Well, here she is:

There's something about her that's off... But I can't place it. Yes, I know I shouldn't draw on line paper, but I didn't think it'd be better than most of my bad doodles. And just saying that, you can tell I'm only just starting drawing. But still, I'd like to know what tto look out for in the future. I think it might be the waist being too long or oddly shaped, but I'd like your guys' opinion first.

well there are a couple of things off with this.
and your right the first being is the length of her waist
the next is the proportions of her arms. the upper arm should be a bit shorter and her fore arm should be a bit longer, even with her hands behind her back

now bear with me, I'm terrible at doing redline, but here is kinda what i mean

i made her hip a bit wider then they should be but just ignore that XD

Better?
No, wait... dang it! Now the bottom half is too small. :( Poo.

*sighs* I'll just redo her. It looks funny with the cut in the middle anyway.

Just a tip to make this a little bit easier whe redoing it, you should make the shoulders and the waist kinda having the same width (os maybe a little bit smaller), like this:

The trick to understand the difference between male and female anatomy is to think of women as triangles and of men as inverted triangles. When you give the character broad shoulders, it gives it a "manly" feel:

Sorry about the lame doodles. ^^' Anatomy is a little hard (and I shouldn't be the one preaching about it, 'cause I make a lot of mistakes as well), but it's really useful. I felt I improved a lot when I started studying it more seriosly.

(Off topic: It's a vulcan character! AWESOME! :D Extra brownie points for liking Star Trek. LOOOL
I have a vulcan female OC as well #geek)

Her face is just a tad wide, and neck a pinch too tall. That's what first jumped out at me.
I'm not the world's best artist, but that's cause I'm my own worst critic, which keeps me afraid of drawing stuff sometimes.

These threads make me want to post my own stuff...
EDIT: Just did my own thread, please feel free to look and comment/critique.
