Well, I have a shop on Gaia Online. This was one of the finished orders. Here's the picture:

thats a very kawai cibi. The drawing is fine but I think that it needs some more shadding. So that we can see where the light is coming from and where its really dark.Well thats what I think you dont have to listen to me. xD

Maybe it's your scanner, but you could work over more with the colored pencils so that you don't see the pencil strokes. I personally think it's hard to judge a chibi because you can't really say anything about the anatomy or proportion, and everyone has their own style.
