Mia walked out of an empty alley and wiped the blood off her hands on the walls so she wouldnt get her outfit dirty. She gave a brief look back at the dead man slumped in the alley and shook her head. One down, many many more to go She thought to herself and looked up at the setting sun. She knew she should report back to Riku, the man who gave her the kill orders, but she didn't really feel like it. In fact the only thing she felt like doing was grabbing a drink at a bar the only problem was that she had no idea where one was and she was under age and looked it.

Shinku had been on one of the roofs in the city.She had killed about 10 security guards.Her light green long hair had blood on it.She had blood on her arms and face.She changed the bullets from her gun getting ready to find another target.She then jumped off the roof and into an allway where she began pointing her gun at someone who was a troublemaker in the allway.When she pointed her gun against the young man's head she then pulled the trigger on her gun making the blood gush everywhere.She kept a serious face as she killed her targets."It wont be long till im finished."Shinku said with a smirk.She then headed toward another Alley seeing Mia there.

Mia first heard the steps as a faint whisper but as they grew stronger she took out her gun from the waist of her jeans, took the safety off and turned around until she saw Shinku. Her shoulders relaxed as she saw it was just another girl "What do you want, I haven't time for you. Just time for some liquor and sleep" Noting her drinking problem at her young age. Mia put the gun into safety and put it back in her jeans and covered it back up with her shirt so it couldnt be seen unless you were looking for
it.

Shinku pulled a fast one and pointed the gun toward Mia's head and placed it on her head."What does it look like i want.I want you..dead."Shinku said while she began pulling the trigger on the gun ready to blast Mia's head with the bullet in the gun."Your..my target."

Mia was almost willing to stand were she was and let the girl pull the trigger but she knew that the men she worked for would be mad to lose her. In one fluid movement she crouched low and took the gun out out and turned lighting fast around so she was back to back with Shinku and pointed the gun at at head too. "I'm not interested in dying today there so i suggest you pretend as if you never saw me" Mia was willing to let this slide if Shinku left right now, something Mia highly doubted she would do.

Shinku's eyes widened when Mia wasn't in front of her but instead behind her having a gun to her own head.Shinku growled."Why would i do that?You must think im new to this.I'll tell you this once and only once.I will never loose sight of you for you are my target.If you think you can kill me with a gun pointed to me head."Shinku paused with a grin on her face and talked in a deeper tone."Then you have another thing comming!"Shinku said in a dark tone that sounded diabolical.Almost twisted.

Mia could have almost sworn that she had seen Shinku before. Perhaps in passing on a street or in a pub. It took a few seconds to dawn on her that she had seen Shinku in a picture earlier that day when the boss had been talking about her next target. She wasn't due to kill Shinku for another day or so but she figured the boss would be happy if she got it over with. She started to pull the trigger with no remorse but then stopped for a quick second. Without the element of surprise anymore she figured she would pay last respects."got any request before I blow your brains against the wall"

"Matter of fact i do."She said with a grin."If you kill me...i wont die."Shinku said with a smirk.She then ducked putting her hands onto the ground and moving her leg toward Mia's legs making her fall to the ground.Once she had tripped Mia onto the ground she stood up onto her feet pushing her glasses up further up so they wouldn't fall off."You have no idea what you have gotten yourself into.What a fool you are!"Shinku said with a laugh.

"Really am I the fool, you may have knocked me to the ground but you didn't hold down my arms leaving me free to shoot you" Mia wasn't in the mood for games and didn't really care what the girl said. If she took a bullet she was going to die and that was that. She brought her arm up and fired her weapon at Shinku.

The bullet shot right into Shinku's shoulder making her fall.Though she stopped midway when she was about to fall.She made her body rise and dug her hand digging into her shoulder.She threw the bullet out of her shoulder and licked the blood off of her hand.The bullet didn't even harm her but it left an opened wound on her shoulder.Shinku grinned and laughed."You think if a bullet will kill me.I told you it can't!"Shinku said looking dangerous.She looked fire angry.She then attacked her straight on and pulled one of her knives out diving in for stabbing it through her ribs.

Mia was on high alert after she fired her gun. Several questions ran through her mind. Many of which circulated around how Shinku was still standing, even if the bullet hadnt hit her heart she should still be down. Mia had a second to realize the knife was coming at her. She dodged it swiftly and cocked her gun back to put another bullet in for firing. "What are you" Mia asked wanting to know answers.

"Why should i tell you.Im your target aren't i?do you think im that stupid to actually tell you?"she asked with a smirk on her face."I'll let you ponder to what you think i am.But that doesn't mean i'll tell you."Shinku had to keep her true form a secret if anyone found out she would be doomed.She was pretty much the killing machine for the people she worked for.

"you know curiosity killed the cat" Mia finished loading her weapon didn't fire any more. Shinku didn't have a gun out and Mia wanted to know more about her before she had to kill her. Mia knew all to well that the people she worked for wouldn't tell her. To them she was just the girl who did dirty work. Mia had a secret of her own but certainly not quite like Shinku. She could with stand only so much before giving in.

"Whatever curiosity you have..."Shinku started her sentence before getting closer to Mia.She looked so dark that the shade from the buildings covered her face made her look like the devil himself."you better stay out of my way."She said bitterly "If you don't....you'll end up like most of the men that tried to figure out what i am.I'll even give you pictures to what they turned out to look like."She said with a grin throwing pictures onto the ground.They were all the people who wanted to know what she was.All their insides had been dug out of their bodies while they were alive.Obviously from the pictures she was too dangerous to kill.

Mia laughed at the pictures, a deep throaty laugh. She herself almost looked like a demented person. "You mistake me as a person who cares my dead. Do you really think i'm afraid, Oh i'm quivering in my boots" Mia continued to laugh at the pictures. What ever was done to her made no difference. She wasn't anything special like Shinku but she was born with the birth defect that didn't let her feel pain, part of the reason that made her such a great assassin and thief.

"Glad to hear your not scared.If you were you would already be dead."Shinku said with a laugh.She then pushed Mia away from her and began walking away."Not that this isn't fun but i have places to go and people to kill."Shinku said grin a smirk.

Mia wasn't sure if she should be mad or glad that she was given the chance to run "Wait" she called out. "Why does your boss want to kill me" Mia was curious now. She had been carefull on all of her missions not to be seen so she shouldn't be being targeted for the murdered she had committed so why then was she a wanted women.

Shinku stopped for a moment and looked at Mia in the corner of her eye."You want to know why huh?Its Because..your quite a good assasin.They say you can't feel pain so i want to chop you up to death and take your insides out while your alive until you can actually feel the pain."Shinku said with a twisted laugh.

"That would happen only in your dreams. This face rarely shows the expression that you desire. If that is your sole reason for coming after me then i suggest you give up" To prove her point she lifted the sleeves of her shirt up and revealed the dozens of deep scars that laid there and lifted up her pant leg next to reveal a fake leg "If i didn't show pain when i was tied down and tortured" she pointed to the nonexistent foot. "Then i wont show signs of pain when you spill me open"

"well if you can't feel pain when i chop you up then i'll find a way to make you feel the pain."Shinku said walking off.guess boss will be angry that i didn't kill her...oh well i'll have to deal with my punishment.

Mia laughed and smirked at that. She had no attachments to this world other than her next mission. "love to kill you some time but I need a drink" Mia said and wanted to go back to her original plan of getting a nice drink even if she looked how she did.

Shinku ignored Mia.Once she reached the building to where her boss was she breathed in then opened the door.She knocked on her boss' office door."Come in Shinku."He said in a calm voice.He knew it was shinku because he was unhuman and knew her scent.

Shinku Entered his office closing the door behind her."Well Shinku did you kill her or not?"He asked bitterly sitting in his chair while the shade from the sun setting covered his face.Shinku got nervous."No sir.She had almost found out about my secret.and..she can't feel any pain it would be pointless-"

"Silence Shinku!"He shouted in midway of her sentence.He then got up out of his chair and stepped in front of her.He then raised his hand and slapped her on the face.His nails were sharp so it had left a long cut.It then began to bleed.

When he had slapped her she fell to her knees.Her boss then kneeled down grabbing her by her chin."When i say she is to be dead..i mean she is...TO BE DEAD!" He shouted.Shinku gave a bitter look on her face."As you wish."She said leaving his office and toward the way Mia had headed before Shinku left.

Mia had been jollying up with the men in the bar and drinking her share of drinks before she left the bar. She headed back to the 'office' so she would have a place to sleep for the night. She hoped the bus wasn't around. He wouldn't be mad for a few days about her not killing Shinku but Mia still did not like being a disappointed to him. Boss was the one man she or person for that matter that she trusted and she didnt want to be a failure, not when he was the reason she was still alive.

She came to the office and saw the lights where off so she crept in. the couch was looking mighty comfortable and she plopped down on it, Thankfully there was no one on it and she had a soft, or what she imagined to be soft landing. The No feeling thing bothered her some times but she quickly got over it. If the little things bothered her she wouldnt be able to sleep as well as she had been lately at night then agian maybe it was the spirits that were doing that.

When Shinku saw Mia walk to where she works at she went inside the building next to it going up the stairs up to the roof.While she made her way up the stairs,it began to rain heavily.Once she was on the roof she stood their with her gun.She then hopped from the roof she was on then onto the roof of the building Mia works at.She put her hand onto the roof,not being cocky like she was before.The slap from her boss really hurt her deep down.

She and her boss actually we're having a relationship and still were so whatever he said or did she would obey him.
The slap from her boss had made a light bruise onto her cheek.
Shinku then broke through one of the windows and jumped in.The room she was now in was where Mia was.She then walked over toward her and placed her gun onto her forhead staring out her.

She was soaking wet and her face looked like she was in so much pain.The light bruising on her cheek became darker now.She had actually had tears running down her face but she denied that she was in pain.

Mia had been enjoying a nice nap and did not appreciate the rude awakening from the invading guest. She looked at Shinku through veiled eyes abd sat up, the gun still pressed to her head. "Nice weather we seem to be having outside then" Mia said trying to make light of her current situation. Her gun was on the table and to far away to reach. "Damn" She whispered under her breath.
