It looked good in small size (when it was loading) Then when it finished I saw the whole thing, all I can really say to help you is, maybe make the lips and the eyes a bit smaller? And then move up the ears a tad more so it's more lined up like a humans face. Then the left ear is kinda too down so you might want try and line up both the ears to make it look more symmetrical, but no one's ears are perfectly straight :D Just not elfish like that to be noticed :3
Edit: Also not to bash you too hard, but the lips need to be a bit closer to his hair, because see the space between his lips and the right side of his face? It's a bit smaller than the left side, so it shows that his hair is hiding his face, but by a lot because the eye is half gone, so it looks like his lips are way over to the side :D |

It looks like a female to me. Maybe make the eye lashes a bit thicker and more girly perhaps? |

well origionaly I was drawing sakura from naruto, then I got a bit carried away, oh and she was sideways before she became an elf he.

I like the shading you did, but the lips seem to be bit off. Also, it looks like the ears are kind of off too. Like the left (our right) ear seems a little higher than the other ear on the elf person. Also the collar bone seems to high, and too slanted and too short.

Nice drawing of an elf person^^ I suggest you to make eyes a little smaller. She looks like she is hypnotized. Also her neck and head doesn't seem to fit to me. I hope that helps :)
