Its very cute! What program did you use to make it and how long did it take you to make?

I agree with the previous two posts. Your pixel art is sure pretty well done.

I love the shading in the hair, as well as the blush. : D

On a white background, it does appear a little pale. Maybe a darker outline would help? Be more daring with the shading on the outfit and bring in more contrast between highlights and shadows - that's the only advice I can give you, because I can find no other fault with it.

Oh My God! LOL Thats so cute O_O! I like the shoes and the pose ^_^ but the more i lookk at it im getting blinded by the blurryness O.O :shock:
