Here are a few Gaian avi arts that I have done in the past.

^ Yes that is a guy, actually.

^ My own avi.

^One of the few arts I ever got paid for. I'm aware of the backward hands. Megatokyo forums ripped me up for that.

Thoughts?

I think they're okay personally (sorry if I'm a bit harsh)

Your first one looks pretty nice, although his head looks a bit flat and his body looks twisted (but, I can't really complain because I do that pose often)

The second one, the head looks a bit too bumpy and her busts look too big (although, that is just my opinion). Furthermore, her arms and hands make her look a bit odd. Her neck also looks kind of fat. Although, I do like that hand that is down. :3

The third one, the face looks a bit distorted and the body looks really skinny. And that peace sign looks funny also. (Oh, sorry, I critiqued on the hands, you should do what arina tanemura does...take pictures and draw them).

All in all, you still have a lot of room to improve in, and I bet you're going to be a really good artist! Just keep practicing and you'll do great. I love your shading, by the way. ;D

as you have mentioned the hands are backwards on a few of them I wont say much about it but rather just make a sugestion. Use you own hands as a model when you draw, do the pose first with yourself and observe in a mirror so you can get the concept ever so slightly better.

I also would like to mention there all really a fair bit too skinny.

I do hope this didn't come out as mean in anyway, I meant it to be constructive.

Okay, thanks for all the constructive criticism. Those are older works of mine, and I do plan on posting newer ones at some point, so stay tuned.

And yes, I've grown a fair bit more attentive to hands since another site I posted these pictures on ripped me to shreds for it.
