Some people are a little put off by the strange colors I use in skin (like bright pink, for instance XD), but I'm going to stick with it. Knowing someone appreciates it just makes things better <3

Yeah, I have the same problem. I'm just too lazy to use the pen tool on a full piece. I'll use it with chibis and headshots sometimes, but otherwise.... I'll just kinda slack off like crazy xD

The lineart is so clean compared to the crappy job I end up doing even if I do use the pen tool, which is very rare nowadays. xD It is turning out wonderfully and cannot wait to see the whole thing shaded.

When you do your lineart with the pen tool, how do you go about it, exactly? Certain ways won't get you the same clean lines as others o.e
And what's keeping you from your art lately?

Well, I usually use the "Alt"/click procedure, but when I do it sometimes there are rough spots and I end up redoing the whole procedure over and over until I get it right, and even then it may not be fixed to my liking. So, I stick to hand-made lineart now because of that and I just feel better if it is my own... Perfectionism can be a killer to live with.
I have only done a few things in the past year because time is not on my side. I am in the works on something now, but it has not gotten past the finished sketch part just yet. It has to be scanned before I add the lineart and color.
