Other than the problem about the size of the head, the thumb is too close to wrist I think. In a position like that, the end of the thumb is supposed to be about the middle of the first knuckle of the index finger (the knuckle that attaches to the palm) and the position where the thumb starts 'sticking out' from the palm is about the middle of the palm. *nods nods*
