I have these really cool chairs in my living room, that my family never really uses. So I decided to show them some love and take pictures of them.

This, I had to do for art class. It's of daffodils, if you couldn't tell xD And it was done with acrylic paints.

These roses were beginning to wilt, and it made me sad since they were so pretty. ; w; So in order to keep them 'alive', I took a photo of them.

For this, I wanted to do something I've never done before...and I've never drawn a cyborg before. It was pretty fun, trying to come up with what designs would make parts of her look machine like. I'll probably redo this picture in a year or so, and laugh at this one. XD

But yeah. This is all the pretty recent pieces I've done.

I didn't have enough space to do a full body, so I decided I'd cut her off that way. xD Plus I didn't know what other technological/robot/cyborg I could do with her legs.

I wish I could see more acrylics from you – this still life is excellent, i wonder if it was painted from life.
I especially like the way you simplified the background.

Sadly, I don't have acrylics at home D: I wish I did though, so I could paint more.
But for now, I'll just have to wait until school starts and I'm in art class. xD Except I think for the class I'm going to be taking, we do water color instead of acrylics. Maybe once I get more money, I'll buy my own paints xD

It was from a picture, so it wasn't like I actually had a vase with daffodils in front of me. I think the vase would have been much harder to capture then, since the light would change with time. x _x
And the background was basically like how I painted it here in the actual picture so...yeah xD;

Yeah, I stopped going on Mene for a while. xD But now that it's summer, I have more time on my hands.

Cyborgs are actually pretty fun. Time consuming, but fun. xD You should draw one~ :3 BELIEVE IN YOURSELF. -faces into the sunset-

@Kieran:ah i see.usually when im off its cause i have summer schoolwork so im doing that or drawing but i basically don't have a summer because all i do is work -_- but thanks lately i've been drawing better my sis and i did one together so its my favorite one and im gonna think of a cyborg pic in my head then sketch it and draw it.but lately all i've done is pixel here are some samples ;)

these characters are from shugo chara i did these for fun i had a habit of pillow shading so i did these to get out of the habit and i think they're truly great:angel:
