I really really like the balloon squishy and the white lady in the boat, I'm not sure why but I think those are my two favorite pieces. I think the reason I like the lady is because it's so clean, so simplistic but so beautiful. It's hard to achieve that. A lot of people manage really beautiful pictures but it's with an insane amount of stuff in it, details, elaborate costumes that take your breath away... But this is a different sort of "wow" it's kind of the feeling you get when you see really clean freshfallen snow. I love that one in particular, lots n lots. |

I think it also reminds me of dreams. You know like the ones where you know you had a wonderful dream, maybe about flying, and then you wake up, but you can't quite remember it all exactly, you are just left with a happy sort of weird sensation? Where you kind of lay in bed a few minutes longer, just to savor that feeling? That's what that painting reminds me of, for some reason--that kind of a feeling. A happy fresh sort of feeling. <3 your art's all beautiful and awesome, but for some reason that one is just like, damn near impossible to pry myself away from. ^^' |
