rate
On a scale of 1 to 10, would you be able to rate my artwork? I am struggling to improve so I want people to be brutally honest about it.
[Note: This was all done on the computer, so it was very difficult and frustrating. not my best.] http://i169.photobucket.com/albums/u...chanitachi.png http://i169.photobucket.com/albums/u...anpiyotobi.png |
If you want your art to be rated you should post up 'your best'. Posting these and asking them to be rated, then saying they aren't your best makes little sense to me.
|
But it wouldn't make sense to post nothing at all. This is all i have right now.
I want any kind of my art rated. anything helps. Unfortunaly, I don't have a scanner, so this will have to do for now. |
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm no offence they are very bad you definately have lots of room for improvement . the border is too thick the basic anatomy is all wrong and the colors arent bold enough shading is in all the wong places :] keep trying .5/10 i gave you a point five becuz its 5 % better than a bunch of scribbles.

OH YAH NOTE I GAVE YOU POINT FIVE NOT FIVE |
OHHH YAH LINES ARE CROOKED
|
Err, well, I like the first one. It's really cute. =]
The second one though needs quite a bit of improvment, the lines are crooked and the eyes and hands look a bit funny. x.x Just keep working, and I'm sure you'll get better. =] |
Kay =) i will try harder~!
tahnk you, the people who even cared to post here =) |
Wow they are both good, but the second one looks a little blurry..so i can;'t really picture it out...overall i trhink it's about 9/10 that's really good~~! Keep up the good work! ^^ :D

I'd try and add harder shading, since the pictures [particularly the first] seem a too foggy. I'd also darken the second picture's shading too.
Did you do this on an oekaki? If you did, make the opacity on the brush higher, especially if you used the watercolour brush. If you didn't already, try using layers too. Layers will be your friend. :] Lineart on the top layer, colouring on the bottom! Hope this helps. -Moki |
