When the arrived at her home she opened the gate. "Well this is it." It was a lovely Victorian house that was built in the 1860s. It had a Gothic feel to it. She walked to the door and unlocked it. "I'll take my stuff inside and get you the money I owe you." The decent sized yard was surrounded by a rock wall. In the front there were a few trees along with several flowerbeds.

Ryota looked at the outside of the house and looked slightly interested. "You have a lovely home." It was a big one, but it also looked like nobody was there, from what he observed at least. He waited right outside her door, not sure if he should follow her inside the building. He offered her the bag with her things. The house had it's privacy, which was something he liked. His own house had a wall like this, except his house didn't have flowers. He didn't like the smell of most of them.

"Thank you." Nakia took the bag and disappeared into the house. She was only gone a few minutes before she returned with the money she owed him. "Here you go. I think that's the right amount." She handed him the money. "It was nice to meeting you." Smiling she turned to enter her pretty much empty home when she heard her a cat meow. Looking over she seen Bagheera on the porch railing. "Here kitty," she called, "time to go in." She had found Bagheera one day when she was out walking. The poor thing was injured so she took him in. Event after he was better he stuck around and kept her company.

He took the money and bowed his head a little before backing up a bit. "Nice to meet you too." He nodded and pocketed the money after she closed the door. After he made sure she wasn't going to open the door and say something else he turned around and made his way to his own home. It was a bit of a walk but he took his time, making a bit of mischief along the way. His home was a modest house, well at least to him it was. An old fashioned home, a bit secluded by the high walls covered by the climbing vines. It was a two floor house, with a circular window showing it also had an attic. As soon as he came through the door he headed for the kitchen and started to put away the things he bought. Meanwhile, he wondered about that girl. He never did get her name, but at least he knew where she lived. He smirked a little. It would be fun to convert her into an impure soul.

She let the cat into the house then went to put things away. While doing so she thought about the man. It would be hard, but she believed that she convert his soul into a pure one. A challenge that she was up for, or so she thought. The only problem was she didn't know his name or where he lived. So she'd just have to try bumping into him again. Bagheera's mewing brought her out of her thoughts. "I'm sorry, I'll get your food." She smiled at the cat and got his food. She might not have any human friends, but at least she had Bagheera to keep her company in her empty house. She thanked God for letting her find him and being able to help him.

Yawning a little, Ryota made himself a sandwich and went to the back yard. So far, today had been a little eventful. He still had some things he had to do later that day. While he put away his groceries, he had remembered that he needed to get some 'spirits' as he had ran out. While he didn't drink very often, he liked the taste of it. And it was a good thing he didn't have the same effect as the normal humans. He would get some later on, when the night fell and the more, unsavory people were out. He smirked a little. He wasn't told to restrict himself, so he could go wild with trouble making, which was a part of his job he enjoyed very much. He'd start on the girl whenever he saw her. It could be his next long term project.

Nakia went to take a shower. She always felt dirty after things like what happen at the store when her money was stolen happened. After a quick shower she made a light lunch. It was so quiet. Once she finished her lunch she decided to play her clarinet. It always helped to clear her mind. She would wait until tomorrow or later to work on converting that man.

A couple of hours later, and well after dark, Ryota returned from his rendezvous and locked all the doors before heading upstairs to his bedroom. He briefly wondered why in the world he'd gotten such a large home, if he was the only person that inhabited it, but he just shrugged it off before going to take a shower and get ready for bed. Tomorrow would be a new day and today was a very fun one. He just hoped it would be as good tomorrow. Pulling the blanket over himself, he shut his eyes and went off to a dreamless sleep.

Nakia didn't do much the rest of the day. After the kind of morning she had she didn't feel like dealing with humans. Though she did go on a walk before it had gotten too late. On her walk she had found cat that had gotten tangled up in some twine. After freeing it the cat followed her home. She figured the more the merrier. Feeling tired she went to bed a little early. Bagheera curled up at the foot of her bed and Midnight curled up beside her. It wasn't long before she fell asleep with her arm around her new friend.

Early the next morning Ryota woke up to the sunlight shinning in his face. Giving a small scowl, he opened his eyes and looked the other way. He'd forgotten to close the drapes on the windows. Ah well, nothing to do about it now. He sighed lightly and pulled the sheets away from hi body as he stretched and got out of the bed. "Let the games begin I suppose." he muttered to himself, giving a small yawn after. Going to his closet, he got a pair of black trousers and a black leather jacket. For the shirt underneath the jacket, he got a dark red one. Once he picked the outfit, he placed them on the bed and went to go take a shower and do all the other necessary morning chores. Today, he'd go and take a view of some of the downtown areas. After a cup of tea at his regular cafe.

Nakia awake early to her feline friends wanting feed. She laughed at this, but it turned into more of a yawn then a laugh. Smiling she got up and went down to the kitchen. She feed the cats before going to pick out something to wear and doing the other things she normally did in the morning. From her closet she chose a simple pale blue dress to wear. It would due for running a few errands, but she’d have to change into some old clothes to do the gardening that she had planned for today. After showering, dressing and having breakfast she decided to head out.

After getting ready, he let out a small yawn as he walked down the stairs toward the door, grabbing his car keys from the side table next to the door. Locking the door when he went outside he looked around a little. No mail today, so he just yawned again and went to the garage and got in his car, driving off to a nearby cafe/diner. He was surprisingly very hungry, considering it was still early.

She walked along the sidewalk with her cats following her. They stayed with her until she reached the end of the street before going on their own way. She laughed to herself thinking that the cats were silly. Sighing slightly she headed on her way. Her first stop was the bakery. Which wasn’t too far away. So she casually walked down the sidewalk, staying out of other people’s way. On the way to the bakery she passed a few stores and a couple cafes. She stopped for a moment when she was in front of the one. Something inside her told her that the man she had run into the day before was there. Not wanting to seem like she was stalking him she continued on her way.

Ryota had sat down near the corner of the cafe in order to watch the people passing by through the window near him. He had ordered a coffee and crepe, and was now awaiting for his food as he sipped the black coffee. It was slightly slow today, which was always dull to him, he always had to have Something to do. He drummed his fingers on the table, waiting for his food. Why did it have to be so slow? another strike against the humans. So dull, not even worth saving. And when they weren't dull, they were annoying and or dumb. He almost felt like he was back in Hell. It was also dull.. A different sort of dull, but dull none-the-less.

She received a warm greeting from the owner of the bakery when she entered. "Morning," she said with a smiled. Since the baker wasn't busy he and his wife chatted with her for a bit.

"I see you still walk around without an escort. It's not safe to do such a thing. You be careful and find yourself a good man." The baker told her after she made her purchase and was about to leave.

"I will be careful and the Lord is watching over me. I may try to find myself a man, but I have my doubts." She waved goodbye with her free hand. Out the door she went. It was always the same when she talked with them. They worried about her because they knew she was alone. She was glad that she had made friends with a few people who really did seem to care about her. As she thought about what the baker said her mind drifted to thinking about the man she had met yesterday.

As his food came, he settled down a little and started to eat it, watching his new prey, a pretty girl with her boyfriend. Seeming to enjoy their breakfast. Though, since the male was with his back to Ryota, it proved an easy feat to distract the girl from him. He smirked a little at her before continuing to eat. It was always so much fun to mess with the couples. Trust so easily broken, he had yet to meet one who could prove their love was true. Everything had a price and a time limit. He just helped speed things up a little.

The girl, by now had noticed him, a more handsome man than her current boyfriend. She offered a smile back before turning back to her boyfriend. Almost as if ignoring him, but she kept glancing at him, quick ones. Almost as if still checking him out. Ryota almost smirked again, but in success. Going along smoothly. He wondered if it'd be easy with the girl from yesterday to make her fall. It'd been a while he'd tried one so pure.

She blushed slightly then quickly started to think of other things. Though it bugged her that the man had popped into her head when she was considering the wise words from the baker. She didn't know the man and yet she felt a connection with him some how. Shaking her head she continued on her way. Her next stop was the butchers. It was a little crowded today, but she didn't mind waiting. Waiting gave her time to think.

Before long she was at the head of the line. She hadn't realized it because she was so deep in thought so when the butcher spoke to her to find out what she wanted it startled her. "Oh, I'm sorry." She looked around a little then told the butcher what she would like. After getting her order she left quickly. She was so embarrassed. Maybe she did need someone to help look out for her. To help keep her safe, but today was going to smoothly. She hadn’t run into any men that wanted to give women a hard time.

Snapping back the the girl, he noticed that her boyfriend was catching on to the glances she was giving him. He calmly got out of his chair and went to the bathroom, slightly amused by the fact that now the boy was now questioning the girl. He smirked going inside the stalls. Too easy. he thought to himself again.

After he deemed it enough time, he went out of the bathroom and made his way back to his seat. On the way back, he notice that the girl was still there and the male was gone. She couldn't look more pleased though, as she winked over at him. Brushing her off he sat back down and finished his coffee. The girl got a bit startled at his attitude, but did a small 'Hmph!' and promptly got off her seat, leaving the cafe. "Thus proof, everything has a limit." he muttered to himself, closing his eyes almost lazily. He didn't understand why the humans took such risks. They were only going to regret it.
