I've finally really started deviant art. (I've alway had an account but now I'm actually using it. :] )

So please crit my newest piece?
This is my first ever attempt with colored pencils so pointers would be nice. :3

Her skin is kinda yellow and she has no mouth but I like her. >__>;;

If you critique my other pieces (my amazing pile of two others) I would love that too. >w<

I love the brightness, and good job with the coloring. I use adobe too, and have just recently started messing around with my own work again in the program. As for the goat girl, well shes cute even though her pose is a bit wonky. The arm holding the balloon could be straightend out in adobe (the middle between the elbow and hand curves downwards) and her head doesn't seem to sit correctly on her neck. I do like the legs though.

I love the color. I really like her hair and the balloon.

@Pallas- Oh thank you. ^^; She was gonna be leaning on a wall which is partly why she looks so wonky. (I love that word >w< )I see what you mean with the arm though. At some point in time I'll fix it. :3 I was afraid my goat anatomy would turn out all wrong so I'm glad it's okay. I'll make sure to look out for those mistakes next time. Thanks and Good Luck!

All of the problems that you mentioned didn't look bad to me, the hand, ears and background are fine, the main problem is proportion of upper and lower body.

I love the way you colored it.
It's so shiny. * O*

I think that the lower body is too small for the upper body.
Ad the chin looks a little out of place.
But other than that, It's great.

Vibrant colors! The brown lineart looks fine to me.
The biggest thing that throws me off is the placement of her head. I think it should be shifted about .5cm to the right.

Brown is actually a better lineart color than black because it's easier on the eyes. ^_^

I think the head is really, really too far out for the neck, and that the entire body is too small for the head. Waist should also be more defined. O: Pretty sky, though. I like sky pictures. : )

  I like the coloring , how bright it is ~ I think you did a good job with that .
  My advice is to watch out for the neck area , and maybe make the head a tad smaller?
