He enjoyed the crisp and fuel-scented air that came from the local gas station that he was residing at. His steel gray eyes scanned the beings walking below his perch on the rooftop. It was one of the more busier nights that the gas station had experienced. The clerk inside floundered her way with the many customers purchasing gas and many forms of junk food. He snickered as he turned around and leaped down to the back of the store. One said customer's ill intents that Seth had picked up caused a stir in the pit of his stomach. While he wasn't too pleased that the slightly heavyset lecherous man had been the one with the thoughts, he was glad that at least the man had fairly good taste.

The target, a petite redhead dressed still in her nurse's outfit, had just finished filling her car up. Her first mistake was choosing the pump furthest away that was also hidden by shadows. Her second one was acknowledging the man with a bright smile. Seth could feel the energy of the intentions rising. Just as he grabbed the woman by the wrist, the burly man slapped his other hand across her mouth to muffle any screams. What a pity that no one can see or hear her. Seth thought to himself, a wicked grin forming on his lips. But this makes it easier for me.

As her eyes widened in fear of the realization of what trouble she was in, Seth darted towards the two. With one swift punch, the man crumpled to his knees. A false sense of security overcame the woman as she began thanking Seth. He snickered as he swooped her up and flew off. She struggled against his grip, causing him to tighten it until she could move no more.

Hours passed once he had arrived to an isolated building. Once there, he set off to do as the dirty man from the gas station played. Though that man would have possibly been kind enough to leave her for dead, Seth made sure her death was swift.

(My first post. ^_^ I hope it isn't too bad. Seth tends to be a naughty sort of guy though I can keep him somewhat behaved.)

Terra flew around the town she lived in. She perfered to fly as it was easier to get around although she did have her own apartment and car to use when she needed it. She flew from her apartment to a local gas station. It was on the outskirts of the town and she liked it because stuff was cheaper here. She had learned not to trust any man that came to this gas station and most knew not to mess with her. She went to the cooler and got a soda and some chips. She looked around curiously. She heard the sound of fighting outside and leaving her stuff on the counter she went outside in time to see a man grab a girl and take off into the air. She tried to follow but got lost. She focused on the aura of the demon she had seen and managed to find him just in time to see him kill the girl he had stolen. She landed in front of him and looked at him with a hard expression on her face.
"Why would you do such a thing? What did that girl do to you?"

Seth frowned as the small angelic being fussed at him. He had left his guard down as he violated his victim. And now he had one of those uppity beings questioning his motives. Placing one hand on his hip and the other brushing a loose strand of his silver hair out of his face, he moved passed the girl.

"Does there have to be a reason?" He asked, pausing a few feet behind her. It irked him how those angels could think that all evil and good done in the world had to have a reason behind it. "Besides, it was either she be raped by some unattractive human whose idea of 'finishing up' was to leave a half-bloodied body in some dark alleyway. At least, I gave her a good time and made sure not to spill a drop of blood."

(He actually prefers to have consensual sex but... Yeah. He's an incubus. :lol: )

She did not turn around but went over to the girls lifeless body. She said a prayer and the body disappeared. "Now she is in a better place." She turned to face the demon. "You should not torture creatures who are lesser than you. If you want to torture someone you should at least do so with someone who has a fighting chance against you. Humans are to weak. Pick someone who can beat you in a fight or at least have a chance." She smirked a bit. She had been attacked by countless demons but she always won. No demon would take away her innocence. She was to pure for them to defeat. God loved her and kept her safe.

"Pick on someone your own size." Seth mocked the angelic girl. He could just feel that she was trying to egg him on. But Seth wasn't in the mood to play. "Look, pipsqueak... I had a busy night and last thing I want to do is get lectured about my actions. Go preach to the choir."

With that, he turned around and left. As he made his way through the desolate area of town, he mused about how pissed the angel had to be that he didn't fall for the invite for a fight. Angels... All they think that demons want to do is fight. Or cause 'evil' in the world.

She growled and left heading back to her apartment. She needed to rest. It was hard to ensure a souls journey to heaven and it made her tired. She could only grant souls that relase on certain curcumstances. She would have to keep her eyes peeled if a demon was loose. It was dangerous for everyone right now. She sighed. How would she handle this? What was a good way to handle this? That was a good question. She decided to sleep on it. Perhaps she would have some answers when she woke up. She went to her apartment and laid down. In a few hours she would go around and work on chairitys.

When Seth made it to the apartment he was staying at, he noticed an unusual scent. It was that of a demon but not one he recognized. His hand reached out to the doorknob and the light force from that action caused his door to sway slightly inward. The incubus tensed up as this meant one of two things; either the demon had just left, or it was still inside. Bracing himself, he slowly proceeded in.

"I love how careless one is when doing their dirty work." A voice rang out, hint of laughter echoing within. Seth scanned the darkened room for the source of the voice. "You won't see me just yet. I'm only here to inform you that you will need to take care of that little angel that caught you earlier. The Master isn't pleased to hear that you didn't kill her. But at least he knows that she is here."

"What does he care about that angel for?" Seth angrily remarked. Irritation was setting in as he realized that the voice was just some lowly messenger from the big wheel demon who thought he 'rule' the town. "Pipsqueak like that isn't worth my time or effort."

Terra got up and went to town. It was time for her to donate to various charities. She carried her bag of food items. It was a special bag that never ran out of food no matter how much food she gave away. She stopped at any person on the street and let them pull something out. She then went to each charity and gave them money. She had a special money pouch just for donations.

After the messenger finally left, Seth flopped down onto his double size bed. The metal frame creaked softly from his weight applying pressure to it. Hours had past and sleep overtook him. When he finally awoke, it was dusk. He decided to avoid the gas station this evening and headed for the shopping plaza. The crowded walkways were noisy and he adjusted his appearance to blend in with the crowd. Passing by a few women, he made the point to leave a slight "mark" on the backs of those who he found attractive. They would be the ones he'd stalk for the next few weeks.

Terra went to the shopping center and walked around talking to various people and giving them gifts. This is what she lived for. This was her life. THis was perfect for her. She was so happy when she made others smile. Giving people presents always made them smile. She giggled as a little girl pulled out a teddy bear and ran away with a shriek of joy. It was wonderful that everyone was enjoying themselves.

As Seth touched the last woman, his attention was alerted to that of a girl slightly shorter than he was. He thought that he vaguely remembered who she was but outside of the aura of innocence radiating from her, he couldn't place where he saw her before. Darting through the crowd, he made his way closer without getting to close. He didn't want to raise any suspicions on her part. No, if he was to mark her... He needed to be stealthy. The aura, however, made him want to back away and leave her be. But the proud curious side of him egged him on, encouraging him to get close enough to touch her.

She continued to walk around blessing people and handing them gifts. She would do everyone in this place if she could. Her guard was completely down. She figured the odds of someone attacking her here were very slim and even more so of someone attacking someone around her. She continued to give gifts and finally went into a small store. It was a puzzle store and in there was a dark room with glow in the dark puzzles. Curious she went inside and looked at the beautiful glowing puzzles. There was an angel and a tiger. A few boats and the such. She went close to the angel one to get a better look.

Seth watched as the girl moved lithely about, her lips silently moving. Every few people, she'd stop and offer them something from a bag she carried. It was when she had passed out enough for the bag to be empty and yet, she continued to give items to other that Seth realized that the aura she had was one of an angel. And more so of the one who scolded him the night before. Learning this caused him to smile wickedly. He decided to call her out on it when she darted inside a shop. As he made his way in, a force pulsated harshly and caused him to back up. One of those that dabbled with the occult must had placed a force field to dispel demons. Grumbling, he leaned against the building and awaited her departure from her safe haven.

"Evening, pipsqueak." He murmured when she finally did come out.

Stopping in the doorway Terra stared at the demon. It was the one from the other night. She frowned a moment and then smiled. "I am not partial." She opened her bag and put it out to him. "Go ahead. You might find something you can enjoy inside." She stared at him curiously. He was very attractive in an odd way. She quickly shook the thought from her head. Terra you are an angel and you are not to find a demon attractive. You have no right.

He smirked as he saw the displeasure on her face. But it was quickly replaced with a frown as she opened that bag. He warily looked at her, not fully trusting the kindness she was showing.

"You're cuter when you're not being so damned nice." Seth remarked, the frown lessening slightly. He wasn't saying that she was cute. Just trying to evoke some anger from her, he rationalized with himself. Angels might appear beautiful to humans but that is due to the human's poor eyesight. His was a lot better, or so he prided himself on. So why find her 'cute?'

She closed her bag and stared at him a moment. "I must be going." She turned and headed down the mall away from the puzzle shop and towards an exit. She needed to get home soon. It was night out and she knew it was dangerous to be out so late. She walked her usual gait not being in a hurry or worried about the demon. Her apartment was not safe from intrusion but it worked because she could fight anyone trying to cause her problems.

As she turned and left, Seth couldn't help but chuckle. Seeing one of the first women he had marked out of the corner of his eye making her way into a night club, he followed. Night clubs were one of his favorite haunts. The seediness really helped him blend in. seeing the woman standing at the bar, he decided to flirt and see how things turned out. Despite what people thought about incubuses being horny all the time, this wasn't the case for Seth. While the younger ones had trouble with keeping their libido in check, Seth had four centuries under his belt. He was also more of a mischievous sort, enjoying the pranks that imps were famous for.

Terra decided to go to the nightclub she knew for a few dances. Angels may have been good people but that did not mean they could not have fun. She smiled as a guy approached her and headed to the dance floor with him. It was a fun time to dance with people. A lot of guys would proposition her but she always turned them down. She danced with a few other guys and then sat down at a table. She would not drink but she would sit and talk to people. A lot of people were depressed in this place. She liked to cheer them up.
