Pretty good start. Try using printer/photocopy paper if you don't want the notebook lines to show up on your scans.
The lines take away from the quality of the picture. But I like the picture anyways. :)

It looks quite nice for starters. (: Try looking at models and their poses, and try to memorize their anatomy. Apply this in your own pictures when you draw.
Also, use non-lined paper (be it printer papers or simply papers from sketchbooks or whatnot); it enhances the quality of your drawing. If you prefer working with lines, draw your own so you can erase them later!

I'm going to be critic on the head though. It simply flows over into her neck and looks quite like a balloon. Try looking at photos of real people (or anime, whatever you prefer in style), and compare those to your own drawings.

I'd like to see more of you. (:
