Help me with this picture please?

My first time trying realism! Woot! :D
The shading is just kind of there, I may go into more depth with it later but for now, that took about 30 seconds... So, it probably will look horrible...
I had a really hard time with the arms and face, so help with those? o:

:o its really nice in terms of posture what i can say or rather critique is the arm behind here needs to be a little more connected probably straight down from here chin she also needs lips and the top circle of her head (so the top of her head basically)needs to be a bit larger. But its still beautiful w/ or w/o the autonomy issues :D
