I can't exactly figure out what I'm doing with that fur thing around her shoulders :\ should I just lose it or what? ALSO that nostril on our left has been bothering me since I started this piece so maybe a bit of help there to lol [I know her eyes don't match I'm going to go back in and fix the one on our right later.]

I'd say bring the fur up more around her neck. Right now it looks more like the collar of her shirt than a fur collar. I do like it though.
Maybe something like this for the collar that hugs the face a bit more? http://www.thesartorialist.com/photos/3029MMtanWeb1.jpg
As for the nostril, it looks too low. I think if you raised it more so it looked more on level with the right nostril it would look more anatomically correct?

To me it looks like the right eye is a bit too low...however the nostrils dont bother me. Have you tried flipping the image? It helps you see the flaws better. I think you painted her lips beautifully and I love the hair as well.

Fur and nostril help xD? Well the nostrils are okay i think they need to be leveled more (at the same level they tend to curve up for yours) I believe to match the hair (Its really beautiful...i can never get my hair to look like that when i color it ;x) the face most be more larger or rather longer. Back to nostrils i think its probably the line thingy that i don't remember what its called that makes the illusion something is wrong with the nose/nostril. Fur help.... If you download adobe photo shop CS3 or 4 i believe they have a fur brush you don't need to do it manually however i suppose in gray lines sticking out in random places ;o?

The wig still isn't even remotely finished ... I jump around a lot lol it still needs all the shadowing re-done for the most part because my darkest base colour that I picked in the beginning wasn't dark enough [I R poor planner]
We figured out on roli that her nose is kind of at the wrong angle, again planning I fail at it lol.
I'm thinking the fur collar should probably be downsized to something a little bigger than this :

[how do grey lines = fur ?]
 Deletris I don't even know what to say to you. What you're looking at in that screencap in the first post is Photoshop CS3 on a mac. I also looked around and didn't see a fur brush in brushes so maybe you're thinking corel painter, I seem to remember them having a furry brush type ... but that was like 8 or so years ago, I don't know anymore. XD

It looks great to me, it has a nice soft shading but still visible. One thing I might change is her dip between her mouth and nose could be softened at the top near her nose to give it a more gradual look. It looks a little to intense to me, I bet that is what is bothering you about the nostril. =)

Although eye's are suppose to be one eye length apart from the other, her face is at an angle there for her left eye should be closer to/slightly behind her nose. Also there's a dip between nose and eyebrow, it's not a straight slant into the face so maybe and indent somewhere in there.
Given the lighting and shadow on your coloring the dip under her nose (upper lip skin) doesn't need to be that pronounced, yes everyone has this dip but it's very light in almost all lighting. The dip also doesn’t dent indo the lip which is shown in your drawing with the dark lip outline shading- It's a simple dent the lips don't pop out over it much if at all.
