Welcome to egypt. The pharoah is a strong man who is also very rude. He does what he wants to without care for who it effects. Most of egypt suffers from his terrible reign. In order to keep the people from rebeling he has come up with a deviant plan. He would marry the priestess of Isis. The people would never think of harming her. They love and respect her because when no one would help them she would. In order to assure that he got what he wanted he kidnapped her little sister and kept her locked up in a cage. If Irisi disobeyed then her sister would suffer.

Deep in the heart of the town of Thebes known as the city of the dead a resistance is building up. Soon people were going to die. What side do you support? What will unfold? Lets find out.

Irisi was being escorted to the palace to meet the pharoah. He had chosen her to be his new wife. As much as she had explained her vows to his messenger his choice would not be swayed. He went so far as to grab her sister and hold her hostage in an attempt to keep her as his wife. Irisi knew why pharoah wanted this but she also knew it was a bad idea. She was a priestess to Isis and vowed to chastity. To go against the gods like this was a sin indeed. She had no choice. You did not go against the pharoah. As she was escorted to the throne room by a couple of guards she saw her sister in a cage in the back of the room and could feel tears starting up. She bowed down to the ground when she reached the foot of the stairs that marked where pharoahs throne was located.

Rameses smiled looking at his new wife. She was just as perfect as he could hope for. He may have been young but he was plenty of experienced. He went down to her and lifted her up examining her body closely. He snapped his fingers. "Aten escort the new queen to her chambers if you will." He then sat back upon his throne. He was expecting a visit from his friend soon. Darius was his best friend and best slave handler in the entire area called egypt.

Ayame saw her sister walk in and went closer to the edge of her cage. She peered as her sister was examined in such a horrible way and then led away. She sighed and sat down on the bottom of her cage. She could not do anything right now that was for sure.

Zahra was standing by Ramses throne to the left as she watched the beautiful Irisi enter. She felt pity to the girl since Ramses had stolen her sister. As Aten, her friend was ordered to take her to her chambers Zahra gave a bow to her king. "Your majesty, is there anything you would like me to do for you?" She asked, looking up at him. As his head servant she was made to wear very revealing dresses. The one she was wearing at the moment was see threw in the leg area, but was made of non see through fabric from her hip and to her chest. Then her dress had a V neck to show off her cleavage. She hated it but no one went against the king's wishes. No matter how young he was. ((Shes wearing the dress in her picture))

Aten gave a small nod, bowing to the Pharoah before going over to Irisi and walking past her to lead her to her room. He led her down a long hallway and opened a door to the left of them. "Here is your room your majesty." He said softly in a quiet voice. The room was the most beautiful he had ever seen in all of the palace except for the Pharoahs room. Though Zahra had been given a pretty lovely room for behind the head servant. Aten was wearing a robe like outfit that was brown and and then brown shorts underneath. He gave a small bow before turning to leave.

Darius made his way through the building until he reached the Pharoahs room. He noticed his beautiful servant asking him if he'd like anything and cleared his throat, giving a bow. "You wanted to see me?" He asked gently.

Irisi took hold of the boys sleeve. "Aten is it?" She asked in a soft voice. "Thank you. I promise the gods will look upon you with great favor." She looked around her room. It was true the pharoah did treat his bride to be very well. WHen she had been arguing about becoming pharoahs bride people looked at her as if she was odd. Who would not want to marry the pharoah. He was rich and a great man. She would become a great woman. All Irisi wanted was to stay loyal to the temple and to her god.

Rameses looked at the girl a moment. "No go do something. FInd something to do an find it fast." He turned towards his friend Darius and stood up with a smile. "How have you been? I have not seen you around in a while."

Zahra nodded a little and made her way out of the throne room. She bit her lip and made her way down the long hallway and a few steps until she made her way outside to a small pond with water flowers in it. She sat down on the side of the porch like area and stuck her legs in the cool water, A servant was to not swim or have fun while awaiting the Pharoahs orders so she simply put her legs in the water and enjoyed the relaxation.

Darius smiled. "I've been fine Your Majesty, taking care of the slaves as usual." He said, watching as the servant girl made her way out of the room. "I realize that your wife has arrived?" He asked, smirking a bit. Most Pharoahs had multiple brides and multiple children, but so far Ramses only wanted one wife. And that wife didn't seem to want him. He felt it was odd that he was six years older then the man he bowed to, and yet he still bowed to him. "How have you been?"

Aten nodded. He shivered slightly at her touch. The Pharoah would be very angry if he found out they touched, even if she just grabbed his sleeve. "I must go now your Majesty, I have to get back to your husband.." He said weakly, waiting to be ordered out.

Irisi lowered her head and let out a small smile. "May the gods bless your entire life and you live in eternal bliss." She turned and sat down on a couch in her chambers. She would just sit here and wait. Wait until Isis thought she was fit to leave and go back to her course as a priestess where she belonged.

Rameses grinned. "Would you like to see her? I promise you she is the most beautiful girl you will ever lay eyes on. THe gods bless my marriage with her tommarrow and then our children will be the loveliest in the kingdom." He looked around and yelled out "Zahra. Fetch my wife. Now." Turning back to Darius he smiled. "I have been well. Egypt is prospering and the gods have blessed me."

Ayame frowned at the two men as she stood in her cage and looked at them. What where they going to do to her sister now? She swore if they did anything to hurt her sister while she was here she would bite the first hand to come near her as hard as she could.

Zahra jumped and ran to Irisi's room since Ramses seemed to be losing his patience. She knocked gently. "Your highness?" She called softly. "The Pharoah would like to see you for a moment.." She said, her voice getting weak a little. She ran her hand through her hair and hoped Ramses would not be to angry at her.

Aten nodded. "Thank you.." He said, leaving the room only to run into Zahra. He blushed slightly. "Sorry Zahra.." He said, then made his way back to Ramses room. He stood by Amaye's cage and looked down at her, sighing a little.

"I'm sure she's quite beautiful.." He said, his eyes looking towards the girl in the cage. "But I do think your being a bit harsh to her sister.." He said softly. "Maybe get her a nicer place to sleep in?" He asked.

Irisi sighed and stood up going to the girl. "Very well." She followed Zahra down to the throne room keeping her eyes downcast until she stood before her soon to be husband. "You summoned me?" When ordered to bow Irisi looked up at him her eyes burning with fire. "I only bow to teh gods and you are not a god."

Ayame looked at Aten and smiled at him. "Hello Aten. How are you today?" Her voice was soft and sweet like candy kisses to your ears.

Dante laughed at his friend. "And you call yourself a slave trader. Darius she only stays in that cage when I need her sister to be obedient. Irisi will do anything for her little baby sister." When his wife approached he smiled at her. "You are to bow when you come to see me. Now bow." Dante reached his hand up and slapped her sending Irisi flying when she refused to obey him. "YOu will watch your tongue or your sister will die by my hand or worse."

"My slaves are the most obedient in all of Egypt, so I know my trade Ramses." He said bitterly. "But that young girl is no slave, she is your beloved ones sister." He said gruffly. He then bowed. "i am sorry your Majesty but I must get back to my slaves. It is their feeding time.." He said, turning and leaving the room without being dismissed. No one crtiqued his work, not even the Pharoah.

Zahra frowned when he slapped Irisi. She bowed her head so that he would not think she was defying him. She put her hands together and looked down at her sandals, then the floor.

Aten smiled and kneeled beside her. "I'm fine, and you?"

Irisi stood up and glanced over at her sister with a sad look. Her sister needed to be free. She had to be free. She could not leave until her sister was free. "I apologize your majesty." WHen pharoah left Irisi ran to her sister and looked at her. "Are you ok? YOu will be free tonight I promise." She took off after Darius. Perhaps he would help her. "Darius. Please stop." She chased after him.

Dante frowned as his friend left. "YOur invited for dinner tonight." He smiled when his wife apologized and sent her away from him. He went upstairs to his room and went to sleep. He would have a lot to take care of in a few hours and needed a break.

Ayame smiled blushing slightly. "I am good. well as good as can be expected." She nodded to her sister. "Aten....I like you. You have been my only friend."

Zahra had nothing to do so she stood by the door of the throne room and waited for Ramses to shout her another order.

Darius looked over at the beautiful Irisi. "Yes your Majesty?" He asked, looking over at her with his dark blue eyes. He stopped and stood still to look at her. She was deffinetly a very beautiful girl, that didn't deserve to be treated the way she did. He bowed his head since he was in the presense of a soon to be royal.

Aten blushed and took her hand threw the bars. "I like you as well, and I promise I will get you out of here as soon as possible. Then we can run to your home palace and your sister will have no reason to stay here any longer."

Irisi stopped in front of him and she got on her knees taking on of his hand in hers. "Please help me. Help me free my sister. I will do anything if you do this for me." No one could see them so she was not worried. "and please just call me Irisi."

Ayame smiled at him. "I do not live in a palace. My entire family lives in the temple to Isis out in the desert. But perhaps we can make a home together?"

Irisi stopped in front of him and she got on her knees taking on of his hand in hers. "Please help me. Help me free my sister. I will do anything if you do this for me." No one could see them so she was not worried. "and please just call me Irisi."

Ayame smiled at him. "I do not live in a palace. My entire family lives in the temple to Isis out in the desert. But perhaps we can make a home together?"

Darius sighed. "i cannot free your sister, I'd be killed." He said, watching her drop to her knees. He put out a hand for her. "But I can make sure she's treated better.." He said to her, looking down at her.

Aten smiled. "Of course, we can go their and create a life and home together. I'm sure Ramses would not be able to find us there and he'd forget all about us.." He smiled.

Irisi looked up at him and gave him a puzzled expression. "How can you assure that?"

Ayame smiled at him. "Just be careful please. I do not want you hurt. I want you to be safe so that we can be together."

"Ramses thinks that I am his best friend through out all of this kingdom. Though I really could care less for him, he's a bit annoying since i'm so much older than him and yet i'm forced to bow to the brat." He mumbled.. then pulled her up from her knees. "Besides, only Ramses has the key. You will have to talk to his head servant Zahra if you want the key since he's always asking her to do things for him, and he's always around her." He said, knowing Zahra would help the girl.

Aten smiled. "i have to get back to my slave area.. but I will come back to visit you later." He said softly, blowing a kiss and then getting up. He walked down the hallway past Darius and Irisi and made his way through out the building to where Darius kept all his slaves. It was a large room with small bed areas on the floor for all of them. Darius kept them healthy and comfortable in order that they respected him. That's why he was the best handler.

"If I free her will you take her away from here please." She held his arm and her eyes pleaded him. "My sister must be kept safe. The gods have proficied that she is special to them."

Ayame watched him leave and sighed. "Goodbye Aten."

"Yes, I will. But the only way to get that key is threw Zahra, she helps Ramses to his room every night so she's the only one that ever sees where he keeps the key to the cage." He said, glancing in the direction where Zahra was. "Now, I must go feed my slaves. Goodbye Irisi." He said, walking away from her and threw the many rooms in the building to get to his slaves.

Irisi went up to Zahra and looked at her. "Where is the key to her cage. Tell me." She would get her sister out of this she was sure. Tonight her sister would be free.

"I don't know at the moment. Every night Ramses places it somewhere else.. though if you'd like I can go and get it for you. I'm sure I could find out where it was since he always allows me to enter his chambers." She said softly, her head bowed for Irisi.

"Please do." Irisi stood back. "I will wait here." Her sister would be freed now. She would free her and then get out of this place immediatly and her sister would be safe.

Zahra gave a small nod to her before turning and leaving the area. She walked down a long hallway until she was at the last door. She knocked on it gently. It was one of the more beautiful doors with carvings and gold all over it. She had always envied Ramses for having so much. But he did treat her well. He gave her food, a wonderful room and clothes. Most slaves would kill to be in her position. She cleared her throat. "Majesty? It's me, Zahra."

Rameses looked up from his bed and smiled. "What do you need Zahra?" He always had treasured her above anyone in the kingdom. She was so beutiful and lovely. He would have married her if it was not for the disapproval of everyone else.

She came into the room with a small smile. "I just wanted to check on you, my King." She said, looking at him laying down. "Are you hungry or anything? I am here to serve you if you are, as always." She said softly, her emerald eyes looking at him. She then let her eyes drift around the beautiful room, wondering where he had hidden his key for the night. "I could also feed Irisi's younger sister for you if you'd like me too since you seem to be enjoying your rest." She said softly, looking down at her pale hands.

Dante smiled at her. "You know you deserve to be queen more than anyone. Yes feed her." She looked around and reached under his pillow handing her the key. "I trust you." He reached up and pulled her onto his lap kissing her neck softly.
