Here's the Wip.


What I really need advice for is the leg that's going back. I wanted to make it so it was like he was taking a big step forward with his right leg so he could grab a mug from the shelf.

The leg looks a bit screwy though so I was hoping for some words of wisdom or suggestions on how to improve it.

So how is it? It was 15 minute draw for an OC of mine.

I'm pondering whether or not to make an art shop on here. I wasn't sure at first because I've got one on Zantarni but I've noticed a lot of new ones being made on there so I'm iffie now.

For a fifteen minute sketch? Its awesome! Though the eyelashes and outer rim seem a bit dark. Besides that, amazing!

He put on loads of guyliner and mascara due to his job *cough cough* :D

Guyliner? Wow. What is his job? Maid? Bartender? "Lovely" or so they call it? XD

try looking up images on google of people stepping forward.. That might help. One thing I noticed is that you might want to make his back leg a bit more proportioned to his front leg. Right now it looks like hes very far away from it. he maybe stepping forward, but his legs aren't miles long. You did the arm well, so try and do the leg similar to how you have that.

the second one is pretty good. You have a unique style I think. I really like it

For the first pic, I think maybe if you had the foot lifted slightly off the ground, it would translate better; like he was putting all his weight on the leg in front.

And the second pic, first thing I noticed was the eyes were either too oblong or too close together; there should be at least one eye's length between each eye. Does that make sense? :sweat:

How do mean by lift the other leg? He's wearing heels so I was thinking he would kinda be on his toes for that foot...or is that what your saying and I'm missing it completely?

Sorry, I'm having a hard time explaining what I mean...

Perhaps what I'm thinking is too feminine, but I was imaging like the knee slightly bent, with the foot lifted off the ground.
