What do you think of my OC?
Hey hey! XD I've done this a couple of months ago... i think xD It was my first time manipulating one of my drawings in Photoshop CS4 ... http://i295.photobucket.com/albums/m...ianVampire.jpg what do you think? :D I named him Aten, (actually i used Facebook's Name Generator to get his unique name XD ) And he is one of my OCs (oroginal characters), so please please PLEASE dont steal him D: I tweaked the background picture and the drawing to get this effect, so that the drawing will somehow not stand out too much from the background... (I tried, though .__.) very hot. might need to be a bit more proportioned better, but other than that pretty good.I think it might need a bit more shading though but it's a good start coloring wise.

I like the char, he's very unique Your drawing skills seem good, though his chest is sitting a little too low But remember that the drawing has to fit the background. If you want to use that background, you should also color and shade the drawing in photoshop, otherwise it just look wrong - that was constructive critique X3 Good luck |

I like the use of the background, and it seems fitting for his character. The anatomy on the torso is well done, but the arm and face appear flat. Also, the thing on his neck appears awkward. Not the design, his design is great, but it seems... not right in proportion. I can't tell if it's a cloth piece that is see through some parts or a tattoo, and it goes over a shoulder on the farside. But great character in all. I like his name. |
