I decided to add it to my Signature also. Because I like it. I was going for a simple doll like look. But I just love the colors! :angel: Also. I just love the blush! I don't mind if you give me tips or what not. :| Or tell me that it's ugly.

I'm not really sure on what to crtique, because it looks good. I'd suggest shading it, but well, I'm not sure if you want it to stay the way it is; simple :P You could however add a secondary color to each part, like lights and shadows.
If not, you could too add an outline, it could be either black or even a darker shade of each of the colors.

That's quite possibly the cutest thing that I've seen on this site. x3 I really like it! Like the others, might I suggest a bit of shading, and maybe some highlights in the hair? Those are hard at first, but they get super fun once you get the hang of them.

Might I also say that your avatar looks a wee bit like Alita Tiala from Apollo Justice? :3

Here are a couple of tips;
Your lines are a little uneven, what I suggest is maybe make an outline of it (using the Line tool). Also if you would like to keep it, when you're coloring change the color of the outline (for example; you're coloring the hair and you choosed the color brown. For the outline of the hair, you should make the color a darker brown).
You should try to use shades and highlights to give the pixel some form. That'll make the pixel pop out more and make it look more interesting. And don't use the same color and just make the value darker or lighter, you should use other different forms of the color. (For example, if you're coloring the shirt, for the shading instead of using the darker color of the yellow, try using a darker colored version of orange-yellow).
You should also give the eyes a little form too (such as exposing the pupil). You could give the cheek blush a light source too (I don't think it's necessary, but it could make it a whole lot better).

It's simple, But cute. I think the only thing thats a bit off-putting is the edges. Some look like they could probably flow a little better. <3
