He continued to watch her cautiously, she was smiling, but he did not smile. Nor did he frown. He merely watched. She watched him to now,for a few moments, then she was pushing herself from the rock again and standing. The man was rather tall, his legs long and slender causing him to stand at a easy height of 6'5. Though still a bit short for his kind. He didn't move as she stepped onto the bank.
The man still watched, his eyes never once strayed to look at anything below her neck. Such an action would be improper, and there was nothing down there that interested him. Not really, at least, at the moment. He licked his lips again, as she picked up her cloak and used it as a towel. She spoke, and her voice was a bit playful, but her eyes. Now that he could see them much more clearly, caused a shiver to run down his spine. Empty. So very empty. "A very...unusual...storm." His brow had furrowed just slightly. "It held the scent of magic. Old magic." He stated rather matter-of-factly.
