Perhaps your family has lived here for many years, or maybe you have just arrived in the area to begin a new chapter in your life. Whatever your reasons for being here, allow me to give you a tour. My name ? Oh, I'm just a villager. A man in a posh suit paid me money to meet you at the airport and drive you here, very good money. But, if you really want to know, my name is Alberto. I live on a farm quite close to your new home. Well, I'm your closest neighbour, at least. My home is about five, ten, perhaps fifteen miles from yours. Still, I own a car, so if you ever need me, I'll be there in a flash. I also own a telephone, so I shall give you my number once we reach your house. Yes, it's a bit of a ride to get there, but it's worth the wait, eh ? So, you are here from America, yes ? No ? Oh, forgive me. So many foreigners from different countries here lately. You all share the same house ? Wow, you all very brave. Still, keep each-other warm in winter, yes ?

And here is your new home ! She is very beautiful ! A few patches of paint flaking off, but no worry ! We can have that all fixed up for you ! I call my sons and daughters, they come and help you with your things. Over that hill, you have stables with horses and a cowshed, so you have fresh milk every day ! And over there, just by that field, you have lots and lots of green grass ! And just over here, you have orchard ! Lots of trees with fruit to pick for you to sell ! Is a wonderful home, yes ? A wonderful, wonderful home ! Such a shame about the old lady dying . . . . Still, she leave her home in good hands ! We take down the plants from the walls, we paint everything, we fix the water pump, we have fun !
