I got in to these after seeing all of Yiesha's AMAZING dolls, and I'm proving slowly! n__n

here, I'll post the dolls I've done so far? I would LOVE comments and critique and hints on how to make these prettier (and cuter!) o: <3

Those are too sexy, you're working it girl. I'm a big fan of pixel bases and seeing them worked on, and if you're just starting out, it's a heck of a great start. Keep doing your thing, it seems to be working out wonderfully.

They're looking great, but my main concern is what tools you're using in your art program.
The lineart and colors themselves are wonderful, but it looks like a paintbrush tool over the pixel base to me because in some spots on the dolls, it isn't as crisp looking as it could.
Just keep at it, maybe you're just inventing a new style to pixel art. ;D

Yeah, I used 2pt low opacity brush on some of them to get a more shaded look. It does dull the quality of the pixels though. o: <3

I'll keep that in mind. Thanks, my other person who got me in to pixeling! XD <3

I personally rather like the tool shading/highlighting on these. You just need to work on how you actually use it. Maybe take some time to straight pixel for a while to get more of a sense how to shade and highlight in a more pixel style--you have to learn a few new tricks to make up for a lack of tools.

I inspired? Ohwow. And I'm a total newbie to the pixel doll scene. xD

Anywho, my tip is to only use the pencil tool. Nothing else. xD;

• I like the PPKH based doll. It's just adorable. If I had any clue about dollbases and such I'd give you hints. If I ever find anything out helpful I'll let you know. <3

Those are so sweet. I really like the oldest Jishin one because how the hand moves and the cute little cheeks. >.< I love cute little dolls like this but I really won't be able to offer any crit on them. Sadly pixeling things has never been my strong point. Keep up the Good Work and Good Luck!

It's a big improvement, IMHO.

If you want more shiney, increase the contrast. xD But it looks good as it is. Just keep practicing!
