A depiction of my visage:

A glimpse of my past: Part of a series of warforged, 001 was the first one constructed of the Kanoste series, made to serve as foot soldiers for a renegade sect of wizards and sorcerers of the elven kingdom that sought to take over the country over 200 years again. 001, however, had served as the personal bodyguard of the sect's leader, another warforged, this one a maniacal warlock known as Manar (elven for 'Doom') eventually, the sect was defeated my the elven kingdom's armies with assistance from their allies. However, Manar escaped with the 001's of the other models, Sikil (Knife), Vandri (rage), and Tandros (magic), but sacrificed Kanoste 001, along with all of the Kanoste models in order to make his escape. However, 001 survived and has since then sought to find Manar and destroy him. 100 years ago, he caught up with Manar, but was easily defeated by Sikil, Vandri, and Tandros, the three of them still completely loyal to Manar. They threw the severely wounded Kanoste off of the mountain where he had confronted them, and would've remained shattered on the mountainside if he hadn't been saved by a traveling dwarf. Repaired, Kanoste once again set out, this time to gain greater skill and powerful weapons to defeat Manar and his trio.
Gifts I have acquired: As a magically powered machine, I am not affected by poison, fatigue, lack of food/water, etc.
I am classified as: Knight
My toys of choice: Bastard sword and steel kite shield
Other oddities: Can extend foot long iron spikes with mithril tips from my feet, anchoring me to whatever surface my foot is touching, allowing me to become completely immovable or able to climb what would be an unclimbable surface
An example of me in action: Kanoste dived to the side, hiding behind a boulder as the drow sent a pillar of fire searing down the tunnel, generating enough heat to cause the rock sides to turn orange from the heat. His partner, a young elf wizard, quickly cast a spell of endure elements before he was roasted. Kanoste, however, remained unaffected by the heat and simply ran out from his cover and charged the drow, charging through a second blast of flame, this one much less powerful, ignoring the fact that he was partially on fire as he closed the distance on the drow and smashed his shield into the dark elf. The drow had thrown up his arm in a feeble attempt to ward off the attack, causing a sharp crack as the bones of his arm snapped from the force, sending him reeling back, screaming in pain.
