LOL, thanks a lot Kura xDDDDDD I tried to put more space between eyes and eyebrows and shorten the nose for a bit ^^;;; I guess those are some of factors that my previous females looked so much like masculine drag queens ROFL!!! xDDDD;;;

I had to have the eyes less sharp and thin,sorta shorten the nose,sharpen the chin slightly and draw a slimmer neck 8DDD;;
Before you know it,De will be able to draw even prettier females 8DD<333

Pssssttttttt~~~~~ I don't think I'll be able to make my females looks feminine enough that fast!! xDDDDD;;; I still have a bias about "small neck = feminine" ^^;;; I'm not sure if you've heard of my theory about most anime girls have head and neck that looks like chupachups (big, round head but freaky small neck that doesn't seem like it can actually carry the weight of the head) :lol: but that's where my "strong neck" female style comes from xp It's like "well, too big is better than too small" 8DDDDD;;

That's true...my necks in both genders are a bit similar but....some say I should lenghten [email protected][email protected];; *hides necks with scarves xDD*

Chupachup heads/necks are scary though...makes me think they can fall *____*;;;

Fufufu~ xDDDDD;;; I'd say my female and male has no difference around the neck/shoulder/collarbones area ^^;;; and I seriously have trouble drawing breasts, I need to draw flat chest like when I draw guys first then I can determine where to draw the breasts :lol:

The only part I don't mind about females is that...I probably be more successful at drawing knee up pic cause of hips 8D In guys..I find it hard cause I'm so tempted to draw girly hips on them....the result being very scary xDDD

I used to draw female hips on guys too but lately since I started studying about muscle, I try expanding the muscles around the waist area and that helps keeping the hips at reasonably size xDDD

Gaina << Hehe~ I used to have that problem too >_>;; *shivers when recalls about how the OCs were drawn years ago* At one time I was really influenced by Clamp's and Revolutionary Girl Utena's styles my male characters looked so.............pretty =[]=;;;; even ones that were supposed to be macho. :shock:

Ooh O. Clamp guys aren't the best exemple >.< hehe I don't think I have seen a big muscle man in it. Even the fighter guys were... pretty and slim. But the had such width shoulders O.o !

You're right about that >__>;;; but then again that time I didn't care about anatomy even a bit so.....yeah. Now I look at it again and it's so strange how Clamp's guys have their hips even narrower than the width of the face/head :shock: I guess that's typical style of drawing males in shoujo manga because guys in Utena looks similar; only decreasing the width of shoulder a bit so the hips don't look astonishingly narrow xDDDDD;;;

Line art WIP for Lucida from my previous auction....about 70% done I think? Need to draw the guy's clothes and a coat that he's supposed to be holding in the hand at the far end which will cover partial of the girl's shoulder......but I have to check if the girl looks okay first =w=;;;;

Kura << For a few years I've been working the way I'm working now.....sketch/color only 5-30 minutes then take a bit of distraction as a break xDDDDDD;;; Those distractions could be reading manga, watch TV, listening to music, surfing net, playing game or even eating or sleep :lol: I don't know, I feel if I try to complete a piece within one go, I will unconsciously 'force' myself to rush it in order to finish =w=;;; Therefore I think it's better for me to break the work into multiple shifts. :lol:
