Hi everyone, I am Maka-Chan Or I am known as Desi so you can call me either of those. Anyways, I am on the search for role-plays. This is my perniment thread so if you see the large number of how many pages there is don't walk away I am still looking and always looking in fact. I like a lot of role-plays to keep myself busy and to keep myself from getting stressed out so role-playing is my sanctuary. Now, one thing about myself to tell you at first hand is, I'm an easy person to talk to and get along with. So please do not be afraid to talk to me and post in my thread.
Before we get down to the requirements, I'd like to share a little biography about myself with the writing business. First off is, I am not as young as you think. Or maybe I am. I am seventeen years old. Before you push the back arrow button on your browser, just hear me out? I consider myself to be a writer in progress. Writing is my passion and my life and I hope one day to write a book that will get published. I will even post a sample of my writing to show you what skills I have and if you think I am good enough for you if you would like. :) I have been writing since I was in 1st grade so I was about six or seven when I began to write. So basically I have been writing my whole life, or as long as I could remember.
Literacy:
I can't really say I have an average posting length I always post. What I can tell you is, I can't post small posts. To me small posts are a couple of sentences to a paragraph. I can write anywhere from three paragraphs to well..a good number I say. It all really depends on imagination, my partners post[and not just the length. Usually character intereaction does the trick], and how I feel. If I am stressed, or feel unwell then I might take a few days off till I come up with a post I feel confident enough to post. Sometimes I do take more then a few days off but eventually I get to it.
My grammar never do I text talk. I don't understand it enough to use it. That and text talk annoys me. Especially when people misspell a word that is so easy to spell. So never will you see me using text talk. The only text talk I use is when out of character and talking to a friend. I only use Lol and rofl. Those are the only ones I really like.
For characters, I can play both genders. I change my pairing list every now and then to spice things up and to catch any lurkers' eye. That and when no one does one of my cravings I am dying to do, I then loose the interest in doing that pairing and decide to make a new list of pairings I want to do.
Orientation I am not too picky about but I am mostly comfortable with hetero. I will do m x m depending what you have in store. Though I do not refer it to as yaoi, uke or semi. As for future wise, I do not go by, who wants to be the dominant or submissive character. If my character ends up to be bossy then so be it. If my character isn't bossy and control it then that's just how it goes. F x F I am not yet feeling I can do just yet. A lot of people have let me down in the same gender role-plays. So it will take me a few times to get use to it. But hey! If you have a really good plot any orientation wise just post a reply. Or if your shy about people seeing your plot, just shoot me up a Pm and we'll discuss it and try to work something out.
Requirements:
I will try to keep the list of requirements as low as possible but some things have to be in there so I apologize if it sounds rude, harsh or anything along those lines. I am not a rude or harsh person. But I do take my writing seriously.
-Please have experience in playing both female and male characters as well as at least hetero orientation wise. Sometimes I wont take requests from people who only play a certain character or a certain orientation because I feel I am being forced to play a certain gender and orientation. But if you have a plot and you only play a certain gender or orientation I am willing to just listen to what you have in mind.
-I can't do small posts, I love to write so that means I prefer someone who can at least write more then I consider small. So please no one liners or couple of sentences please. If your someone who posts that much then I am not the rightful partner for you. Three full paragraphs would be great. 3-5 sentences each and more. Writing more then that though would just be lovely though might I add.
-Try to make a post at least more then once a week. I do realize people have lives as I do. Well kinda. But posting once or twice in a whole month isn't something I can do. If you are going to be busy, please give me a warning so I know what I am getting myself into.
-I like to discuss the plot before hand so that there isn't any complications with deciding genders, orientation, and role wise.
-Romance is a definite must. Without it I am lost. I love writing romance. But I don't do the love at first site. It just seems a bit too convienent and unrealistic.
If you have read everything in this thread and you meet my requirements please post the word bubblegum at the top of your post and in the same color or in bold so I can read it easily and it stands out so I know you read everything. It has to be in the top of your post. So if you post why you want to role-play with me, or what got you interested to post in my thread and you post bubblegum in the bottom of your post, I will have no choice but to ignore your post as I wouldn't be able to tell if you read the rules or not. It is most easiest for bubblegum to be placed to where I can see it so I know you read everything which is the very top of your post and in bold.

The roles I would prefer to play/try out will be in Silver. If they are not in silver and are left alone[as in they aren't in Bold,underlined or italic] that means I have no preference to what I would prefer to try out. If one of my pairings Has a ☆ by it, that means it could be an m x m role-play.

Steven moved to Boston right after she graduated from college to start fresh, and do what she always wanted to do and to make friends and just to get away from her family for a while. Three years have passed since Steven first moved to Boston. Steven is now 19 years old. She decided to move back home because of a traumatizing event that went on back in Boston. Steven and a fellow employee she worked with were kidnapped and held hostage for several weeks. Though that hadn't been the traumatizing part. The kidnapper killed her employee in front of her eyes. Steven somehow managed to escape. In fear of being captured again, she moved back home and moved in with her twin sister Sarah. Though all of her family and friends are unaware of what went on back in Boston. But her best friend Niall is suspicious of her because she is acting quite..different then she use to before she left for Boston. Steven has turned to drugs as her only way out of being trapped with her own memories and thoughts and to feel at least something and to forget that event ever happened.
[for this one I do end up to plan an OD. Also I'd want to play Steven because she is my character. The male friend I need someone to play but Niall isn't his name. It can be. I just picked a random name. *One direction to be exact* XD]

As an infant, Shinku faced death. She was born quite weak. Both of her parents were vampires, but oddly Shinku was born unlike most vampire infants. Because she was very sick and Haruka and Shizuka, Shinku'a parents couldn't bare to loose her they decided she should drink the blood of a vampire. Because she drank the blood of a vampire, the magical counsel took her parents into custody to either make them into prisoners or to be slaughtered publicly. Because her parents weren't around to no longer raise and take care of Shinku, a young werewolf stepped up to the plate. He turned against his own pack in order to take care of the infant vampire. At the time he was around seven to ten years old.
15 years have passed, the infant vampire was now fifteen years old and the werewolf was at least in his mid 20's. They lived a normal life in the city of London. Every few days they go hunting in order for Shinku to survive off of animal blood. On their latest hunt someone noticed them. They are part of the magical counsel. The magical counsel are now on the move after Shinku. Not to imprison her and to control her but to slaughter her no matter what.

Personality
Akiro is the silent type. She doesn't talk to anyone in the whole school. Though when she does talk its when someone is picking a fight with her. But even during those fights, never once does she act cocky and self obsorbed. People see her as this bitter, cruel person who beats people up for fun which is why many of her fellow students at her school fear her though usually that is just an act. Her true feelings she had once burried deep into her heart are kind hearted, selfless, and caring. Though she never reveals any of those feelings because she is afraid of getting hurt. She has no friends due to she had seen a lot of people in the past get hurt even by their friends. She chooses not to let her guard down which is why she lives in her own world where she doesn't have to do what everyone else is doing.
Biography
Akiro was born into a normal family. She had a mother, a father as well as an older brother. Though the only problem was her father was in a gang. Her parents knew each other existed before high school but they didn't acknowledg one another until high school. Her father around school was known as "The Wolf." He was fierce, strong and got in many fights and won each one just like Akiro. In many ways, Akiro is just like her father and for that reason her mother isn't around very much. She hadn't even told Akiro about her father or even showed her pictures of him since she was afraid Akiro would turn out just like him. Always fighting.
Charlotte P. Black
Age: 21
Nickname: Charlie or Lottie
Personality: Just as her appearance appears, she is as sweet as sugar. Charlotte tends to not pay attention to what people think of her as far as appearance wise. She mostly focuses on her writing, and working hard on getting it published one day.
Biography:
Charlotte had been writing ever since she could remember. Since then she began writing her own stories, working to get better at her writing. Now she was working on making it big in New York City and to try to get one of her books she wrote published.
Personality: Steven isn't the quiet one, like her mother was when she was younger. Steven is calm, laid back usually, and mature for her age. Usually she isn't one to joke around unless her twin sister Sarah is around or her best friend Sally. Steven enjoys playing guitar, reading, and roller dirby.
Biography: Steven has a pretty average family. The only thing she doesn't find average or normal in the least bit is knowing who her birth father is. The only father she has ever known is her Step-Dad Elton who she isn't pleased about, but she acts appropriate around him. She feels he is trying to replace the father she never knew, so Steven refuses to refer to Elton as her father. Sarah on the other hand is fine with accepting him into her life as her father.
Steven went to college in Boston, wanting to get away for her family as much as possible. Especially Elton. And to find her birth father. Though she didn't succeed in finding her father. Instead her and one of her best friend's she met in college were captured by a murderer that had been on the loose for a few weeks. In front of her eyes, he killed her. She had been unable to save her because she had been shot up with all sorts of different drugs. She had been taken to the hospital to get her system completely cleaned out. Though the murderer was nowhere found nor were their signs of him being there. All of the doctors just thought she had sort of overdose because of the trauma of loosing her best friend. After she left the hospital, she skipped town and headed back to her home town in California to live with her twin sister Sarah for the time being until she gets her life back on track.

Shinku appears to be quite elegant and lives up to the title though, she can be bitter and stubborn at times as well. She is sweet and doesn't like to show anyone too much affection. She chooses carefully who to be friends with so she is also quite cautious around people.
Biography
Shinku's family died in a train accident with her best friend Maria Sapphire's family. Her and Maria were the only survivors. Shinku had barely been alive though a mysterious vampire had saved her life by turning her into a vampire when Shinku had only been seven years old. After 13 years from the accident everything seemed to be going smoothly until Maria grew ill from Leukemia.[still in progress]

Personality: Clyde isn't exactly known for his charming personality when people get to know him. What he is known for is being a professional model for magazines, banners and anything
that boosts up his name in his career. His career is anything that involves modeling. He knows most peole see modeling as a girl job since women mostly do it to show off new trends for women on fashion shows. Clyde doesn't do fashion shows and stays stictly professional although he can be a spoiled brat, and has a rotten attitude though he doesn't let his fans see him that way. Even though he has these qualities in his personality he still has a heart of gold but never lets people who want toget close to him show how he truly feels. Or how he wants to feel.
Biography: Clyde is the youngest of four brothers and one sister who is the baby sister out of a family of five siblings. His parents had spoiled him rotten when he was younger due to he use to be very sick as a child and the minute he got better they wanted to celebrate his health but that was just the beginning stage of his spoiled personality.
Jason Tyler
Age: 18
Status: College Student
Personality: Just as his appearance appears, he is bitter, angry and rude. He can be nice if he chooses to but that isn't very often.
Biography: Jason's father is a powerful mob boss. Because of this, Jason has always been neglected. Ever since he was little. His mother was the only person that didn't neglect him. No matter how busy her life was or how tired she felt, never did she neglect her son. Though, his mother died when he was eight years old. After the death of his mother, he began to change into a person his father wouldn't recognize. He began doing drugs at age 13, and his personality changed into this bitter, angry person.

Hi! I'm interested in possibly setting up a roleplay (or two!) with you. >w< I have a quick question though... Do you do FxF rps? I have a plot I've been wanting to do that involves a country girl and a city girl, but if you don't do FxF a couple of your other ideas caught my attention. ^^ Specifically newly crown queen x newly crowned king, and kidnappedxkidnapper. I have no problem playing a male for the kidnappedxkidnapper, but I'd like to be female for the queenxking one. :3

Well not really. I am usually up at 10 hours later. Maybe less. I have been sick so I keep getting on quite late but I am working on getting up earlier.
Yea, I'm sure ^_^. I was thinking we should do the isolated princess x warrior/farm boy. I've not decided which I want him to be but I think it could be really adorable lol. The only ideas I have for now is if I make him a warrior he'll be fallen, you know? One who was once great but something happened and he isolated himself? Maybe he was the best and so her father hired him to guard her? Just a thought.
Oh, I'm sorry >.< that sucks. My fiance works third shift so I'm usually on really late of a night (From about seven hours ago to three hours from now? Lol). I don't usually catch people on.

I kinda had it set around mid 1800's. Like what Tangles was in if you ever seen the movie. I haven't figured out the entire plot yet that is in my head but she was captured when she was young but not by an enemy, well in a way its an enemy but her family doesn't see them as an enemy. I am trying to make it sound different from a Rapunzel story line. but I am failing at it x.x
Tangled?! I freakin' loved that movie! Actually got my fiance to watch it in theaters with me lol. But yea, we could make it something similar to that with a few tweaks...I think its funny I suggested a thief XD.
