i just finished today this commission on gaia for a friend.

i have difficulty colouring because i use a mouse
i want to buy a tablet soon, but i don't see it being very soon.

Looks good, you've definitely got style. I know coloring with a mouse is hard. I think her arm, however, is too thin and her shoulders are not on the same angle/line. The way you've drawn the arm utilizes parallel lines when really, the arm gets thinner near the wrist and have curves from muscles. I really like the stylized shape of ehr lips, but I feel they might be too low. Very nice hair.

I like it, especially her hair and facial features.
Fongmingyun basically covered my critiques about the arm. The long drag looks like it's between her pinky and ring finger, and I think it would look more natural if it were more in the front, between her index and middle fingers. I like the lips though; they are exaggerated and that gives the drawing some flair. :3

I agree with what fongmingyun said, except I think it isn't the lips are too low but that you colored a little bit towards the edges of her lower lip, and it makes her lower lip rather pouty. I don't think it's necessarily a bad thing, it just depends on the individual I guess? :)

Lighten a bit on the lips though; highlight parts of the hair, and ink others to make more contrast.

I like the picture, and think with a few minor corrections it'd rock socks. XD

Or if not, just kinda sketch out circles and planes before you draw the next time. I know it's a hassle; I hate having to erase ref. lines I put in..but meh, it's useful sometimes too you know? ^^ I like her hair, and her face, and think it's kinda nuts you can color that with a mouse. My compy hates me and so does my mouse. x.x'

yeah i noticed something odd with the drag after i completely it, but didn't get a chance to correct it 3:~
the pout is pretty noticable xD was debating whether to not put that light on it and leave it just dark pinkish. alright thanks for the tips 0: i'll try that. i smear my work so easily since i'm a lefty, so its such a hassle when there are marks which are left and can't be erased D; i'm terrible at drawing the circles to define the shape of the arm and such, lol. thanks for the compliment :3

I like your style a lot. I'd make the shading a little more dramatic; it seems a little flat. That's about all I can say though.

All I could say is try to make it cleaner? I know it's hard since it's drawn on paper. And probably make the shading more visible on the clothing. Other than that, awesome work!
