Physical Description: Brown hair usually kept up in a bun with chopsticks. Hair falls to waist when let down. Brown eyes, pale skin (too much time indoors), round face. Stands about five five and is a bit overweight (surrounded by too much delicious food! D: ). Is always found in a button up shirt, nice slacks, and black non-skid shoes (refuses to wear heels). Wears a silver necklace with a small silver fortune cookie charm on it. Doesn't wear makeup, but does wear chapstick that often tints her lip in odd colors like blue or green.
Personality: Weird. Cookie is very weird. She makes many jokes that people just don't get and is often full of bad puns and snarky sarcasm. She is also strict. When surveying dishes in the kitchen she's often heard to say "Would you serve that to your mother?" She will make people redo things she is not satisfied with until she is. She merely wants the guests to have a wonderful experience at the cafe and will do all she can to provide it by hiring the best bakers, baristas and servers. She doesn't take crap or excuses from anybody. She takes some getting used to, but is not necessarily mean, though she can often be grumpy and is not really a morning person. She prefers for people not to talk to her until she's woken up and when not harassing her workers, talking to customers, or sneaking food from the kitchen, she can be found in the office, where she tells you she's looking at porn, though she's really just doing inventory and other boring things.
