Dante gave her a smile, shrugging. "You are intruding in no way; you are merely concerned, which is rather refreshing." He looked back out, just as snow began to fall gently from the sky. "My men and women are as healthy as I can hope them to be," he said, seeing the first hardy souls stirring to prepare for the day. "My healers are some of the best my country has to offer." He had always worried that one day, the best would not be enough, but he could worry about that later. He turned back to her, his smile a little softer. "What brings you to this camp anyways, my lady," he asked. "And I never quite caught you're name."

"Good. Very good, General Fioreta." The woman let her hand out to catch the first of the snowflakes, and watch them melt away as soon as they touched her palm. She then pointed to the running stream through the army camp.
"You see that little river?" Oasisa traced the river back into the forest, "That river runs by my house, and down to this camp. It's a bit of a walk, but I live not too far. The river told me of your approach. And I am not an inhospitable neighbor."
The woman was just full of smirks this morning. "You are perceptive to notice I didn't give my name. I am called Oasisa."

Dante's eyes followed her gesture, settling on the glimmering ribbon of water. "I see," he said softly. "One associated with the waters. My sympathies to you, for the misfortunes that have befallen you." Of course, everyone had their misfortunes, but Dante felt especially sorry for those of the water. The poison had spread there first, had spread the fastest, and now very few waterways were pure.
He returned the smirk, catching on to her game. "Perceptiveness is something a good general cannot go without," he said. "It is a pleasure to meet you, Lady Oasisa. As you have done for us, we welcome you as our neighbor." He peered out again, worry creasing his brow a bit. "The river wouldn't have happened to tell you of my twin, has it? She's been gone nearly an hour now."

"Misfortune is everywhere. Do not dwell on it, but thank you." She slightly bowed her head to him, to show her sincerity and appreciation Dante showed her. She then turned her head slightly, exposing an ear closer in the direction of the water, listening to what the stream had to say. She was silent for a few moments, before turning back to look at the General.
"The river can only know so much and know so far from itself. But it tells me an elf and wolf were running about," Her face only expressed complete seriousness now, "but is worried because of the approaching dark warriors. You may need to dispatch very soon so not to be caught unprepared."

Daeman fixes her hair after it being ruffled not listening but catches the last part. Our strongest have been captured? wait why? They werent suppose to go into the forest either. She looks at Pheonix. He was calming down. He didnt want to scare her but shes seen his temper before. She waits until the new soldier does something to give Pheonix a hug or something. Something to tell him it will be ok that we can get them back.

Praseodymium recieved the new through word of mouth that everyone should be careful. The necromancer left his quaters then headed for Phoenix's whereabouts. As he walked past the usual whispers from his comrades followed him. He knew he was born of an Aeon... so what he was a necromancer. His skin was black and his hair was a white blue color.. Praseo drew quite a bit of attention to himself where ever he happened to go. When he reached the general he saw Daemon with him. "Sir, why the high alert? I heard that I am to be careful, but I was curious as to question what happened, he questioned boldly. His redish eyes glanced at Daemon then looked away back to the general.
Selenium walked through the whole camp until she finally found General Fioreta. Quietly she approached him and stood their silently. She looked to the woman he was speaking to and realized she did not know her. Sele had just returned from a scout mission outside of the fort. Her group had captured a few of the dark armies stronger solidiers. She had accompanied the mission group to provide healing support. Sele felt shy to speak of such buisness with a stranger nearby. She ran a hand through her blonde hair then lightly touched her scarred face. Selenium waited quietly until the general saw her. She really did not want to report infront of this strange woman.

Dante nodded, a small frown on his lips. "Figures that brat would be running around when she's got work to do," he said with a sigh, although the look on his face said that he was worried about her. He turned back to Oasisa, and in doing so he spotted Selenium. He nodded to her slightly, telling her he'd be with her soon. "Thank you for you're help. I'll warn my soldiers immediately," he said. "I'm afraid I have some business to attend to, but you are more then welcome to stay and explore the camp." He bowed and excused himself, then turned to Selenium. "Selenium, what brings you this way?"
Echo sighed and came to a stop, tilting her face up to catch the snowflakes. "Echo, what's wrong," Swift Snow asked her, looking up at her with aqua eyes. She remained looking up, her eyes closed.
"Nothing's wrong," she said. "No, wait... Something is wrong. Do you feel that, Swift?" The great wolf shook his head, his eyes questioning. She looked back down to him and shrugged, grinning easily.
"Huh, must've been my imagination."
Little did the Elf know, she had just crossed the borders into the dark territory.
Phoenix turned to Praseo, his temper calmed by this point. "I'm afraid I have terrible news," he said. "A few of our strongest have been captured by the enemy." He paused, letting the words sink into his own mind, formulating a plan. "I usually do not ask for opinion," he said slowly, "but as you are both here I might as well. I think moving our attack to tonight would be more prudent; an attack on their camp, of course. Our warriors are already there; I am sure they can break free once they hear the attack. Do you believe this to be the best course of action?" He watched them carefully, waiting.

Selenium smilied as she assumed that General Fioreta was speaking of his sister. Then she smilied at the stranger then followed the general to discuss what she had come to report. "I am sorry to intrude general. I just returned with the scouting group. It went very well. We did indeed run into some dark army scouts... some of their strongest. They were on our territory, so a battle ensued. To my great pleasure we have captured them and brought them back to camp. Few were injured and I already tended to them. I just wanted to report back to you, so you were informed what happened. Also I was not sure if you would like to check in on the new prisoners," she elaborated. Sele bowed gently towards her general. "I hope this information finds you in good fortune... though I was not intending to eaves drop I heard you need to express warning. Is there a problem on the horizon?" the young woman questioned quietly. She had always found Dante to be somewhat similar in apperance to her brother... though it could have just been the hair style and light color. Sele felt that it was easy for her to tell him what was on her mind compared to the rest of her comrades. She folded her hands together and looked at the general waiting for his response.
Praseo nodded when the general informed him of the current situation. He placed his hand under his chin as he thought about the proposed plan... It seemed to him as it was the best plan of action. But Selenium would be there... he did not want any harm to come to her. He cursed that they had been born on seperate sides... but she was born of light and he of darkness. Praseodymium knew now that it was the best plan of action. They needed those soldiers back though he cursed them for getting caught. "I agree. I think it would be a good plan of action. We still have our strongest here... our attack should be successful. Someone could even head for their prison and free our men in order to strengthen our numbers," Praseo replied wisely to his allies.

Oasisa silently nodded her departure at the general, and nodded again to the new woman. She knew all matters of war were important, so she slipped away around the conversing two, and in towards the camp. A little searching wouldn't hurt, she thought to herself. 'I wonder who the woman was?' She would converse with the woman herself later, but she figured she was some lieutenant for him. If the river was right, a fight was coming soon.
She walked slowly in between the tents, nodding to any solider that stared at her for intruding, and smiled as sincerely as she could. Children still slept soundly, and mothers were up to do their daily chores. Perhaps the sister of the general would come back soon, and Oasisa could converse with her about the war.

Dante smiled a little, nodding in approval. "Good, I'm proud of you all," he said. He chewed on his lip a little, figuring out how to approach the subject. "I have heard," he said slowly, "that the enemy is planning an attack. Today." He paused, thinking a little more before continuing. "I have no idea where Echo is, though she is nearby. Selenium, I'll need you to warn everyone," he said, his voice lowering a little. "Do not worry the children, just make sure everyone is prepared. I know I can trust you to do this." If Echo was his twin, Selenium fell close to being a sister. He felt sorry for her tragic story- how her and her brother were born on different sides- but admired her for the strength she carried from it. If he had to fight Echo... He couldn't do it.
Echo was caught of guard by the little girl, but once she had recovered she jerked her arm away, jumping back. Swift came to her side, growling, his fur raised on end. "Daeman," she adressed the younger girl coolly, her eyes gleaming dangerously. Daeman was to the Dark General as Echo was to Dante- the other hald of the team, so to speak. "I was walking home, if it's any of your business. What's a brat like you doing so far away from you're beloved little Phoenix?" It was very obvious that Echo and Daeman were enemies.
Phoenix nodded, mirroring Praseo's posture. "Then it is agreed. We go on the march tonight," he said. "I'll need you to spread the word," he said, turning back to Praseo. "Make sure you prepare yourselves as well." He went to his desk, examining a map. A small blue marker indicated roughly where the enemy base was reported to be- through the dead forest and over a hill, it was about a two-hour march. "Tell our men to rest themselves."

Elaina sat in the cold dark tent with her two other comrades. Her feet were bound and her hands tied behind her back. Her shoulder had sufferred a deep cut, and the thick crimson blood had run through her silky dress. She had just been captured by some soldiers fighting for Light when her group when to scout to prepare for the battle tomorrow. She had been caught off gaurd and struck in the shoulder.
The soldiers had taken her bow and dagger, but in their searched missed another dagger. It was stuck in her boot, and she wasn't quite sure if she could manuever herself into a position to get it out. She tried struggling, but only failed.
Her only hope was to wait and see what would happened, one of the soldiers did mention that the General would probably come by to get some information.

Daeman looks at him. She thought this would be a great oppurtunity to show what she could do. She watched him and a shiver came down her spine as she turned around looking out the window in the direction of the Light camp. What was that? did someone say her name over there? "General Pheonix, It is a Great Plan. Why dont i go towards where they were held captive? Im quick and im small. I could sneak past the fighting and let them out.... Please" She just wanted to be helpful, but she felt the presence of someone coming towards them as she keeps watching out the window. Something is coming though.

((WHOA HOLY CRAP. Sorry, I totally messed that up. Give me five seconds to fix that all.))
Echo blinked, confused for a moment. "Oh, Mary," she said, startled and a little embarassed. "I-I'm so sorry, I thought you were...." She trailed off, listening to the girl. "Wait, what? We have to warn the others," she said. "How did you find out about this?" Swift Snow had calmed down beside her, realizing his blunder in trusting his master's senses first and not his own.
Phoenix looked down at Daeman, thinking. "If I trust you to do this, you must do it well," he said slowly, glancing at Praseo and then looking back to Daeman. "There is no margin for error, do you understand? I won't have you captured as well."

Selenium's smile faded as the general spoke of an attack. She was glad to recieve his praise, but did not want to battle tonight. The girl nodded prepared to go warn everybody. "Do you need me to go run and look for Echo? I can find her quickly by summoning wolves to aid in my search... but I will warn everyone before I go... A-and I promise you that if a battle does ensue tonight. I will not falter at all... even if I have to fight that boy... I'll be fine," she stated expressing her loyalty. She looked up into his eyes with determination streaming through out her amethyst colored eyes. [b]"Oh and the prisoners... also need healing if you wish it... I'll tend to whatever duties you need me to general." Sele stated all this with a nod. She was trying to make herself busy so she didn't think about Praseo. She thought she could fight him... but was she right?
Praseo listened to the general's orders and nodded to accept them. He raised his brow at Daemon who suggested herself. "I do not mean offer my own opinion... just guidance. I am not sure if she would be the best candidate. I trust in your ability, Daemon... but if you were to be captured it would be ill for us. I will leave it up for you to decide, but perhaps someone more expendable should complete that part of the mission just in case... I shall inform the others," he stated coolly. The man turned on his heel and strode out of the room. He went out and started informing the others. Praseo spoke in hushed whispers to his comrades to make the word did not spill out past their camp. He tried to keep his mind off of his little sister... but his thoughts continued to plague him. He would not, could not, refused, to fight his own blood. What was he going to do if it came down to that?

Dante nodded, then rested a hand on Selenium's shoulder. "That would be a good thing to do, healing them," he said. "That way they don't die before we can get some information." He whinced; his motives sounded totally cold-hearted. He really didn't want anyone to die- plus, they needed the information.
His expression softened as she spoke of fighting her brother. "Selenium, listen to me. I do not expect you to fight you're own brother. I know I couldn't do it, if it was me and Echo." He paused, thinking of what else to say. "If you do see Praseo, come to me or Echo. We'll take care of him." They wouldn't kill him, persay, but maybe they could capture him and convince him to change sides. For Selenium's sake.
Phoenix took into consideration Praseo's words, letting his mind chew over them. "He is right, of course," he murmured, more to himself then anything. "We cannot afford to loose you, Daeman, you're more valuable then you look." He teased her in a brotherly way, tugging on a locke of her hair. "I'll think about it, but I make no guarantees, you understand?"

The nymph couldn't help but notice a certain tent with a pair of guards standing at the entrance. What could be so valuable to protect? She walked her way to the tent, and was about to end when the guards, with their heavy battle axes, blocked her way in. "No one shall enter here," a rather brutish guard informed.
"Oh?" Oasisa replied, looking up at the pair, "What's so valuable inside?"
"That is not your concern, stranger." The other watchman replied. They gave her hard looks, in hope to drive her away, but she only rested her hand on one of their arms. "I can fix that for you." She offered, eyeing the dried line of blood on his forearm. Before he could reply, the nymph leaned in, blew a cool breath over the cut, and slid her hand over it. When she lifted her hand, the warrior's skin only showed a faint, pink line where the injury once was. "You shouldn't go around with open wounds." She teased.

She skips along out the door. She goes to her room and gets her twin blades. She grabs her bow and quiver. Daeman being who she was deciding whether or not to walk ouside before Pheonix. She walked out and looked at the men that had finished preparing. What were they feeling now. They were all ready to fight for Pheonix and she smiled devilishly. She was the same. no mercy to those against Him. She needed to be by his side. She wanted to. There was no way she wouldnt.

Carter stalked the shadows at the very outer edges of the Light encampment. Hmph... Just like old times... She thought to herself. Her most recent assignment had been from the Light army and she'd been here for a few days. They were good to her here. Her own small tent, warm food every night, a very warm bed, and an endless supply of visitors. So far though, she'd not been able to meet with the General. If he doesn't find me soon, I'll leave his camp. I'll at least be able to do something rather than just sit around and get fat in the Shadow camp. Her wandering took her nearly to where the General was. She didn't know this though. Laying down, she stares up at the sky with her front paws crossed.
