Sebastian noted that the girl seemed nice, not mean. Every time someone tried to talk to him, in back of his mind, voice warned that it might just be another person who wanted to poke fun about him. Somehow, it seemed he attracted them to do it even more than other 'dorky' looking people. Well, part of reason could be his family's name....

As she spoke, worried expression appeared on his face. He wanted to help Olivia and it upset him to think that he couldn't. And that now he was lost, too. "My name is Sebastian... But, sadly, I just arrived, too and don't think I could help much. I'm sure we can figure it out together. We could find my sister and..." He didn't manage to finish when two arms wrapped around him, pulling in big hug.

"Sebastian!!" the short girl exclaimed, finally releasing her brother. Her purple eyes sparkled in pure happiness - she had waited for him to come here for such a long time it seemed to be nearly too good to be true. "You're finally here, brother! And looks like you found a friend already, that's great. What's your name? You must be a new student." Catalina talked quickly, last sentences directed at the other girl. Usually, she was much more reserved around strangers but reunion with brother had opened her up. Not to mention - she didn't know that Olivia was Alice much like her self.

By her clothing, though, it could not be told because she was wearing black jeans and purple top/short tshirt with black text: "Licensed to Annoy". Sebastian laughed lightly, glad to see his sister hadn't changed much... Nearly not at all. "Cat, we both just met, don't rush ahead of your self..." he quietly warned, hoping Catalina's excitement hadn't scared Olivia.

Crap, he is new, now what am i supposed to say?? "Oh i'm sorry! I should have relised! Its nice to meet you!" as the boy suggested to work things out together Olivia relised that probally was a smart idea "Oh that sounds good! Any idea where w-" but before she could finish her sentence a short girl came up to Sebastian and gave him one of the biggest bear hugs Olivia had ever seen in her life. Though as Olivia was about to ask who she was she soon found out. Hmm, great..this is his sister. She is loud and everyone is looking! I better excuse myself and leave before this turns into a bigger mess. But before she could do anything the girl started babbling questions at her. Trying to be polite as she knew the girl ment no harm Olivia replied "Hello! Its nice to meet you although im afraid you are wrong. I was just asking your brother for directions as i seem to be a bit lost. I didnt relise he was new too..."

Lucia sighed as Ash seemed to quiet down even more. She had hoped to speak with him, but she supposed it will just have to wait until there were less people around for him to be comfortable again.

Turning to the rest of the group, Lucia smiled, "Well, it looks like we may have a couple classes together after all! Wouldn't it be great to be able to get through some of the tiresome classes together to make them fun? Saiyuri and I usually have the same schedule, with the exception of a couple due to our music choices being different, but for the most part if we have classes together, it shall give you a chance to meet the true Saiyuri, and hopefully re-evaluate your, most likely, horrid opinions of her.. She's really not as bad as she may have seemed," she added quietly as she picked at her bento.

"She didn't seem rude." Haley said quietly as she popped a grape in her mouth. "The first day is always stressful. I caught a freshman trying to prank the sophmores by covering the doorknobs in maple syrup. It was disgusting but oddly it made the floor smell better." She smirked. "You'd think the freshman would be to shy to do anything like that but I think its fair to say it won't be happening again." She laughed, wriggling her eyebrows similar to a cartoon villian.

Lucia laughed, "Truly? The freshman? Oh dear, the sophomores are sure to make their first term miserable! Though I must admit, that would be a sight to return to. Were you one of their victims or were you able to see it before hand and not fall prey to it?"

"Oh, I caught him about half way through. He hadn't reached my door but it wouldn't have mattered. I suggested that he clean the doors off." Haley said, with a coy smile. "And I saw personally that he followed through. I must say he wasn't having much fun with it as all a few of his friends saw him cleaning doorknobs and made a few jokes at his expense. Either he learned his lesson or now he'll try to get revenge on me but I love a challenge." She laughed as she ate a few more pieces of her fruit.

"You're a freshman, aren't you?" Haley asked Dimitri, a little shy as he was very cute in her opinion. "Any idea who could've pulled that off?" She asked.

***NOTICE TO ALL READERS AND ROLEPLAYERS***

Due to people in this roleplay no longer interested and quitting without notice, I have taken it upon myself as the leader and beginner of this roleplay to replace them and give their slots to new people.

The Cast Listing is now as follows:
  • Saiyuri and Lucia Rumeti will continue to be played by Emma Corrin.
  • Christian Corbin and Madeline Chandler will continue to be played by Ivvy.
  • Haley will continue to be played by say-i-love-you.
  • Olivia, played by SpiritTiger, will be replaced with Kaipa Fellerwin and Hago Levik, both played by Goblin Maiden.
  • Dimitri Brom, played by opalistic8, will be replaced by Logan Difrane, played by Stormy1.
  • Ash Mayne, played by Forgotten Realms, will be replaced by David Difrane, also played by Stormy1.
  • Catalina and Sebastian Crane, played by sadrain, will be replaced by Marcus "Lupo", played by Esmme.

The Scene will continue as it is now - the characters will simply be switched out and the introductions to begin again - Saiyuri remembered by all as storming out and the twins Saiyuri and Lucia being looked at as a little odd for acting in unison so much and finishing each others sentences as if they shared one mind and body~
Saiyuri and Christian will continue on as if nothing happened.

If there are any questions, please visit the OOC thread in my signature.

Thank you all for being patient and understanding - I hope you all look forward to reading on and roleplaying once more :)

Kaipa Fellerwin walked into the cafeteria, shadowing Hago Levik. They made quite the contrasting pair, him with his darker skin and she with her ghost-like paleness. Their different coloring was made even more apparent by her white "Honors" uniform and his black uniform of the "Regulars." Seeing that the tables were already crowded and that the lunch line was short, she clung to him even more, glancing about with wide, anxious eyes.

"Kai, could you stop that?" Hago muttered, making his way towards the lunch line. She felt a pang of bitterness that he could move about with such confidence, holding his head up high with such effortlessness... But that bitter feeling turned to one of fear as he pulled his arm out of her grip and moved up without her.

"Hago!" She cried, running a few steps to catch up with him once more. She refrained from holding on to him this time, but even his solid presence by her side served to abate her nervousness somewhat. But only a little bit, as her nervousness what not simply from transferring to this new school as a sophomore and having to learn new classroom numbers, new faces and names.

Ever since he had returned from his year as an exchange student in Europe, Hago had... changed.

They used to be so close; her parents would tease them, labeling them as being boyfriend and girlfriend. They had even adopted the titles for themselves. And even now, it wasn't as if Hago had said, straight out, "I want to break up," but... From the way he had been acting around Kaipa ever since he came back to Japan, he may as well have said it. No, even before then, when he had made the decision to be separated from her for so long in first place...

Kaipa sighed, folding her arms across her chest securely, as if to safeguard herself from the strange lunchroom bustle around her. But it did nothing to stop her own thoughts from continuing to flow like a river of sorrow. She just... didn't know what to do. But what else could she do, but continue to be by Hago's side? They were here together, weren't they?

Wasn't that what truly mattered?

She looked up at him, hope mingling with the anxiety in her eyes. "Hago," she began as she took up her tray of food, following him into the maze of tables, "did you hear about the teacher who got replaced?"

"You mean the History teacher?" He asked, boredom clear in his voice.

Kaipa chose to ignore his tone as she continued, "Yes, that's the one. I don't remember the name, but... Apparently, he was a really fun teacher and his classes were interesting. And then he just packed up and left! He's not coming back, and nobody knows why."

She waited expectantly for his response as he stopped, looking around for empty chairs to sit in.

"Well, I'm sure he had his reasons, right? Besides, it's not really any of our business." He glanced over at her, making it clear that those words were his final thoughts on the matter.

Kaipa's shoulders sagged slightly. "I guess you're right," she almost whispered. "I just... I was just wondering if his replacement will be any good, since we'll have to have him for a teacher."

What she did not say was, 'I just wanted you to talk to me.'

Lucia, catching a young girl's voice behind her, turned and looked at the new students with a furrowed brow. "Mr. Langcaster left? Saiyuri never mentioned anything.." Lucia added to herself, "Please, what do you know of the circumstances? Do you know when he left?"

"Forgive me," Lucia added with a giggle as she stood from her seat, set down her chopsticks, and bowed before the couple, her flaxen blond hair shimmering slightly in the afternoon light, "My name is Lucia Rumeti, a Junior here at Cordei. Have you two just transferred? I have not seen your faces before."

"And please, forgive my rudeness in jumping into your conversation, but I could not help but catch the last bit of it about Mr. Langcaster. He was a very well liked teachers, a personal favorite of mine and Saiyuri's. I'm afraid he was the only one who could get my sister to understand and remember the dates," Lucia added with a laugh, "Anywho, the tables look pretty full, and if you're not engaged already, would you like to sit with us and talk over lunch?"

"This young girl's name is Haley and this over here is Madaline," Lucia said with a warm smile as she introduced the girls respectively, "I am afraid you just missed my sister Saiyuri, though she is never hard to find. She's the only one, aside from Madaline, with purple hair. She wears a white uniform, like yours, but with a sapphire bow," Lucia added with a nod towards the new young girl before her.

Logan stretched her arms over her head, cracking her shoulder blades in the process. David and her were heading the the cafeteria for lunch. With a sigh she tugged her white blazer down and smoothed it into place, her mind though was processing her choices of classes. Was she going to regret her discussions when the time came to go to class? Maybe she should of taken Japanese instead of filling it in with another language. Who needed Latin anyways? Maybe she should..

"Stop thinking about it. I'm not letting you go back and change it. You love Latin and know too much to just throw the knowledge away for Japanese."
David said, throwing his arm around her shoulders. Logan looked up at him biting her lip. It use to creep her out that he always seemed to know what she was thinking, but she was the same with him. She supposed that it came with the territory of being a twin.

"Yes, I suppose you are right. I don't need Japanese, I can just use your knowledge of it. And I do adore the Latin language and history." She said laughing.

The two continued through the cafeteria and finally made their way to the line. David quickly picked out a burger, adding a strawberry milk and a banana to his tray. Logan took longer studying her choices before picking out a turkey salad with blue cheese and a strawberry milk. Logan heard her brother muttered "it's about time." and gave him a pointed look before paying for both of their lunches. The two scanned the room looking for seat, walking around at the same time.

"Mr. Langcaster left?" A voice floated out from behind them. Turning around Logan spotted a blonde hair girl talking to another boy and girl. Logan racked her memory for her name, she remembered her face from freshman year but couldn't remember her name. David and Logan glanced at one another before stepping closer.

"'Scuse me, but did you say that Mr. Langcaster left? I thought he loved this school, never imaged him ever leaving it."
David said, inserting himself into their conversation.

Lucia grinned as she saw Logan and David approach, "And this is the other set of twins in our year, Logan and David," Lucia introduced as she gestured each twin respectively before adding with a small blush and nod, "Yes, it appears that is what these two new students have found out. I believe it is strange as well, but there must be some logical explanation for it. Perhaps he has a wife we don't know about and she's having a baby?" Lucia suggested, wondering if anything they could come up with would possibly be true.

Sitting back down at the table, Lucia gestured for all of them to sit, "Come, come, there is plenty of room. Let us all sit down and eat before out lunch gets cold while we discuss the possibilities and all of the rumors floating around," Lucia added with a warm smile as she looked at the four students over her shoulders before taking a bite of her bento.

Madeline fished another cheeto out of her messenger bag, and plopped her sketchbook down on the table. Looking up at the new arrivals. She examined the new couple trying to figure them out. There was something not right about them. But she could not put her finger on it. So she brushed it aside for the new juicy bit of gossip flowing from the new comers. Mr. Langcaster up and left. Now this was an interesting lead to follow. She had liked him well enough. Most students did. Maybe her grandmother would know something about his reasons for leaving the academy.

So with this thought Madeline spoke up, " How odd for him to leave. He had the habitat project this term. I will have to ask my grandmother about it. She more than likely will know." She munched on her cheetos and disolved into her thoughts when familiar voices broke into her inner musings. She looked up to see the twins, Logan and David. Two of the few people Madeline ever took notice of. She smiled at the sound of David's voice as he jumped into their topic without thinking.

She continued to eat her lunch and awaited more plot ideas for the relocated teacher.

Christian, wrapped his arm around Sai's waist and smiled. "Well we have four hours to get all the art supplies you need and for me to see the little town here. We better get moving if we want to make time for dinner." He smiled down to her and picked up his page towards the front gates of the school.

Kaipa only stared at Lucia with anxious eyes until Hago nudged her, muttering, "Go on, answer her."

Forcing a smile, Kaipa shook her head. "I... I don't know anything about what happened, I just... I just heard it as a rumor that's been going around. There are so many different speculations that..." She trailed off uncertainly, then ended with a lame, "I don't know."

Hago listened to Lucia's explanation about Mr. Langcaster's popularity, nodding as she finished. "I see," he replied in a much more confident manner than Kaipa had. "It's a shame that he won't be around anymore, then. I'm Hago, by the way, Hago Levik."

He glanced at Kaipa, who murmured bashfully, "I'm Kaipa Fellerwin. N-nice to meet you."

"Sure, we'll sit with you," Hago added. "Thanks for asking us."

Kaipa looked over at him in alarm, but he had already taken a seat and was taking a bite of his lunch. She slowly sank down into the other empty seat beside him, beginning to partake of her food, as well.

'I thought that we could find a place to sit together alone,' she thought remorsefully as she chewed, trying to keep her thoughts from showing on her face.

'Just act like nothing's wrong,' she told herself over and over in her mind, 'with anything. Just keep smiling. You can do it.'

"A baby?" Hago was meanwhile musing thoughtfully. "That's certainly a possibility if he was married. But wouldn't he have told someone the news first? And why would he keep quiet about a wife? Unless," he added with a roguish grin, "he's been keeping her locked up in an attic somewhere."

His mouth was full as Logan and David walked up, but he still threw them a smile. Kaipa smiled at them as well, albeit a tad more shakily, and wondered why Hago was being so... open and friendly with these people.

'You don't know them!' She cried out in her mind. 'You know me... You've known me all these years. Why aren't you talking with me?'

Logan and David listened to everyone's speculating, processing everything that everyone was saying. The both nodded when they were introduced to the new couple and smiled at Madeline and ....
'What is her name!' Logan racked her brain thinking hard, she wasn't one to lose names so it was a bother to her."Lucia! Yes, that was it. Her twin is Saiyuri." She mentally smiled. She gave a quick "hey" before sitting down.

"I don't think he was married. Never saw any photos around his desk. Course that could be why he left; to get hitched and start a family." David sad taking a seat next to his sister and peel his banana.

"I don't think marriage would of taken him away." Logan said mixing up her salad. "I personally believe that he could just be really sick and doesn't enable him to teach." She took a bit of her food and pondered some more while listening to the others.

Haley, having kept quiet the whole time as she analyzed the people around her eyed the girl Kaipa curiously. She never found it boring how different people handled their love for others. The girl was obviously to shy to say anything and was probably fighting the urge but Haley simply looked over at the rest of the group instead to join in on their conversation. "I doubt he was married." Haley said, knowing full well he wasn't as she had been more then able to read into his relationships with others. "Maybe he just got a better job." She offered.

Lucia smiled at everyone, chuckling lightly at their speculations. "But if he was sick, would not we have found that out sooner? He was scheduled to help with the track training, after all. But perhaps he was injured while training and that is why he disappeared? But you would think we would have notice, or at least a going-away party, especially if he was taking a better job, for someone as beloved as he.."

"This is so perplexing.." Lucia said with a light sigh as she finished her half of the bento and sipped her tea, half of the bento left due to it being Saiyuri's half, "Do you think the other instructors would tell us? Perhaps we shall have an assembly and be told that way? It must have been something terribly important and a last minute decision to cause him to leave so suddenly.."

"Madaline, when you find out from your grandmother, will you tell us? Once Saiyuri hears this is going to drive her absolutely mad!" Lucia giggled before sipping her tea.

However, despite speaking to everyone, Lucia couldn't help but notice something off with Kaipa and Hago. There was something there between them, that was apparent, but what was that strange vibe coming from them? Lucia couldn't help but be curious what it was...

-

Saiyuri blushed lightly as she rested her head upon his shoulder. To think, they had just met and had started dating; but it felt as if they had known each other for ages - two halves of the same whole. It was pure luck and chance, nothing short of a miracle, that Saiyuri had found such a man to spend her time with in such a strange place as Cordei Academy - especially another Alice whom she could be so open and honest with.

"Would you like to see the town while we go to the art shop? We'd save time unless you want to backtrack," Saiyuri said with a laugh as she lightly bumped her hip against his and linked their fingers together at his waist.

Lupo glanced over at the group's table curiously, perking an ear at Mr. Langcaster's name. The freshman let his brown eyes flicker over the other students before slowly standing. Stepping over to their table, he smiled sheepishly, ducking his head a bit. "What's this about Langcaster?" The 16-year-old tugged on the sleeve of his white uniform nervously, looking back and forth between his peers. "I heard he was a good teacher here." Lupo reached up to fiddle with the ring in his lip, still a bit hesitant as to whether he should have joined in the conversation. It might have been something best left undone, but he commited to it - so he may as well stand here until they either accepted him or chased him off.

Haley eyed Hago curiously, she didn't mean to stare but it was impossible for her to get a read off of him. She could feel Kaipa's love for him as clear as day but Hago was a mystery, something that hadn't happened before. She chose not to panic as she probably just needed more help honing her Alice in her night classes. Focusing instead back on the conversation at hand, Haley moved a bit to her left to allow room for the new boy. "You can sit if you like." She offered, gesturing to the seat beside her before popping a grape in her mouth.

"Thanks much," Lupo grinned, taking the offered seat. He paused, thinking. "Haley. Thank you, Haley." The youth looked about the table before focusing back on Haley. "Remind me what class you are? I'm not used to this whole 'color-coded' stuff." He grinned, tilting his head in a dog-like motion. "Where I come from, we aren't as strict with the dress code."
Running a hand through his shaggy black hair, the 16-year-old tugged on his burgandy tie. It had been such a difficulty to put on. Lupo had never so much as touched a tie before that morning, and even then, he had to ask his roommate for help - talk about embarassment. That's what happens when you grow up in a non-formal community.

"Las Vegas," Lupo said, glancing down at his white uniform. "There was some pretty weird stuff there. Nothing as strict as this." An upper-classman, eh? He smiled slightly. Older than him, and cute. "Love your hair," he commented, immediately blushing slightly and turning to look about the table again. "So . . . what's this about Mr. Langcaster?" Marcus coughed into his fist, his brown eyes flickering between the other students. A smooth way to change the subject, he knew. But it might work.

"Thank you." Haley blushed slightly as she twirled a piece of hair around her fingers. "Mr. Langcaster used to teach here but he's moved away. We were just shooting out ideas of why he left." She explained to the boy as she turned back to the est of the group, expecting them to enter with their own theories.

Madeline turned her thoughts inward. Deep inside she had a funny feeling about Mr. Langcaster vanishing on them. She had overheard her Grandmother talking late one night about the honors system and how it had other plans for people who were well trained enough. He had been one of the best from what she recalled. So she couldn't help but think something odd was afoot here.

She looked up as a freshman joined their strange little group. Cute for someone so young. She smiled to herself. For someone who had always been alone one day had seemed to change it all. And she didn't even know how this had all come about. But she liked it. Not being invisible was a nice thing. She listened to everyone's predictions and decided she would have to ask her grandmother as soon as she found her. Meaning she would have to go to the Head masters office.

She glanced over to where Hago and Kaipa were seated. Haley seemed to be studying them. Madeline felt an odd surge of emotion as she looked at the girl. Unrequited love was never a good thing and she could see love with a mix of hurt in the girls eyes. Though Hago's eyes told nothing to her except that he was tuning out the girl who looked at him as though she would gladly die for his attentions.

Madi turned her attention to the red twins. Logan was a nice girl from what she had seen of her, and well David was one of those boys you liked to look at. At least she had enjoyed looking at him. Ahh Madi.. now is not the time to think about boys.

With that thought she spoke to Lucia. "So what is your schedule? Maybe we have some classes together?"
She looked around the table and asked the same question of everyone there. Maybe she would have friends this year. For the first time in her life she would not be alone.

Christian, walked with Sai smiling as though he owned the world. This feeling he had when he was with her set his soul on fire. And he liked it. It was a new feeling to him and it had come so unexpectedly. He tilted his head down to recieve her quick kiss and replied to her as he was close. "I would love to see the town with you any way that you like. So please do show the way." He mused to himself about how sweet she was and how beautiful she didn't know she was. These qualities made her all the more attractive to him.

He laced his fingers with hers as they continued to walk off campus to their little adventure.

Lucia smiled at Madi as she answered between sips of tea, "Violin, English, Japanese, Calculus, Chemistry, Gymnsastics, Cooking, History, and Art. Saiyuri has the same classes with the exception of Violin, she has Piano in place of it. Not sure on the actual schedule yet, though, I'll probably find that out tonight when we get our Welcome Speech from the Headmaster," Lucia added with a soft chuckle, "Then again, I'm a non-honor student so I probably won't find out until tomorrow as usual. Have you found out yours yet?"

-

"Well, the art supply shop is at the center of town, so let us see the town on our way there," Saiyuri said softly with a blush as she nearly skipped from the elated feelings in her chest from Christian's kiss.

Saiyuri couldn't believe how hard and how fast she had fallen for Christian, but she didn't regret a second of it. She simply adored how great it felt to spend time with him - she had always longed for this sort of feeling and this sort of a relationship; one that knew no boundaries and one that was true and real through and through.

Smiling up at him as she rested her chin upon his shoulder lightly as they walked, Saiyuri couldn't help but giggle lightly as she studied his features with an artist's eye; something she couldn't prevent herself from doing.

He was very handsome, to say the least, and Saiyuri couldn't believe her luck in finding a guy as handsome as he (and an Alice at that!!) who liked her for who she was, not despite of it.

'Well, I'll always be thankful to Cordei for one thing,' Saiyuri thought with a warm smile as she walked on her toes for a bit to place a light kiss upon his cheek.
