intresting howed you do the background.

i used the program Seashore and colored in the lines one-by-one black and drew the main outline of the flower and colored it in red.

Well you need a bit more practice I think. I love the background though. Your character just looks a bit flat.

It's hard to say. As an art piece, it's honestly not very good. Sorry. But as a step learning, I applaud your effort and you're willingness to try something new. At least as far as the CG stuff goes.
I disagree strongly with starting with anime at your level, and you will find it much easier to further your art later if you start with something else. But it's you're art and you will do with it what you will. Keep up the experimenting. <3

@fuyumi- thanks! i like the back ground too. I actually tried drawing a character from the manga series FMA Envy.

@Penny- thanks...idk what CG means but...thanks anyway! It is a bit of a learning step and I've improved a lot in the past years, but i know i still have a long way to go! So thanks for the support!

Practice practice practice makes perfect! work on anatomy look up tutorials you'll be fine!
