Bio : Rikku is a child at heart. Easily amused and overly loud she goes through life with her head held high. Much higher then it should be held. She grew up in the more richer side of New York in her parents Penthouse suit but has had nothing like the first class life she should have. Her parents are never home and she must fend for herself usually, but despite this she is extremly dependant on other humans and her friends for support. She is completing her final year High School in the hopes to follow her dream carrer or being an Actress.

Reno let wet red locks tumble over his shoulders and then looked in his small mirror. This was Reno's everyday routine. He'd take a shower, then comb his hair, dry it, and finally he pulled it back into a single pony tail. The layers in his hair gave the top a spiky, untamed appearance that he honestly liked. Reno himself was wild and untamed. Reno wouldn't ever say his life was hard, but then, he'd never lived any other way. It was just how things were. His loser father had run off before he was even born and his mom always had to work to even pay the ten on their crappy, one bedroom, apartment in the slums. Again, this seemed perfectly normal to a boy who had lived that way for nineteen years. He pulled on his boxers over his overly thin hips and then he put on his saggy jeans and a plain white wife beater. He looked ok, but one thing was missing. Make up. Now, Reno wasn't a fag, but when you lived here, sleep was rare and your eyes would start looking dark. The people above Reno and his Ma were loud, VERY loud. They never settled down, not even for a brief moment, and that meant Reno never got sleep. His Ma had adapted, but he himself never had. They'd only recently moved up here to New York. Before they'd lived in South Carolina, a southern state. He'd picked up a little bit of a southern way of talking, and kids at his Jew high school loved to hear him talk. It was annoying and really stupid, but Reno dealt with it. He ran to the kitchen and grabbed a bowl of cereal, eating it quickly and then hopping of the bus after brushing his teeth. It was time for him to go to hell...or school... Or whatever it was called.z

When he entered the building, Reno sighed deeply. It was so dreary today and all he saw in the hallways were preps. Just loser rich kids who thought everything was about them and who had the biggest house or wore the most Hollister crap. Reno went to his locker and got his books, not that he really cared about class. He'd just go to sleep anyway. He waltzed into his first class about ten minutes late, just to show all of them he didn't give a damn. The teacher glared, but she'd already become used to Reno's crappy attitude. There was nothing anyone could do to change him and that was evident. He laid his head down and simply waited for the bell to ring. He did this all day until it was finally after school.z

Reno roamed the halls, looking for preppy girls to mess with in the hallway. Their reactions always amused him so very much. He grabbed a few of their butts, making one so upset she ran crying to a teacher. Reno laughed on the inside as he snuck up behind a blind girl, grabbing her and then putting a cloth over her mouth. "Does this smell like cloryaform? He asked, a big smirk on his face. Of coarse, there was nothing on the rag, but he thought it was funny to pretend. He removed the rag from the girls face and then stood there, waiting for her to react to his idiocy.z

Amber eyes fluttered slightly as a beam of light came in through the light brown blinds and acorss the large double bed. Rikku woke to complete silence and looked across to the left side of her bed, still freshly made and unused. She always slept on the right and had gotten into the habit of never moving onto the other side, mainly because she didn't want to have to make it. Sitting up slowly she stretched and scratched her light brown, almost blonde, hair and squinted in the sunlight the peeked through the blinds. Throwing the duvet offher legs and swung her legs over the edge before standing straight. A black strap from the singlet she had worn to bed was hanging down her shoulder and as she pulled it back into place she corssed her room and opened the door to her bathroom. Clothes and make-up utensils were strewn across the counter and as she gazed at her almost perfect even in the morning relection she frowned slightly and pulled her long hair into a small ponytail as she proceeded to have a quick shower and wash her body.
As she walked out of her bathroom in nothing but a towel, her legs still wet, she pulled her hair out of the ponytail and chose what she would wear that day. she chose a soft yellow singlet and a see through black sleevless cardigan, tied at the front and a pair of dark blue skinny leg jeans. She reached down to zip up a pair of black stiletto boots that were now on her feet and pushed her hair outof her face as she stood again. She decided to leave her hair down that day instead of in the usual large and messily made ponytail and began to put her make up on for the day.
Make up done and hair thorouly brushed she made her way out of her room and through to the kitchen where she grabbed an apple and her small black handbag. She grabbed her house keys sitting on the bench and walk out of the suite and into the hallway of the apartment building where her parents and herself lived. She had gotten used to practically living on her own and so she was able to quickly navigate her way through the hallways and out into the street, the whole time putting her headphones in and turning the volume up all the way. The short walk from her apartment to her school was an easy enough one. Not only was she used to the loneliness of her parents absence she had also gotten used to using her womaness to get her way through the streets far easier then others and so with no trouble at all she was walking through the halls of her High School and into her first class to be greeted by her group of friends. Class passed quickly and it was soon the end and time for them to move to second period before a short recess.

Reno kept looking at the girl that he'd just bothered and as she turned around, he saw she was a lot stronger than he'd originally thought. She backhanded him hard. He gasped. "ow!" She grabbed a tight hold of his long red ponytail and slammed him face first into a locker. He tried to fight against her, but she was one strong chick. "Ouch..chill Yo! I was just playin around.." She turned him towards her and he saw 'she' was a 'he'. "O crap..." He groaned. "Sorry man." He was let go and he ran off to second period. He sat behind a girl with golden brown hair. He pulled out a little mirror and looked at where he'd been hit. The skin was still incredibly red and he had a hand print there. He sighed and grabbed his text book, ready to start his work. He hated class. It was so boring and he just wanted to sleep. He laid his head down on the desk and the teacher looked at him. "What?" he said with a complete attitude. She didn't seem to want to deal with him, so she let Reno alone. He decided to annoy the girl in front of him, so he blew on her neck. "Hey...passst....did you do last nights homework?" he asked.

Rikku watched as the teacher stared behind her and she didn't need to turn around to know who was sitting behind her. She closed her eyes and sighed, Reno..... Everyone knew him, or at least of him. He was the 'Class Clown' as you could say, but he was nothing but a poor immitation of a Gangster and she as positive he knew it. She began to open her book and pulled a bright blue four pen from the small pencil case she carried with her and waited for the teacher to begin the class.
She felt a cool breeze across the back of her throat and then a male whisper, "Hey...passst....did you do last nights homework?"She sighed and closed her eyes again. She eached behind her head and stretched, hitting Reno square in the face and giggled a little as she turned and feined surprise, "Oh I'm sorry! I didn't hit you did I?" She winked and whispered back, "You should probably do your own homework. If you did, you might not be a complete failure at life." She gave him a huge grin and turned back towards the teacher.

Reno mocked her with little fake giggle and a false girl voice. "Yeah? Well at least my Ma cares enough about me to check on me every once and a while. Your folks don't give a damn about you. You're just their little mistake and a complete waste of space and oxygen. At least I have looks too. You can't even fix your own hair. Look at that mess. That's some nappy ass weave and everybody knows it. A few of the kids said "Ohhh...get burnt..." And Reno smirked. "No one likes you tramp, so stop tryin to act like you're worth something." The teacher cleared her throat. "Excuse me? Were you talking in my class Mr. Sinclair?" She asked and in his already pissed off state, Reno snapped. He had a temper to match those unnaturally red locks of hair. "Hell yeah! You got a problem with that hoe?" She gasped. "I will NOT stand for that kind of language in my class--" He interrupted her. "Ah, shut up and do something about it then!" She stood up, clearly appaled by his behavior. "Reno! Step outside my class room!" She hollered and he crossed his arms, throwing his feet up on the desk an kicking Rikku in the shoulder in the process, grinning at her. "O, I'm sorry, did i kick you medusa?" He said, still picking on her style of hair. The teacher took Reno's arm and yanked him up from his chair, making things worse. "Man! Don't touch me!" he growled, smacking her hand. At this point, most of the kids in the class were laughing. "You have detention! I'll see you after school!" She screamed at him and he laughed. "Watch and see if I come bitchzilla!" She was about to explode with anger and it was clear. She started crying, being a young teacher. Reno wasn't phased. "O, dry it up and teach. I ain't got all day for you to get emotional. Grow up. This is the world." She left the room, clearly to upset to handle anymore at the moment. The class seemed highly amused and Reno snickered. He let his long red hair down and then yawned, brushing through it with his fingers. "Anyway, if you people will excuse me, I'm taking a nap." He 'accidentally' moved his leg over and kicked Rikku in the side of the face again, but not hard enough to do much more than be annoying. "Opps..sorry again medusa."

Rikku ignored the comments about her hair, as well as the comments about her friends. She knew she had friends, she didn't need some Try Hard telling her any different. but what really got to her was the comment about her parents and the kick to the shoulder and face. As he argued with the teacher she stayed quiet, waiting for her own time to get him back but as he kicked her in the head she stood and turned to him, completly obvlivious to her friend Rebecca telling her to sit down and ignore it. As she had stood up she had pulled a pair of sciccors from her pencil case and ignoring the teacher aswell pushed Reno to the floor with all her might and drove the sciccors deep into his shoulder. Blood began to seep through his shirt, it wasn't a deep wound but it was deep enough to hurt and to bleed a fair bit. "Say another thing about my family and I will end you. I can garentee that you little poor prick! I can handle jokes at my hair and even at my friends but don't you ever bring my family into it." She glared at him, "You have no idea about anything that goes on with my family. So shut your mouth about things that you don't know about because nine times out of ten you will be wrong on all accounts!" She stood over him, her vision starting to turn red. She batted away the teachers shouts at her and kicked him. Just so happens that her foot hit the one place you should never kick a guy, right between the legs. "Stay the fuck out of my way and I won't have to hurt you! Pretty sure your current financial state could cover any real dmanage I can do to you." And with that she grabbed her bag and her stuff and stormed out of the classroom and down the hall, shaking slightly and extremly pissed off.

Reno's eyes were wide with fright and pain as a pair of scissors were driven into his shoulder. He'd had worse, but that still hurt terribly and brought a small whimper from him. He stood back up a little while after being kicked in the nuts, feeling pain down there as well now. He pulled the scissors out of his skin and threw them to the floor, grabbing his stuff and deciding to follow Rikku. She was going to pay for messing with him. He yanked her by the arm into the school parking lot before he finally remembered she was a girl and he couldn't hit her. He snarled, clearly angry and then a few of his 'hoe' friends came out, giggling and talking. They saw Rikku and frowned. "Reno! Darling, why are you talking to something like that?" One asked making him smirk. "Well, she stabbed me and quite honestly I wish I could beat the shit out of her, but seeing as how I'm a guy I can't hit her." The whores grinned. "Then let us do it." He shrugged "Fine go for it." He hopped in his car, about to leave. There were a ton of hookers and only one Rikku. He figured they'd beat the he'll out of her.

Rikku felt a hand grab her upper arm tightly as she stormed through the halls, her destination home and her eyes grew wide as she saw that it was Reno. As she stumbled after him into the parking lot and then as he spoke with the Hookers that so lovingly called him 'Darling' her eyes grew even wider. At his comment about beating her u she frowned and glared at him but her glare froze short as the hookers began to move towards her, "Um, don't you think this is a bit unfair?" Her voice came out as a whimper and she cursed herself for her new found fear. One on one she'd have no problem but if they were all going to gang up on her then where was the fairness, what was the point. These girls had death in their eyes and she knew it was going to hurt. It wasn't her fault that her temper got the better of her sometimes. She took a step back, avoiding a swipe from a girl with long platinum blonde hair and bumped into a car. Her eyes watered as a punch connected with her stomach and she dropped her bag, her belongings scattering the ground as slap upon punch upon kick racked her body. As the pain ashed over her, she still refused to cry and instead of staying quiet she began to throw insults at not only the girls but Reno's retreating back. "Do you feel big for making your Whores do all the work?" A hand came to her throat and pushed her hard against the car, herlegs giving way slightly as she gasped her air, "Some man!" She gasped out loud enough for him to hear. Out of the corner of her eyes she could see a couple of the girls look to Reno, whether they were waiting for approval from him to finish her or to see his reaction she didn't know, but she knew she had gotten to the girls as the fingers around her throat grew tighter.

Reno froze, anger building up in his whole body. He certainly hadn't meant for the girls to kill her. He pushed off the girl who was choking Rikku. "Do you think that it was fair for you, as a girl, to hit me? If you want to start talking about fair, lets talk about how you hit me simply for asking if you had homework from the night before. Let's talk about how you stabbed me with a pair of scissors and then kicked me while I was down. Let's talk about how fair it was that I didn't lay a hand on you, only annoyed the living hell put of you and you decided to threaten to kill me. Yeah you fucking bitch! Let's talk about fair why don't we! His mood was so bad at the moment that he raised his hand like he actually might hit her. A large hand stopped his own, grabbing it in midair. Reno was grabbed around the waist and his eyes went wide. "Reno..calm yourself." It was Rude, Reno's best friend and fellow gangster. He was Reno's direct oppisite. He was tall, strong, black, and bald. He placed Reno back on the ground and looked at Rikku. She looked slightly bad from the beating the hookers gave her. Reno was still angry and turned to hit Rude for stopping him, but the bald man shook his head, pinning Reno down on a car. He growled at the red head who was quivering beneath him. Rude's body was pressed tightly against Reno's and he ground his hips against Reno's. "Remeber this before you try and mess with me. You may be a man and I may not be gay, but I will make mince meat out of that little rear of yours if you threaten to hit me again." Reno nodded, indicating that he understood. He looked at Rikku, feeling slightly bad about what he'd done, but not completly. "Are you ok?" Rude asked her. "Reno's an idiot sometimes and I was just wondering if maybe you needed a ride home. You really shouldn't walk looking like that."

Rikku fell to her knees and refused to look up as Reno started yelling. She refused to open her mouth but let the tears fall as he continued to scream at her. It was all true and she was beginning to feel bad for letting her anger get the best of her. She stayed on the ground but looked just enough to see his hand raise and flinched slightly but instead ofa hand hitting her she was rewarded with a large black man standing in front of her, putting himself between a still royaly pissed Reno and herself, the messy and feral looking mess that was herself. She looked up and looked to Reno, fear and hurt flashing in her eyes, "I don't care about walking." She looked to the black man and forced a smile, "It doesn't hurt that bad, honest." She sniffed slightly and tried to rise to her feet, her legs a little shaky and coughed a little, her throat still a bit sore from the choking. She tried to wlk a few feet, trying to put as much distance between herself and Reno but ended up falling as her heel snapped undeath her unstead feet. "Fuck!" She cried out in fustration and looked sadly at her broken shoe, her broken $100 pair of shoes.

Reno rolled his eyes. "O pity. You poor dear. You must be devastated." He said, tons of sarcasm in his voice. "That's what you get for paying more for your shows than I pay for a whole outfit you dumb--." He was cut off as Rude pressed him against the car again, biting down on his neck. "O-Ow!!" Reno whined, not really liking how rough he was being handled. "Shut up if you value your worthless ass.." Rude growled and Reno snapped his mouth tightly shut. Rude turned to Rikku and picked her up in one arm, being careful with her and slinging Reno roughly across one shoulder. "Oi! Put ke down Yo!" Reno shrieked and Rude laughed. "Make me." He slung Reno into the backseat of his car and again, being as gentle as he could manage, set Rikku down in the passenger seat. "Just tell me where you live and I'll get you there...Nevermind. I think I'll take you home with me and fix you up some forst."

Rikku glared at Reno as he started again, but her gaze softened a little as his friend pushed him back and shut him up. She froze as the black man lifted her gently and proceeded to take her towards the car, Reno in toe. "You don't have to do this you know." She looked to Reno being thrown roughly into the back seat and felt bad, "Reno ...." She was about to apologise but her pride forced her lips shut and made her turn back around to face the window.

Reno shifted a little in the back seat, a bit of pain in his back from being thrown like that. He was in an incredibly bad mood now. Rude was looking at Rikku. "It's fine. I owe tyou since it was my pet that got you hurt." Reno growled. "I am not your pet." He said with a snarl. Rude pulled over the car immediately and got in the back seat with Reno. "Your not my pet?" He said with a glare. Reno shivered. "Rude...I'm sorry.. Just stop...please.." He whined. Rude was pressed tightly against Reno, pinning him to the seat. Reno squirmed, but couldn't get away. "You see Rikku.." Rude began. "Reno is our whole gang's pet. We all get a turn." Reno was humiliated that Rude would tell her that. He didn't need people knowing that he was the gangs sex toy. He pouted as Rude climbed back in the front and started driving. "You're a jerk!" He yelled at Rude who grinned. "What? You don't want the pretty girl to know you're used by men?" Reno continued to pout.

Rikku sank furhter into her seat as Rude and Reno spoke but sat up quickly and turned to look at Reno at Rude's last few comments. She didn't say anything, she didn't need to. She could see on his face what he thought about her being told. She didn't want to make it worst on him. "I think I should get out. I can walk from home from here." She didn't want to seem ungreatful to Rude but she really did not want to be in the car or anywhere near Reno when he burst and part of her couldn't help but be terrified that his rage will be turned on her for getting him into this mess. She turned to the door handle and tried to unlock it, "Really, I shouldn't be here!" She froze and turned to Rude, "Wait! That came out wrong! I don't mean here with you, because that would probbly seem really racist of me, I just mean here in this situation ..." Her voice carried off into a whisper as she realised that she was rambling, something she did when she was nervous or overly upset.

Rude cocked an eyebrow. "You'll be fine. Just chill, I'll take care of you." Rude smiled at her. "You don't have to worry about the big black man hurting you. I only molest little red headed sluts." Reno was getting pissed and made one incredibly dumb decision. He hit Rude in the back of his bald head, pissing the dark man off. He swerved and pulled Reno into the front seat by his long hair, making his eyes go wide. "O-Ow.." He cried as Rude forced him to sit in his lap. "Drive." He commanded Reno who looked at Rikku with slight terror in his eyes. He steered tue car and Rude pushed the peddle. Rude started biting all along Reno's neck, nearly making him swerve off the road. He was shaking and licked his lips nervously. "R-Rude...What are you going to do?" He gasped. Rude looked over at Rikku. "Firstly, I'm going to get as much pleasure from your weak, worthless body as I can, and then I'm going to beat you up just as badly as you had Rikku beat up." Reno was horrified, knowing he was Going to suffer

Rikku frozein her seat, What was happening? Rude had said she wasn;t going to be hurt but how much did she really know about these two. She looked to Reno driving, his hands curled tightly around the steering wheel, "I really should go! Please stop the car!" She didn't want to admit it, but she was terrified, not only for herself but for Reno aswell! She looked to the front of the car and out the window and could see nothing but unfamiliar streets. Tall brown buildings, alot different from the matt grey and shiny windows she was used to. "You really shouldn't hurt Reno because of me! I'm just a bit touchy when it comes to some topics of conversation and I don't know when to shut my mouth." She giggled a little nervously and began to fidget a little with her black cardigan.

Rude laughed. "Hey, Reno. Do you think I should let the rich notch walk home from here?" He asked, so close to Reno's eat it made him shiver. "N-No.." He said quietly. They were in the slums now and there was no way that little preppy girl would make it home with her viginity if she choose to walk home. "Um..Rude..why are we at my apartment?" Reno asked, confused. "'cause my dad's home and he doesn't need to hear the noises you'll be makin when I fuck you." Reno shook his head. "N-No! We can't ruin my Ma's bedsheets! She'll murder us all and no one will ever find the bodies.." Rude gave Reno's lap a rough squeeze that would hurt a man bad. He yelped in pain and held his nuts. "Shut your fucking mouth." Rude said gruffly. He yanked Reno out by his ponytail and picked Rikku up. He dragged Reno all the way up to the third floor by his hair and was gentle holding Rikku. Rude got into Reno's apartment and slung him onto a small bed. He handcuffed Rikku to a chair in the same room. He climbed over Reno and kissed him roughly. "Mm..you always taste so good." Rude groaned and Reno looked up at him nervously. "Rude..please..not like this. This is embarrassing." Rude slapped him. "How many times do I have to tell you to shut your mouth before you do it tramp?!" Rude went back down to kiss him again and then flipped out a knife. He cut Reno's wifebeater open in the front, then licked down his neck before he heard a familiar voice. "Rude! How many fuckin times do I got to tell you to stop fuckin my son!?" The huge black man looked like a scolded puppy as he got off of Reno. "Sorry Ms. Sinclair." He muttered and she rolled her eyes. "Boy! Get out of my house." She looked at Reno for a second. "Rude! For Chirst sake! Please tell me you weren't planning on doing that on my sheets!" shenscreamed and Rude bolted put the door. Reno was relieved that he'd escaped this time. He hadn't wanted Rikku to see him like that. He rubbed his worst which were bruised from Rude's tight grip. "Boy. You need to tell all of your little friends that if they want to do you it best not be in my house!" She turned to see Rikku now. "Who's this little girl?" Reno sighed and uncuffed Rikku. "A girl from my school." Ms. Sinclair grinned.

Rikku sat there, her hand was cuffed and she couldn't look away as Rude began to cut into Reno's clothes. She tugged urgently on her cuffed hand and almost burst into tears right then and there if it wasn't for the loud screaming from what appeared to be Reno's mother. Cowering into the chair she stayed silent, even when she addressed and watched as Rude scampered out of the room like a scolded puppy with his tail between his legs. Tears were bursting to be let out but as Reno's Mother exclaimed about cooking for her she merely smiled until she was out of the room and Reo had uncuffed her. As her hand was finally let free the tears were let out aswell and she grabbed onto the first thing that she could which just so happened to be Reno, "I'm so sorry! I didn't mean for you to get hurt!" She started sobbing and for some reason couldn't pull herself away from Reno,as much as she wanted to, He probably thinks I'm some kind of idiot! Crying on him like a little girl!

Reno was confused as he was very suddenly grabbed. "Urm...are you ok?" Rikku was crying all over his bare chest. He guessed that in her neighborhood stuff like this didnt happen. "It's ok Rikku. I'm fine. Rude always does stuff to me. If it wasn't what I'd done to you then he'd found another reason to do it. Besides. He's my best friend. I give him my body as an act of friend ship. That's the way things are 'round here at the slums. All you rich people give each other money, or gifts, or invite each other to parties. We're all too poor for that so we use ourselves as gifts." Reno rubbed her back. "It's gonna be ok. I'm sorry for getting those girls to beat you up too. I started all of this." He kissed her cheek. "It's ok.." He kept repeating. He felt really bad. Rikku seemed so upset. Reno pried her off and pulled off his ripped up shirt and put on another one. "I'll take ya home of ya'd like." He said with a small smile. "But we'll have to eat first." He said with a little grin. "My Ma is a really good cook."

Rikku sniffed a little but s iled through the tears, wiping her dripping and melting mascara and eyeliner with a corner or her cardigan. "Thank you but it really was my fault." She looked down to her knees and sniffed again, "I just get a bit touchy when it comes to people mentioning my parents." She looked up to him, "Your so lucky to have your mum here with you. I'd give anything to be able to see my parents on a daily basis." She shrugged, "I don't even know if my parents notice when I'm there or not." She didn't know why but for some reason she felt she needed to explain her reasoning behind getting as angry as she did. Rubbing the cheek he had kissed she smiled a little, "Umm i'd like to stay for tea, yourmum seems nice." She shrugged again and laughed a bit, "It might be nice to have loving home cooked meal for once." She looked around the room a little, "Um is there somewhere I can fix my face?"

Reno shook his head. "I don't see her everyday. This is the first time she's been home in a week. She likes to stay out in bars and goes home with whatever man will buy her drinks. During the day she works, so seeing her is rare. I'm glad she's sober this time. The last time I ended up Having to get six stiches in my head because she smashed me with a beer bottle. I'm telling you, it's better to not know about them, then you can imagine them however you want." Reno realized he was still holding her and staring off into space like an insane person. He felt tears pound beneath his now closed eyelids and he left the room. "My mum cam show you the rest room.." He said and walked out to be alone. Reno was tough, but he had the weakness of his mother. She'd always been so abusive and yet he still loved her.


Ms. Sinclair heard Reno say something about her showing Rikku a bathroom and so she did. "were is my sweet Reno? He needs to wash up for dinner." She frowned and handed Rikku a stick of eyeliner. "Here hun, try and fix your face while I find my baby."

Rikku smiled and took the eyeliner from Reno's Mother, following her directions towards the small bathroom, looking over her shoulder at Reno's retreating back, there was something different about him underneath the 'tough guy/smart ass' look he normally showed people. She couldn't quite pick a way to describe it but she couldn't help but be curious as to what it could be and wanted to find out. She closed the door behind her and frowned at the mascara smeared face that stood before her, almost mocking her for her weakness in the face of the situation. She turned away and refused to look in the mirror as she wiped the smudges off her face only looking back when she was sure she had gotten it all off. Her eyes were still a little puffy and her nose was running a little still but with the new application of eyeliner and a bit of make-up she found in her bag she looked almost like her old self. Opening the door she walked out and looked around, curouisly looking at the photos on the walls as she made her way towards what she guessed was the kitchen. As she spied Reno's Mother standing at the bench she heard some yelling and froze. It didn't sound like Reno but then again people's voices changed when they yelled and she refused to take another step until the yelling was over.

Reno looked at his father, not understanding why the man was even here. "Why did you even come back here?!" He yelled, his voice going down a few octives. He crossed his arms and stood firmly in front of the door. "I won't let you hurt my mother again, so you'd best just leave." He growled and his dad laughed at him. "You think a scrawny little child like you can stop me? Try harder runt." His father replied almost to calmly. Reno's eyes went wide as he stared at his dad who drew a gun. "I'd advise you to move boy. I didn't come here for you." Reno grabbed a wooden plank from beside the small apartment door. It had been here from when they had hoped to get renovations done. He slung it and attempted to hit the man that had once been the very one who taught him to walk. He shrieked as his dad pulled the trigger, grazing his arm. He hit the ground at amazing speed, hoping he wouldn't be completly hit by the next bullet.

Reno's Ma dropped the plate she'd been holding and turned to Rikku. "You stay right here." She said blandly and grabbed a shotgun from the wall. "I'm gonna freakin kill that man.." She said with a scowl. She opened the door and pointed the gun at her ex husband. "I am going to kill you if you don't back away from my boy!" She screamed and pumped the gun. He held his hands up and stormed off. "Fine, have it your way!" He yelled. "I'll be back!" He threatened before being gone. Reno was helped up and then he sat in a kitchen chair. "I hate him.." He groaned, patching up the grazed place on his arm.
