It looks very nice. Your much better then I so it's hard to give you advice XD. The one eye does look a little small I know it's in perspective but it still looks just a little to small and dark. Or maybe it's the eyebrow that needs to slant a little more....Sorry I'm not sure but something in there does seem a little off. Other then that I don't see anything else. I like how it's she's elongated but it's not totally over done, just a little stylized >.<

I see what you mean for the eyebrow, not so much the eye but maybe that's becuase i worked on it and it's harder for me to see it, i do have the tendency to draw everything elongated, specially bodys i draw them very elongated and lean, thank you for all your help

All that's really bothering me is the (what we see as) right eye and brow. t appears that she's squinting because of the differences of the two eyes. If t match up the sizes, it should be fine.
Also maybe it's just me and that's the style but that junction between the nose and the lip, looks a bit too long while the junction between the lip and the chi is a wee short. I would suggest moving the lip very slightly higher but it's not a big deal.

Her neck is nice and long and her face and hair are cute. Hair could use a little more shimmer <3
