Any tips on how I can improve and such?

I really like it.
I'm nowhere near being a professional but I think the only thing that really stood out to me as needing fixing was the ears, they seem way too high up.

hmm...I guess the only critique i have is the cheeks seem a little assymetrical.

the eyes are sooooo adorable... great work...what program did you use, or is it hand drawn?
