+~*Anime anyone??*~+ xD Naruto OC colouring.. Any opinions???
 

I know that It kinda sucks. Um I kind of messed up on the eyes when I was coloring and I'm not really sure how I should've colored the skin! I tried some stuff but It didn't work out for me in photobucket xD. This is infact a Naruto OC that I colored in. Be prepared x_x

Well, first off, does your coloring program allow you to use a layer tool? It would help because you could put the lines on one layer, and then the color on another so you can avoid those white areas around the lines.

Secondly, your skin tone is okay for the dark shade, but you need at least three to make the coloring look good. I suggest looking at your face in a mirror to use as a reference. The hair and eyes also need to be shaded, and you can use yourself for a reference on the eyes too. As for the hair, black hair can be a little difficult to shade, but don't be shy of going up to charcoal blacks and greys. The trick is not going too far.

I'm not so sure if eyeballing a picture, taking the face and then adding your own hair counts it as an OC.

Find your own style, even if it's a Naruto OC, hun. There's no pride in copying someone else's work.

Well, I liked it. I have a weakness for blacj hair and pale skin. ;)

the picture could use some shading. I looks flate with only one color.
