"Our blades know not of defeat. We shall purge the world of evil."
The la'Sinne are out for blood.
They mainly seek to wipe out the HEROs,
but they are also killing the Gleasse soldiers.
The la'Sinne will murder anyone that dares change their ways.

❥ Keir Anson Hemlock
___❥ Restorationηιcкηαмε: Keir; Captain (with his subordinates)
gεηdεя: male
ρяεfεяεηcε: bisexual
αgε: twenty-seven
εyε cσℓσя: bright blue
нαιя cσℓσя: raven black
нειgнт/ωειgнт: five foot eleven ; 142 lbs
¬ Personality: Keir shows off a personality similar to sunshine: cheerful and bright; although no one knows if this is his true personality or a facade he keeps on. He has a problem with taking anything seriously. The majority of the time he jokes around and teases just about anyone even when in a dire situation. He normally acts on whims and, despite his position, has little to no leadership skills due to his laziness. He masks any true emotion he feels through smiles. He treats life like a game that he thoroughly enjoys.
He is incredibly fickle. At times he gets obsessed with certain projects, but he gets bored easily and after a short time discards them in return for something more interesting. If he can find nothing of interest he usually finds a comfortable spot and takes a nap.
He hates pain and because of this he tends to avoid fights. If he is forced to fight he uses ranged weapons or his powers to avoid physical contact. In a worst-case scenario Keir is skilled in martial arts.
Keir is tricky and he always has a backup plan. Because he would rather outwit the opponent than fight them head, and because he physically appears fragile and looks to be in his early 20s rather than his true age, most people assume he is weak; albeit that is far from the truth. If the chance arises Keir always attempts to pass his work onto others so he can nap or focus on his current project. Because of this he has many enemies in the al'Sinne, especially with the middle and low-ranking officers.
¬ History: The earliest memory Keir could recall was, when he was around six, staring up at a starless sky smudged with towering pillars of ebony smoke. The town that surrounded him laid in a mess of rubble under his feet. At the time his kid-self knew that if he looked downward he would see the myriad of corpses, once residents of the town, strewn throughout the chaos and the catastrophic flames that danced fervently in the moonlight. So he did not look down. Instead he faced upwards, gazing at the lightless sky. The last of his memories of that event was of a monster that glided through the smoke-filled sky. The monster was so quiet, despite its gargantuan size, Keir would have not noticed it if he had been looking down. The monster was as black as the sky and if not for the glimmer of its scales due to the fires below it would have been perfectly camouflaged. Its wingspan was twice the length of a mountain and its jaw was larger than a lake. Keir peered up at the beast in awe. Its movements were so graceful that it would have been a great discourtesy to claim it was merely “flying”, but Keir knew no words to justify it. He watched as the monster sailed away, slipping past the mountains at the horizon. A single tear rolled down Keir's face, expressing the sadness that he could feel in the core of his heart. “Take me with you.”
In a few years, at the age of nine, Keir found himself in a tiny village nestled at the base of a mountain. He was dressed in rags and highly malnourished. A villager, thinking himself to be a good Samaritan, spotted him and brought him to the village orphanage. There he spent three years of his life with a few other orphans and a kindly woman whose name he could never remember. The woman tried to act motherly towards Keir and to gain his love, but he never knew what a mother was, unable to remember his own, and the woman's loving actions were unappreciated.
Soon after his three year stay was over, a brigade of al'Sinne burned the village to the ground and killed most of its residents. Later on he would find out that the village had been a small refuge for HEROs, but at the time he had no clue what was going. The al'Sinne easily overtook the village and Keir was impressed by their brute strength. He believed that if he joined such a strong group that he could finally have the power to complete his life-long dream. The orphanage was on the outskirts of the village and they had the ability to escape before the al'Sinne came. While the woman and the orphans were busy collecting a few important items before they fled, Keir sneaked away from the group and headed towards the village. He was about to confront a group of al'Sinne soldiers who were looting the village of valuables when he noticed that the woman had followed him. The woman caught Keir by his sleeve. He protested and the soldiers quickly noticed their arrival. The woman screamed when the soldiers' guns were pointed at them and she was promptly shot. As Keir watched the snow-filled ground soak up the woman's blood, he was almost sad.
"Aren't you gonna cry, kid?" asked one soldier, his gun now pointed upon Keir. "No." Keir replied, easily enough. Luckily for Keir instead of killing him they captured him and sent him to a training camp as they did with all the children they found. The adults (the ones still living) were not so lucky and sent to work camps. At the training camps the al'Sinne turned children into soldiers through methods of brainwashing and abuse. The brainwashing never worked on Keir, but he pretended it did. The physical abuse worked a little better and even to this day he dislikes even casual touches.
At the age of seventeen, Keir became an official member of the al'Sinne. He rose in the ranks quickly in the next seven years, but found the he did not enjoy the responsibility, and took the next three years to get himself demoted to the comfortable rank of captain. He still had a great amount of influence with the higher ups of the al'Sinne, but this way he could move around easily and no one would know his true power.
Murder, lies, or betrayal. Keir would do whatever it takes to complete his life-long dream. His life would be meaningless otherwise.

❥ Jack Leventis
___❥ Telepathyηιcкηαмε: Jack
gεηdεя: Male
ρяεfεяεηcε: Bisexual
αgε: Twenty four
εyε cσℓσя: green
нαιя cσℓσя: Dark brown
нειgнт/ωειgнт: Six foot two. One-hundred and sixty eight pounds
¬ Personality: Jack is rather stubborn in the fact that he wants to see things through once things are started. He absolutely won't give up until he gets his way, or dies trying. Casualties don't really matter, as they are bound to happen in wars or battles. So long as there aren't too many on his end and more on his enemy's side, he'll be one happy camper. Things have to be done right the first time around and if not, there'll be some heavy consequences.
Since he's a rather young person in an important position, this causes him to be extra firm and strict with people. He hates when there is anyone slacking off on a job and gets on their cases with a vengeance. If he plans to be a good leader, he can't have people not doing their jobs. It would set a bad example to him, and to the entire section he's taking care of.
To those he does seem to trust, which is rather rare, he shows a bit of a softer side. He will still not hesitate to set you straight if you cross the line however. But he will do it with less of a bark. Sometimes he will be lenient on a good day. Allow a bit of a break if all the work is done. Then he will promptly send you off on another task and tell you to get back to work.
¬ History:
Much of his childhood was fairly normal. Minus the fact that he could somehow always convince his parents to give him a few things he wanted. He used this to his advantage whenever he chose. Especially to get out of trouble in school. Too much usage had it's drawbacks however. He'd found himself incredibly drained, since he wasn't used to things as much and was not as trained. His powers still leave him weak, especially if he has to try and influence someone to do something that would normally go completely against their will. Due to this, he can sometimes be seen slightly sluggish, or tired before he collects himself and continues to do his job.
He hates his weaknesses pointed out, or be seen by many. He hardly ever uses the techopathy unless they need new information, or need a distraction. When the al'Sinne came around, he was interested in how they viewed things, and easily impressed. He had grown bored of everyday life and found it dull. He saw much more potential for himself, and in what could be done to the world in a new order. When the time came to snatch up a chance to join he took it. They had come to his home in a raid on his town, and to 'save' his parents he agreed to join them. He was young enough to serve a purpose and be taught in their ways. So they spared his parents and took him with them. Considering his powers and ability to get the job done no matter what, he rose the ranks despite his age. Anyone who had opposed him either learned that he was no pushover.
¬ Role: Lt. Colonel of the 14th Battalion of the al'Sinne
¬ Likes: Music, snakes, meditation, technology, winning.
¬ Dislikes: sweets, neon colors, people messing with his plans, rain, slackers, uncontrollable fires.
¬ Weapon(s) of Choice: Double Ended Scythe. (able to separate and collapse) ♫ Theme Song:

❥ Alanna Princess la'Sinne
___❥ Timeηιcкηαмε: Alanna or Princess
gεηdεя: female
ρяεfεяεηcε: straight
αgε: is 13, but changes her age to be either 18 or 24
εyε cσℓσя: lime green
нαιя cσℓσя: blonde
нειgнт/ωειgнт: it varies depending on her age
¬ Personality: Spoiled rotten brat. She always gets her way. She knows she's special and she loves to flaunt it. She's bitchy and a real tease. She loves to boss people around and expects to be weighted on hand and foot. If you dare cross her, it'll be the last thing you'll ever remember for her powers allow her to age someone well beyond the typical life span (they pretty much turn to dust). She's rude, ignorant, but still innocent. She still thinks boys have cooties and hasn't kissed a boy yet because it's "gross."
¬ History: Alanna is the one that likes to assume the role of leader. She's the daughter for the la'Sinne commander. Spoiled and spunky, she looks up to her elder sister who is in-line to take over their father's role of chief commander.
Other than being the youngest of the two daughters, Alanna is a real mystery. Her abilities to time warp, age shift, and phasewalk (the ability to slow down time) make her a tricky person to figure out. Even as a young child, Alanna was altering her age and doing things a typical child wouldn't. At the age of 13, Alanna has a doctorate in medicine and knows a thing or two about the law. She's also fought as a soldier in the 14th Battalion. Aside from all that, not much data is known on her. Very few outside the la'Sinne class know she exists.
¬ Role: She's the la'Sinne's deadly weapon. Everyone underestimates her powers, but she's the ace in the hole that will insure the HEROs cannot win. She's a speedy little imp that loves to stab people in the back, literally.
¬ Likes: seeing people cry, beating the crap out of others, being treated like a princess, messing with the mind, and studying medicine
¬ Dislikes: being told she's too little, having people hit on her, crying in front of others, and bugs
¬ Weapon(s) of Choice: Shuriken, throwing knives, and dual blades♫ Theme Song: Coming soon!
♫ Lyrics That Matter: Coming soon!
