Feel free to look and examine and comment/critique. Just nothing rude please. I'm self-taught, if that explains the lack of super quality. And it's mostly Star Wars cause that's my favorite universe to draw from. :P

I'll start with a couple pieces from college. I drew in class instead of doing algebra and history. :P
I looked at the tv for Lion-O, and a trading card for reference for Mini-Moon. Obviously this is my first attempts at fan art.

Years later, I tried drawing stuff without looking at reference poses or models and dabbled in the Star Wars universe. Here we go, more fan art.

Here's a chibi rendering of my Star Wars Original Character, Kaylesha Blackheart.

I wanna draw a sexy adult version of Kaylesha, but I don't have the nerve as I'm my own worst critic. I may try it soon anyways. And I'll draw her wearing her elite stormtrooper armor (I play in the Legacy of the Force era at this website: Welcome to the Imperial Directorate

Wow, awesome art! I really like the first one, your sword is great. The second picture looks almost professional (though the legs look a tad uncomfortable). The third one looks good too. I like the colors you used for him. And the last one has some pretty eyes, lol. I think you definatly have the potential to do your sexy drawing, I think it'd be great. Sorry about not critiquing much. I, uh, am not the best artist myself and when someone does art like these, I have nothing to point out, I simply "WOW", you know? But yeah, I think it'd be cool to see a sexy pic of her. ;)

(Oh, and thanks for the help with my vulcan! I'll remember that. :) )

I'm sorry. But Yay eye-balling? They're good eyeballs, granted, but it's still eyeballing.

As per the chibi, I would parctice my anatomy more, were I you. A strong foundation is needed in order to accurately make Chibis that look somewhat believeable, and not just super awkward. Also, what medium are you using? Markers? May I ask why? Just a economical choice? Just since the line-i-ness in the drawings I actually find really distracting. Although you did a good job of scanning them in so they didn't show every single stroke.

It's not really economical, but I use these manga markers I found at Michael's. I don't like how the markers do the lines too. They're a lot better than the Crayola markers I used on Mini-Moon (pic 2) years ago.

On the stormtrooper (pic 3), however, I used white color pencils to make his armor whiter than the paper I used.

I guess color pencils would be nice, too. But it's a matter of finding a set of really good professional ones.

Thanks for all the comments. I really appreciate them. :)
