it's kinda easy to do on photoshop. ^^
Just each layer will be one frame of animation

This one too. but the quality goes down with each new rotation... so I'm not sure how to fix that yet. Other then redrawing the leaf over and over again.

someone suggested that I don't fix the leaf blurriness xD That is looks more like it's falling in the wind. xD Oh well.
