On this piece, I know there are a lot of proportional errors, I've noticed and it's very bothersome to me but I went ahead and inked it cause I was too excited x3 lol |

Thank you! What's your s/n on DA? Razor Sharp Kisses The first one is watercolor with a little bit of photoshop to fix the colors cause the scan wasn't that great and the second one was with markers and colored pencil with pen outline. I used photoshop on that one too for more contrast. And thanks for the other two comments :3 I've thought about real life commissions but I don't know how to do them and I don't know how to do the sending ^^'' |

I love the first one. Can't belive it's done in water color! THere is also acylic right? And how did you make the colors so bright? watercolor is so light.

Nope, the first is all watercolor :3 I haven't worked with acrylic for years but I'd love to pick it up again x3 I use dry watercolor and watercolor in tubes. I use less water with the tubes so it'd be a bright color. Sometimes I just use the paint straight from the tube so it's stronger. |
Oh! That's why there is bright colors. I think I'm going to do water color with mixture of acrylic.
And I saw some people's water color. I never get how they get the dark blood red color with water color. Do you know how? And when I do lightings, my red turn pink. Is there a way to get light red without the pink? |
There's different shades of red. You have the red that leans toward pink, you need a pure red or a red that leans toward orange.
As for the blood, use red and then use a some black to make it darker :b |
