It was actually in inspiration from her and the clementines in my fruits basket in the kitchen. So I ate an orange and then made it XD~

It's very cute. I think the leaves could be a bit better by making it so that the shading matches the shading of the orange a bit more.. like same lighting and shading pattern, without getting rid of the details.. Other than that it's very good. I bet you worked hard on it ^^ good job.

i dont really know how people do pixel art, but i am afraid its wicked hard! >.< how do you do it? what program and stuff do you need to be able to do it? do you have your own art shop? i would love to check it out!

I was going to ask if you made this with KawaiiHannah's tutorial. It looks really great, you did the dithering really well.

@ Hana0: pixel art is easy once you learn the basics. I use Microsoft Paint, which is the program that comes with the computer...other people use Photoshop, Gimp, and some other expensive $100 softwares...
@Emo: thank youuuu!!! @Phantom: Yeah, I followed along with it...and dithering has been my thing since I was 10-11...when I began pixelling. |
