and this is Mylan..." She said, blinking her eyes and they turned into normal human eyes, no longer the slitted, hazel blue eyes she had when she was using Mylan's senses. "And how can you be from the forest? Only Leran live in the forest, other humans live in that city, not far from here." She said, still keeping at a safe distance.

You never knew if normal humans could just be playing on your trust or not, so she chose to watch him closely, and analyze his every move until she was sure he was friendly enough to get closer to.

As the girl walked out of hiding Demetrios' smile grew. Now having a better view of the girl who had enchanting red locks, never had he seen hair of that color. Then her eyes caused his mouth to gap open once again, they had just changed? He couldn't help but look down at Santeri because he was the one that taught him everything and his wasn't one of them. Clearing his throat he stood up straighter trying to be presentable, even attempted to adjust the little clothing he had.

That was till he asked how he lived in the forest. He didn't understand it at all. Looking at her confused he rubbed his hands through his silver locks. "Well I live over there." he said pointing towards the denser part of the forest above the cliff of rubble. The supposedly dangerous area. But when she said the city wasn't far his face light up. "So that is what they are." he mumbled to himself glad to find out that the figures were humans. Then she was liking him and that only made his smile grow. Couldn't help but think he was the only of his kind.

Santeri on the other hand wasn't happy about this at all and coiled up around Demetrios more trying to act like a shield causing the young man to sigh rolling his eyes again. The dragon wasn't as trusting and wouldn't be for awhile till he saw some proof of her being okay or trustworthy. Hostility just was cutting it for him.

She froze. Back that way? Really, only few Lerans lived there... What was it like? Were there more flowers and plants than there were her? Was there mountains? More animals? Lerans she hasn't met? This was just too much, and as soon as her curiosity was sparked, she couldn't help but give him that curious cat' gaze, head tilted slightly to the side with a look of wonder in her eyes. "No way..." She said, a smile puling at her rouge lips.

She moved closer and than sat down on the ground, Mylan laying down behind her and she gently stroked his fur. "What;s it like there? What kinds of animals are there? Are there more flower there than here? Are there any Lerans there?" she asked him, she still had a billion more questions to ask him, and she wasn't sure that he'd answer them, if any at all.

She got quite, letting him have a moment to answer her questions. This sparked her curiosity so much more than other humans did, especially the city. If he could answer most of her questions, than she'd answer some of his, and maybe, just maybe she could befriend this other human...

It would definitely be a change if she could, she didn't easily make friends with other Leran or normal humans. She mostly got along with the plats, and animals around her, usually sitting down and using dried and dead grass to make mats and such with for the village people while she listened to the few birds sing and watched the squirrels and animals go around, doing their daily business, but being able to befriends a human, trust them, talk to them. It would be amazing if she could actually have a human friend, it would be more than amazing... It would be... What would it be, actually? She couldn't think of a better word than amazing at the moment, but pushing her thoughts aside she simply sat there, waiting for answers.

Surprised by all the questions Demetrios decided to sit down himself like usual ignoring all the complaints from his dragon friend along the lines of bodyguard and parent. "Why don't you stay watch above the trees if you are so worried, you are giving me a headache." he growled looking at Santeri who huffed out a puff a smoke unwilling to burn his companion. Even if the urge was there he left to the skies to circle around them as Demetrios instructed.

With a sigh of relief he turned to the Leran and her tiger, "It is like a prison. Lots of rules, things I can and can't do. Not like I'm a child anymore. There are lots of animals, mostly all that is up there other then the people of the tress. They are really quiet though, minus two of them. Flowers are abundant it goes on forever up there. At least I believe it does." he said answering all her question with a shocking honesty for the fact the girl was a complete stranger. But he liked to talk to someone who actually talked back and didn't tell him what and what not to do. She seemed docile enough anyway, the tiger didn't seem to be much of a threat either.

Curious himself he looked at the girl with an excited smile. "Well, now I think it would only be fair if you shared a little bit about yourself. Why are you residing in the woods? Most don't come in here for the danger it holds and not wanting to anger my parents. I guess I can call them that... Raised me for all I know." He laughed still smiling as Santeri let out an angry roar. The male was not supposed to say things like that, he was giving away too much about himself.

Being able to speak to someone was a powerful force. At least for Demetrios but it seemed like it ensnared the girl also. At least the fact he came from the foreign place in the forest to her. Which made it the total opposite for him. This was all new and was supposed to be dangerous even though he was seemingly making a new friend. Two maybe if he counted the tiger.

She frowned. Rules? The only rules she knew was try their hardest to not anger, or harm the forest, and now that the other boy was speaking of all the rules, well, she wasn't as fond of that part of the forest, though more animals and flowers appealed to her more than anything there.

"All Leran live in the woods, because the harm normal humans cause us. We were once a many people with an equal population of men and women, before normal humans got curious about our souls that are separate beings from out human bodies, like mine is a tiger, other's are birds, lizzards, and so forth. Human began to kill our souls, and also killing us in a way, we became empty shells. After the disaster with the moon, the Leran people begged the forest to be able to stay here, live in peace with the animals, asking it for protection, and so we've been living here for quite some time, in peace and harmony with everything here." she said, telling him the story as she'd been told so many years ago, hoping that it'd satisfy his curiosity about her.

"We try to keep from angering, or harming the forest, lving quiet lives, and rarely finding soul mates. Only do we mate if our population is critically low." She added, unsure if she should have told him that, but she told him a lot about himself, the most she could tell him was about her. "I only ever knew my father, but he was one of the few that were hunted by humans because he stood up to their leader about their wrong doings, and so since I was young, Mylan and I have fended for our selves." she said with a shrug.

{Alright. Just wanted to make sure if was okay. Felt so bad.}

"I never knew humans were that bad..." he murmured to himself. Told you so Santeri chimmed causing Demetrios to pout. They didn't seem that horrible to him, probably helped he had never met them before or a Leran. It made him wonder if that was the danger that his mothers stressed over along with Santeri who they seemed very fond of along with him. Would freak if he ever got hurt.

Once again he rubbed his head looking at the girl with a new found curiosity. "Could a dragon be one?" he asked referring to the soul part of her explanation. Demetrios couldn't think of a single day he lived without the giant silver beast and couldn't being to think what he would do without him. They didn't seem to get along well but they had an incredibly strong bond. Always protected each other in everything. Only sad thing was Santeri would not allow Demetrios to ride him anymore, not like he couldn't handle the extra weight.

"Well, you are doing a great job. They aren't mad at you at all. Only say it is dangerous for me to be down here. I can't figure it out why though. I just wanted to explore. I've never been down here before and after meeting you I wish I could help with the humans. I still can't believe they are that bad but after what you said it is shocking." he said in a rather serious tone compared to his curios or excited one. There was one thing he didn't like, conflict and there seemed to be a big one between the humans and Lerans.

Lore nodded. "They're not as bad now, though there are still some who wish to hurt the Lerans." she said with a sad sigh than froze. "That's just why i didn't trust you at first. No one has ever seen a Leran in the thousands of years that they've been around that's had a dragon soul, maybe a fire lizzard but there's only ever one leran every five hundred years with one of those." she told him.

In fact, even though the dragon with him was harmless, she still feared the creature, and wasn't sure if it really agreed with her speaking to Demetrios, and it made her somewhat edgy and uncomfortable being there. "Now that you mention it, is the dragon you're with ok with me speaking to you...? I wouldn't want to possibly anger or offend him..." she said, nervously petting Mylan, who's purr was loud enough to be hear a few yards away and he lightly licked her cheek, causing Lore to smile and hug the furry crature.

Demetrios didn't understand what she was talking about, he didn't know what was so great about having a dragon. It sounded like it was rare but not dangerous only to him though. Didn't know what came with being a Leran with the soul of a dragon. "I could help if you want. Humans or Leran. No one should kill each other. But what is really so great about having a dragon as a soul? Rare, yes. I don't want you to fear him or me. Not like we are dangerous..." he spoke in a confused tone staring at the ground now.

With an audible nervous swallow, Demetrios looked up at her nervously. "Well, um.. Yes he hates it only dislike more that I'm down here. They stress it is dangerous. Can you blame him for being worried that I'll get hurt. I don't think your friend would let anything harm you." he said trying to explain. He didn't want her being nervous, nothing would happen as long as nothing happened to him and Santeri wouldn't be the least of her worries. Either way he smiled gently at how comfortable she was with the tiger. He could never do that with his companion. Scales weren't that, nice and his tongue wasn't pleasant either... Was kind of jealous.

Lore smiled. "So, he simply worries about you, it's his job." She said and gave one of her rare smiles as Mylan stood. "Would you like to ride him?" she asked, stroking his fur once again. "He's light on his feet, and usually gives a smooth ride." She said, subtly complimenting her tiger ad Mylan looked up at her with a thankful gaze and than walked closer to Demetrios, gently nuzzling his shoulder, and just like with Lore, he licked the human's cheek.

'Come on, you know you want to take a quick run with me...' he teased, slight laughter in his voice as he looked at Demetrios. Yeah, Mylan was usually a hearty, chipper little kitty cat, and liked to give people rides, though Lore insists he takes it easy, since they shared everything, including pain, she didn't want him to work himself too hard.

Demetrios eyes widened in great joy and surprise. Even a childish smile spread across his pale lips with a cheerful laugh. With a little hesitation he gently slid his hand over the tigers head petting him a little. "I would love too! Thank you. I would offer the same to you but he is, stingy I'm glad you understand that he doesn't dislike you." he exclaimed excitedly as he laughed from the wet sand-papery lick across his cheek.

"You're okay with it?" he said looking over at the tiger still petting his head loving the fell of his soft fur. Didn't want to hurt the Mylan, even though they were both offering. Though the thought of the wind in his hair again made the temptation irresistible. Hesitantly he stood not knowing what to do even as Santeri lowered back to the ground. The dragon just wanted to watch and make sure the young man was safe and came back unharmed.

Mylan sighed and easily ducked between his legs than stood straight, having Demetrio's feet at least twenty four inches from the ground than gave a tigery grin. 'Hold on tight...' He said and, with blurring speed, raced through the small clearing and eventually began to raise and run on air.

Lore grinned and easily fallowed behind, the air rippling under her feet as she followed. Most didn't know about their ability to alter and control air, but it really didn't matter. They never talked to anyone anyways, and it was nice to have a secret just bwteen the two, now four of them as she ran beside them, eventually she stopped because she saw a beautiful white bird that was hurt and tumbling to the ground and she darted down to catch it, falling into the trees and landing on a branch.

She had a few scratched but it was nothing compared to what she saw on the poor animal. the middle of it's wing had a deep enough cut in it that it threatened to fall off, though the bone wasn;t cut through, it was just because of the feathers that weighed it down that made it looked that way.

Glancing up at the sky she connected minds with the three of them. 'I'm going to go mend this creature's wounds, continue on though, I'll catch up later' she said than gently cradled the bird and raced towards her cottage.

Demetrios let out a gasp in surprise as his body rose off the ground and quickly listened to the tiger and held on tight as Santeri huffed and followed along with Lore. The dragon had to admit though he was glad to see Demetrios having so much fun and laughing. He really did like the rush that came with being on the back of Mylan. Never expected him to be so fast and be able run on air. It was exhilarating to the point he was grinning and making sure he stayed on.

It was till Lore got hurt did his head snap around to see if she was okay giving a nod to Santeri. With a nod the Dragon weaved through some trees back over to Lore. I'll help you my Dear. I can't allow you to be alone and injured. he connected to the girls mind right behind her as he worked on catching up to her. The trees slowed him down greatly as he had to weave through them. Either way he wanted to help and could report to Demetrios' mothers and then Lore could be allowed deeper into the forest without having to worry over upsetting them.

Does she do that often? Demetrios asked Mylan. Couldn't help but be impressed that she would do that for the bird. She would easily be accepted by the forest. He just wanted to know if she did a lot so he could actually say something and Mylan seemed the one to ask.

Mylan gave a slight nod. 'Lore doesn't have many human friends, since she's never really able to relate to anyone, so instead she befriends animals, birds, most air creatures she can communitcate with.' Mylan explained easily whilst running through the air, eventually going higher until they were on a cloud, the mist slowly floating up and creating cool water droplets on them.

Lore gave a slight nod, barely realizing that she'd somehow managed to get a long gash in her leg as she went into her hut and looked at the shelves, looking for a salve she made than going over to the bird, with a knife to cut off the feathers, than got a wet rag and carefully cleaned it, being extra gentle with it's wing as she put a mint paste on it's wing to numb the pain, than a healing salve that would help get out infection and hurry the healing before wrapping it with a cloth and laying it on the couch, kissing it's soft, feather head gently.

"If only I had power over water, I could heal you..." she said with a saddened sigh. Every time she saw any animal get hurt, it broke her to peices inside, and made tears rush from her green/blue eyes as she looked down at the sleeping bird.

Demetrios listened to Mylan as he explained how Lore was. It was fascinating to him. "I hope she can relate to use then. I've been locked away in the deeper part of the forest so I'm overjoyed to have met you two. You seem really interesting and I think I can learn a lot from you. Hearing that she befriends animals, I know my mothers will accept her" he spoke smiling again as the ended up on a cloud. The feel of the water felt great and he wished Lore and Santeri could be with them.

Santeri was impressed by the girl as he stayed outside the cottage a little too large for the place and he didn't want to ruin anything. 'I'll get you water easily if you come out here and let me heal your leg... If you accept I'll warn you it'll sting.' he spoke to the girl worried over the deep cut on her leg. His ability of healing was by his tongue. The reason Demetrios hated being liked. It stung, burn and depending on how infected the wound was it could be agonizing. Healed a wound quickly though a skill only between the two and soon four. They could at least share a little about themselves.

After giving his offer he lowered to the ground follow letting his body be weaved through a few trees. Was trying to take up as little room outside as possible and still be able to get to Lore and be less intimidating. Couldn't help he wasn't the cuddliest looking creature.

'your the first human she hasn't ran away from for dear life, and so you may end up being her first human friend... But i will warn you now, hurt Lore in any way, and I don't care who your mother and father is, I'll hunt you down.' he said seriously, giving Demetrios on of his scary, wild-cat's-gonna-go-kick-ass-on-you gazes before lightening up again and slowly going in circles, going down and into the canopy of trees once again than crouched a bit so it;d be easier for the human to get off of him.

Lore frowned, looking down at her leg than at the bird. "I have to make sure the swan is ok first... they are rare birds, and i'd hate to see her die..." she said and once she saw the bird open it's eyes and give a soft honk, telling her that it'd be fine for now, than a softer honk in thanks before Lore nodded and walked out.

Physical pain didn't phase her, in fact, with how her life was, she found physical pain was better than mental pain, being she lost her family when humans began to hunt them, well, that was basically the reason she was so edgy around humans, and the reason she ran from them as soon as she got what she needed from them, because she didn't want her family to completely die out, and as her mother and father's only heir, it was her duty to make another family to replace those that lost their lives....

Pushing aside her miserable thoughts she extended her leg, not even wincing at it so the dragon could heal her. Even though she respected the dragon, she felt that she shouldn't be so rude as to not treat him like she would Mylan, and easily stroked his scales, not caring that they weren't as soft as the fur of her tiger. They were beautiful, and smooth, and in a way she wished she had a dragon soul, instead of a tiger.

It didn't faze Demetrios how Mylan was so protective over Lore and threatened him. He knew very well Santeri would do the same, why he always tried to stay out of trouble and not get injured. He wouldn't be the one getting in trouble for being so reckless it would be Santeri for allowing something like it to happen. "Then I believe we shouldn't be come friends. It would be ill of me to allow her to be brought into the dangers of being close to me." he said in a distant voice. He was born for the forest and nothing else, it was his lifeline that he needed to protect. Getting off Mylan with a sigh he gently pet the tiger on the head. "Thanks. I enjoyed that greatly."

Santeri huffed in slight irritation before he actually spoke something he rarely did when he could communicate to Demetrios through the connection they had. "If you don't take care of yourself you won't be able to care for others." he voice came out in an unearthly tone, an almost ancient voice liked he had been apart of the land for years. Either way he let out a little huff as the girl stroked his scales. Out of courtesy manner he lowered his head to the girl before stretching out his tongue and proceed to heal her wound.

Finished he looked up at the girl with his golden eyes a little threatening but that was just Santeri, a gentle dragon he was. "I hope you enjoyed our company today I can't make any promises we will be back. The lad should not be here and he knows it or getting close to anyone. It would be dangerous if you were to get comfortable around us. Even though Demetrios may not show it but he knows the power he holds can be devastating or life saving. With great power comes great consequences. He has been isolated for a reason." Santeri spoke wanting the girl to understand the dangers she would be in if she ever chose to get close.

Sticking to his promise Santeri let out a little rumble as he pulled the moisture from the earth to make a small sphere of water for the girl. As he did so he could sense Demetrios' presence on the ground and his hostile eyes soon became gentle as he calmed. The boy was his world, the reason he was even around, would not allow anything to happen to him and the male knew it well. Could tell he knew better then to be down her. Even if he spoke relaxed words that nothing would happen. Turning back to Lore he looked down at her. "Take care of yourself."

Mylan nodded and slowly walked back towards their village, going into their small hut and sitting in a corner, waiting for Lore to come in and begin to make something for the bother of them to eat.

Lore listened to Santeri's words, and thought she was thankful for everything he did and how kind he was, she wanted to get to know the other human more, simply because he was the first to interest her enough that she spoke more than two words to him, and the fact that she may be alone again, with no one but Mylan was slightly saddening, but she hid her disappointment and nodded. "Keep him safe." she said with a slight smile before going back into her hut and sitting down beside the swan.

She looked over at Mylan and hugged her knees. She wasn't much of a people person anyway, so in theory she could easily forget Demetrios and go back to her daily routine, right?

For some reason it didn't appeal to her anymore, she was craving something new to happen and change her life, make it more exciting. She wanted to be able to relate to someone easily... But there was no one around.

sighing she got up and went to the edge of the forest and began to find a few herbs so she could make something for her and Mylan to eat. She couldn't starve the poor creature to death, besides, it gave her a few moments to try and get back into her routine and forget about the recent happenings.

Santeri gave a slight nod to Lore in response to her statement. Nothing more needed to be said, the sooner they left the easier it would be to forget them. Would become a fond memory in their past without a strong emotion attachment. At least that is what he thought as he pushed Demetrios back towards the deeper part of the woods with his head.

"I don't want to go back." Demetrios complained as he was shoved along.

"You can't stay here either" Santeri grumbled about ready to grab hos shirt and drag him back.

"Can I visit?" Demetrios asked hopeful.

"Maybe." Santeri mumbled as he watched his companions face light up in complete disbelief. It even confused him why he was giving it. Was so not like him to allow them to go somewhere foreign and dangerous.

"Really?" Demetrios asked making a wrong move. Gave Santeri a chance to change his mind. Which he did.

"If you get your mothers permission." And that ended their conversation completely in a dead silence.

When they got back to their part of the forest Demetrios went straight to his mothers. Who resided in the largest tree of the forest that was in fact made of many, they had all just grow into one rather large one leaving a nice open space in the middle. When he confronted them he spoke of Lore and Mylan, about how they helped the animals in the forest, what the humans had done, the fact they don't harm any of the forest, and anything he could think of down to the fact Lore like flowers. Demetrios was very honest and never lied. Saw no point in it. But through his attempts he was still denied only thing they were willing to do was help them.

So soon enough they sent a messenger to Lore that she had permission to travel deeper into the woods and take the resources she need like lumber from trees or water from streams. Even flowers if she wanted. The forest was generous, they knew it would grow back only wanted to allow access to it for people the deemed worthy. It seemed like they thought Lore was worthy, they were putting trust into their son who was plotting to escape back down to where Lore was in the morning. No matter how much he tried to forget her he couldn't, only made him wanna see her more and Santeri knew it. Wasn't going to stop him either.
