Okay, so today I got bored and decided to finish my Naruto OC drawing that I started. My printer/scanner wasn't working so I had to take a picture of it in my moms room =_=. Umm.. she is wearing a mask that covers half her face but only because I have problems drawing the nose and mouth. Anyways... here it is!! >.<

Ba-da-da-da!!!!!!
YES I cut the picture half way and that made her "left" arm look a bit weird but only because thats half of her arm and when I was talking the pic I noticed I didn't draw her waist right. -.- And the other arm was also cut off because she was supposed to put her hand on her waist but and the top of her arm now looks like it was cut off Dx But anyways.......
Any comments?

I'm guessing you have faces down pretty well, but the body is way off. Try a life drawing guide for help with female anatomy.

Okee, i've a few things to help you with. <3
First I'll start off with the face. You need to watch when you make the chin flat, and shapeless, remember everyone's has a shape, unless your a blob. If you don't know how to draw noses, then the best way to learn how to draw them is to draw them! Noses aren't just flat lines, yanno. :) The whole head/neck area is way out of proportion, but this is something that you need to practice to learn
Secondly, Necks aren't just two strait lines. Necks have shape, and curves that are essential to the building blocks of the sholder area, and your picture lacks all of those things, explaining the extreeme ocwardness in the sholder area.
Thirdly,As for the sholders, they're stiff, and lifeless. I can see where you have tryed to relax them, but without doing the next properly, thats just become a null effort. Another thing that happens to effect the sholder buildup is the spine, and it can be a KILLER part of ruining a good concept.
Fourthly,If your pictures spine is stiff, and flat like yours is, you wind up with a very very dynamic product, you cant define the sholders, or the arms, or the chest if you dont have SOME curve in your pictures spine. To learn how to do this, i played around with wiggly lines, and if you want to know more about wiggly lines, shoot me a PM.
Fifthly, Your pictures brests are made out of bent triangles, and you need to invision them more like a tea cup, make them curved and round.
Sixthly, the waist of this character is well.. wrong because everything else is out of proportion.
Seventhly, Before you start dealing in drawing clothes, its best you get your anatamy down! Practice practice practice!
and for my last point, her hair is flat, and shapeless. you need to define the parts that touch the face, and make them more like hair that base shapes. :)
happy arting!

I have some tips too. :)
The eyes are good, although they are VERY Naruto styled. If that's what you were going for, kudos! If not, try looking at more than just one style of eye and base your own style on things you like about all of them.
The hair is also pretty good. Not realistic, but again, very Naruto styled. They tend to just have shapes for hair, which you have done. It still represents hair, and still looks good in that sense. However, if you want to go more advanced, look at hair in photos(not just anime pictures). Hair is a little complex to get right, and in an anime style, you don't really need to go all the way to realistic, but a little more realism is good. Try looking up Aishiteruze Baby as an example. The hair is still general shapes, but with more detail.
Body: This is something I've had more than my share of trouble with as well. Proportions are hard to ingrain into your head. I've gotten better by studying and copying by sight(but not tracing) art in mangas and animes. (Fruits Basket is NOT a good example. Full Metal Alchemist is a pretty good example.) Another thing that can help is one of those wooden dolls. They're not good for body size proportions, but they are good for body and limb length proportions. And poses. :3 A good tool for body size is, again, photographs of real people. Like I said before, because anime is not realism, you do not have to be totally realistic with body size. Almost no anime or manga is realistic in this subject. However, most of them are close to human body shapes and sizes.
The issue with yours, is the breast shape, as well as the waist size. The breasts are too soft. It almost looks like they're really big and sagging. Try drawing your characters without clothing before drawing the clothing over them. Breasts should be more circular and don't stick out to the sides quite that much. I wish I could draw you an example. :(
The waist is too small for the size of the shoulders and chest. It looks skeletal. So what needs to be done, is it needs to be wider. Instead of drawing the sides of her body from the middle of her breasts, draw them starting at the armpits. Look at your own body. Is your waist start where you drew your characters? From the middle of the breasts? Or the armpits? You know which one it is. ;)
Clothing: While the general design and proportion in comparison to the body you drew is good, there are ways to make it look less like flat paper, and more like cloth. First, wrinkles. No matter where it is when you wear it, all clothing has wrinkles because of the natural body shape and because cloth is not stiff. The stuff droops and folds everywhere. Now in animes, drawing all those folds is too much and makes the art too busy. Anime is simplified. Folds in cloth happen where there are joints on the body(neck, elbows, armpit, wrist, groin/hips, knees, ankles, etc.) and where there are curves that cause fabric to bunch up(breasts, stomach/waist, etc.). Again, look at pictures either anime or real for reference.
Basically, always use references. They are incredibly useful. :)
I hope that helped, and I hope you don't take it the wrong way. Your drawing is still good. These are just things that you can improve on if you want to. :)
